Stayed 2 nights

I am writing to formally request a refund for our second night's stay, as well as to express our deep disappointment regarding the experience my family and I encountered at your property on August 8, 2026. We were staying in Room 103. Around 10:00 PM on our second night, the shower handle broke completely because it was extremely stiff and difficult to operate. As a result, the water was left running continuously and uncontrollably, making it impossible for anyone to take a shower because the water temoerature was so hot. I immediately went to the front desk for assistance. The staff member tried to fix the issue but was unsuccessful. To make matters worse, he informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that there were no alternative rooms available to relocate us. Left with no other viable options—especially with an early departure scheduled for the next morning—we were forced to check out around midnight with our two young daughters. Finding last-minute accommodation in the area at that hour caused an immense amount of stress, difficulty, and frustration for our family. Adding to our distress, the staff member showed a lack of empathy and did not even offer an apology for the severe inconvenience caused by the hotel's faulty maintenance. Given that we could not use the room as paid for and had to secure alternative lodging due to the hotel's failure to provide basic functional amenities or a solution, I kindly request a full refund for the second night of our

When i checked in I asked for a room near the exit because I have a leg injury. Told me there was none available and out me near the end. When I got to the room, it was filthy and next to a room of a barking dog. When I went to ask for a refund, they conveniently found me a closer room. Do not like to be lied to especially when having an injury. I will no longer patronize this hotel and recommend others read all reviews.
