The elevator was out of order for 2 1/2 days of my 3 day visit so I had to carry my bags upstairs. The air conditioning in the workout room was not functioning for the entire 3 day visit so it felt as though I was working out in a sauna. Dogs barking at 4 in the morning woke me up.

Staff was excellent, and room clean. However, the airport shuttle is a serious fail. We waited 90 minutes for the free airport shuttle and when it finally showed up, it was already full. Driver promised to be back in 30 minutes but at that point we chose to Uber. So, do NOT count on the “free airport shuttle”. They either need a bigger shuttle or more shuttles.

Very clean overall and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the lights went off in the pool area on one evening, and we were told there was an electrical problem. This really needs to be addressed. Also, the bathroom could use some remodeling - need to be updated, but overall our stay was very pleasant.

I am very disappointed that the hotel's daytime employee told me this afternoon that they have a 24 hour shuttle. I called and asked before booking throughExpedia. I told him I would be arriving after midnight. He assured me there was a shuttle and to just call when I arrived. Now Iam here at 1 am, and there is no shuttle service. An Uber is $50 and Iam not willing to pay this. Your daytime employee lied to me, as he probably is not aware that there is no longer shuttle service between MN and 4 AM. Not only do I not have a shuttle, but I hustled to the shuttle pick up spot and now I am outside the terminal and cannot get back in until 4 AM. Now I must sit in baggage claim awake until they open again Totally unacceptable. I expect a refund for this total inconvenience and ask the hotel to please inform all of their front desk employees that they no longer have a 24 hour shuttle service. Pool was closed. Came here with 2 kids and paid extra for the pool and now we dont have one. Booked a double bed and were told they overbooked so all they had were king suites. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

Great location, restaurants near by and gas station very close where they have cold wine and beer at good prices. close to highway. Good breakfast (hot and cold). Love the heated pool but disappointed with the hot tub, it was same temperature as the pool. Room was very spacious, two TV screens. Shower pressure was light. Staff very nice. Great place will book again.

We called for the shuttle from the airport as soon as we landed they said no worry on our way, then 30 mins later we called back (18 times before they answered) then we were told sorry we are super busy it will be another hour and a half before the shuttle can come. We contacted Hotels.com to see what they would do for us and they tried to contact the hotel several times before they came back and told us they couldn’t get the hotel to answer either so we could request a refund from the corporate side the next day. We had a short stay it was already going to be only a 6 hour nap at the hotel before needing to get back to the airport, another hotel driver service offered us a ride but it cost us $80 to get everyone to the hotel. Then once we got there the check in was extremely slow and the shuttle driver was napping in the parking lot, the check in guy Alex said well we are busy and the shuttle runs every hour on the hour. So we got 3 hours of sleep and

The first impression I got when arriving was the stench of bad odor. That was the same on the 4th floor. Thankfully the room didn’t have the stench. The internet is free but I think they use 3g network still. It’s extremely slow and nonexistent really. I had to use my phone data. The staff didn’t seem friendly. The only good thing about this place is the steakhouse restaurant next door.

Room stunk of urine unfortunately. We bought air fresheners and febreeze because the hotel apparently didn’t have anything for the smell. Our stay was fine but that’s disappointing as a guest.

The room was dirty. There were old food scraps and containers behind the fridge. We saw roaches in our room. The blankets were thread bare and had huge holes in them. We had to ask for a remote because we didn’t have one. The water in the sink and the tub drained super slowly. The bottom of the beds were disgusting and had something all over them. There were spots in the floor so sticky that my socks literally got stuck to it.

Elevator wouldn’t go to our floor so we had to go above the floor and walk down the stairs. Not convenient with luggage. Loud people in their room playing music and weed smell down the hall. Bed was hard and awful. Staff was nice.

Overall it’s a nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff were all really friendly. Only downside was our fridge didn’t seem to be working. They had us defrost it but still didn’t seem to be cold. They offered to keep our kids drinks for us but they were then thrown out. Also the keycards kept not working but it seemed to have to do with if you had them by your phones. We were all around happy with our stay.

This hotel is in need of some upkeep. The shower had rust in the bottom, there aren't enough plugs, no USB ports and the decor was rather strange...one purple wall in my room. If you need to stay at a LaQuinta, there are much better ones around.

Comes down to the age old saying that you get what you pay for. I could overlook the fact that its a little outdated, less amenities, and you could sometimes hear people on the upper floor. The deal breaker was the ac in the room not blowing cold. Im pretty sure i had read a review of another person complaining about that. Gotta listen to your guests! Luckily it was just a 1 night stay but i would not recommend or stay again. Nobody likes to sleep in a hot room no matter the price!

Place is clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced. The problem was two-fold. First, we were put in a room that seemed designed for a handicapped person. So there was no bathtub and the toilet seat was elevated. Those were negatives for us. Also, the room was not well thought out. The blow dryer could not be plugged in by the mirror so you could get no closer than five feet or so. Same was true of the coffee maker. It was in a great place but it had to be moved to be useable. And the vent in the bathroom seemed to not work so the mirror stayed permanently fogged up.

Receptions girls are average. Not nice but not mean just ehh. Which it’s not a dealbreaker for me. The room was poorly lit. I found a few hairs in the tub from previous people (gross). The bathroom smelled like someone didn’t change the dirty mop water and resumed mopping with an unpleasant scent. The tub had a crack on the lower corner which caused to spill all over the ground, thankfully it wasn’t too much. Overall the room was decently cleaned. The worst part of this hotel experience is the almost nonexistent WIFI. Very slow.

Staff was amazing, from check-in to breakfast to custodial. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful! Room was clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, but seems standard in hotels these days. Breakfast was standard fare but was good. Breakfast area was clean. Gabby was working her tail off! Only problem was that as we were ready to check out, the elevator wasn’t working. Easy enough to get to and from the places we needed to go. We will stay here again when in the area.

I checked in late at night, exhausted and the staff member hardly looked up from the show he was watching on his cell phone. It felt like I was bothering him by asking him to check me in. He didn't even ask me for ID when I checked in smh someone else could've checked in under my name and there wouldn't have been an issue- shady to me! Then when I went to the room he assigned there was a dog across the hall that was barking non stop and to top it off my keys didn't work. I went back down and asked for a new room and keys that work. He took my keys and never responded to me at all just handed me new keys and said my new room number. I get it's late but this type of customer service is ridiculous.

Stayed the week while working in the metroplex. Location was great as I can get to either Ft Worth or Dallas in a timely manner depending on time of day for traffic. Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Welcoming every time when I came in, 5 in the afternoon 3 in the morning or 8 at night. I am planning on staying at this location dry often for work or personal time.

Jane and Cathie were the best. Jane checked us in and was the sweetest person every time we saw her. Cathie was the breakfast person and was very helpful in answering questions for me due to my child having severe allergies. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitly stay there again.

The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was a disaster, out of food, coffee, and the orange juice was brown! Complained about the O.J. And they did nothing about it. I hope people did not get sick from drinking it, most people threw it out. Could not believe they did not throw it out and put in new bag of juice.

The problem was they were under staff. One maintenance person, one in kitchen--both working very hard! Food for breakfast very limited and poor quality. At start of breakfast only 4 Yoplait. Stayed in a Wyndum in CA amazing...this not so much. Staff worked hard. Not desk staff...did not know much.
