Beautiful home. Host was very responsive to questions. Information from host received prior to check in was very helpful in finding the home. Perfect location for all of our activities in the Monteverde area.

Great experience. Good base location to explore Monte verde. Clean. Worked well for us with 4 adults and 4 kids from age 4 to 8. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. No issues.

Overall, the stay was good. There were a few discrepancies between the listing and actual property. The most important being that there was no air conditioner but instead an evaporative cooler which doesn’t really cool down the house, especially the bedrooms. There were quite a bit of insects, especially ants and flies but it’s Costa Rica so kind of expected. It could use some ant traps in the house and a fly swatter. Property is beautiful. The owner was easy to communicate with and made every attempt to fix problems that arose during our stay. Good wifi connection.A little out of town but if you have a car then it’s not an issue. Everything is between 10-15 minutes.

Our stay was beautiful, property was beautiful… strong smell of ammonia… but was not a cleaning ammonia smell… not sure what it was… owner was very helpful…
