Très bel hotel, bien placé. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. En revanche les 3 premières chambres sont extrements bruyantes car sur la route et très mal isolées du bruit extérieur, et la belle piscine n'est malheureusement pas assez entretenue eau très troubles et peu invitante. Excellent petit dejeuner.

Casa Quetzal is a lovely place in a location close enough to the center of Valladolid. We loved the lush garden and the friendly hotel staff. And the on-site massage service was a nice plus.

Ein Traum von einem mexikanischen, kleinen Hotel. Fußläufig und sicher zum schönen Zentrum und gegenüber vom San Bernadino Konvent. Super nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück direkt im wunderschönen Garten am Pool! Ca. 5 Parkplätze auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und weitere vorm Hotel.

L’endroit était super! Super service de l’équipe en place. Petit déjeuner bon. Seulement l’état de la piscine ne nous a pas donné le goût de nous baigner. C’est le seul point négatif. Tout le reste du décor était parfait.

We loved our stay in our own private room! What a beautiful place, wish we had this kind of room for our whole Yucatan trip. The kitchen and hammock were so enjoyable (so much better than just sitting on our beds at night). The only thing I was a little bummed about was that the pool looked murky and under-maintained. We did not swim. (It must be hard to upkeep it in the bountiful courtyard garden).

Estuvimos 2 noches hospedados, esperaba más de lo que recibí por la tarifa pagada, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y limitado, al final tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle por falta de espacio. La piscina no estaba muy limpia y algunas partes del cuarto tenían telarañas, la habitación es amplia y cómoda pero podría estar más limpia. El desayuno es muy básico y la puerta de la calle se cierra después de cierta hora en la noche, te dan la llave para acceder pero fue algo que si me sorprendió. Por el precio pagado por noche elegiré otra opción en mi siguiente visita a Valladolid.

The garden area and pool are peaceful - a nice place to unwind after exploring the city and nearby ceynotes. Big clean rooms with everything you need. The property is across the street from the ex- convent and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from the centre of the city. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a lovely garden and a small pool. We had the designer suite(room 10). It was quite large and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also large. Tge shower good and the towels large. There was a comfortable king bed. The lighting was subdued except for the bathroom which was good. The included breakfast was continental one with fruit yogurt granola and rolls. The only issue wirh our room was it was next to the road and when vehicles went by often they were noisy. But it became quiet later at night so it did not affect our sleep.

We loved this area of town! Right across from beautiful church and close to walk down Calzada De Los Frailes with great shops and restaurants. The hotel grounds and pool are gorgeous and relaxing. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, granola and a selection of breads with coffee and juice. The only disappointment were the beds. Both beds in our room were highly uncomfortable and we would have asked to move if there longer than one night. Otherwise we were happy with this hotel and parking was easy and free.

Fint dekorerat rum, rymligt. Bi hade två sängar det ena var mkt hård och lät mkt fanns både luftkonditionering samt takfläckt. Wi- fi ok. Mycket grönt och stora ytor ute med en liten pool ute Mycket enkel frukost, sista dagen fick vi konstig nog en meny att välja ifrån. Mycket vänlig personal. Hotellet erbjuder utflykt som är i sammarbete med taxi utifrån ingen guide bara resor. Obs mycket inträde och dricks överallt. Fin stad nöra till flera sevärdheter.

We had an amazing time in Valladolid, there is so much to do around this town, and the hotel is close to everything. The staff is friendly and really helpful in providing great recommendation of places and restaurants. Excellent place to stay in a peaceful part of the city. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The garden area and pool are peaceful - a nice place to unwind after exploring the city and nearby ceynotes. Big clean rooms with everything you need. I absolutely loved how charming it was. The hammock inside the room was a so perfect too. Breakfast was great and the service was too. It’s in the perfect location and it was easy to get everywhere.

The property is across the street from the ex- convent and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from the centre of the city. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a lovely garden and a small pool. We had the designer suite(room 10). It was quite large and nicely furnished. The bathroom was also large. Tge shower good and the towels large. There was a comfortable king bed. The lighting was subdued except for the bathroom which was good. The included breakfast was continental one with fruit yogurt granola and rolls. The only issue wirh our room was it was next to the road and when vehicles went by often they were noisy. But it became quiet later at night so it did not affect our sleep.

We loved this area of town! Right across from beautiful church and close to walk down Calzada De Los Frailes with great shops and restaurants. The hotel grounds and pool are gorgeous and relaxing. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, granola and a selection of breads with coffee and juice. The only disappointment were the beds. Both beds in our room were highly uncomfortable and we would have asked to move if there longer than one night. Otherwise we were happy with this hotel and parking was easy and free.

Très bel hotel, bien placé. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. En revanche les 3 premières chambres sont extrements bruyantes car sur la route et très mal isolées du bruit extérieur, et la belle piscine n'est malheureusement pas assez entretenue eau très troubles et peu invitante. Excellent petit dejeuner.

Tudo ótimo! Equipe super educada e receptiva. Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis . Café da manhã gostoso e com produtos frescos. Só sentimos falta de uma proteína no café da manhã, que era cobrado à parte . Valladolid foi uma boa surpresa.

Fint dekorerat rum, rymligt. Bi hade två sängar det ena var mkt hård och lät mkt fanns både luftkonditionering samt takfläckt. Wi- fi ok. Mycket grönt och stora ytor ute med en liten pool ute Mycket enkel frukost, sista dagen fick vi konstig nog en meny att välja ifrån. Mycket vänlig personal. Hotellet erbjuder utflykt som är i sammarbete med taxi utifrån ingen guide bara resor. Obs mycket inträde och dricks överallt. Fin stad nöra till flera sevärdheter.

Wir waren 4 Nächte zu viert (Kinder 6&9 Jahre alt) in der Casa Quetzal. Das Hotel war für uns ideal: - großes Zimmer mit riesigem Bad direkt am Pool - der Frühstücksplatz war direkt vor unserem Zimmer - der Pool war sauber und eine Oase für unsere Kinder - der Innenhof hat uns besonders gut gefallen, viel Schatten - das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. - der Parkplatz war direkt neben dem Hotel und kameraüberwacht - das Frühstück: frisches Obst, Croissants, Toast, Joghurt, Marmelade Wir können das Hotel sehr für einen Aufenthalt in Valladolid empfehlen.

The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is tiny and had leaves and plant debris all over, so we did not use. We stayed in the separate cabin. It was very charming! However, it has no AC. There were ceiling and floor fans that helped, but it was hot! The complimentary breakfast was simple but served at the garden terrace, and was lovely. Excellent location. Would stay here again.

Casa Quetzal was so beautiful and quiet nestled in this luscious green garden. Convenient location to nice restaurants and a park to walk around in the evening when all the people are out. Across the street is the old convent of San Bernardino, which every night it shows a colorful projection display of the history of Valladolid. We enjoyed our stay in this town.

This was a last minute reservation and we’re so happy we stayed here! It was such a lovely place and I would absolutely recommend! The location is very convenient for walking and you can enjoy the evening activities without being far from the hotel. It’s tucked away and very quiet. The courtyard is beautiful and the decor charming. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning and the kids enjoyed the pool.
