5-stars...but the elevator is painfully slow. Like a guy is working it with ropes and pullies. Everything else top-notch.

Overall good. Only one elevator and with alot of stayers, you normally had to wait. Breakfast was outstanding. Beds are okay, but sitting or sleeping on the edge you tend to slide off. Pool is smaller than what I am used to seeing.

We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. Due to a thunderstorm the previous night, the WiFi was out but other than that, no complaints. Nice property and the room was spacious & clean but not as big as I imagined for a suite. However it worked for my partner & I.

Nice property, this is my second time staying at the property. My only issue is that the property only have one elevator. When you have a lot of people visiting for vacation, it makes the elevator situation a little hectic. Also was no air conditioning on the elevator. Overall, was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here one night for a triathlon, and had my dogs with me. The staff and hotel are super dog friendly!!!!! Clean accommodations, kitchenette was perfect.

When my family and I arrived it looked AMAZING from outside. Checkin was okay the front desk lady wasn’t real friendly but I figured bc she was busy. First she said there’s an ice maker in the room but it’s slow so we have a complimentary bag you can grab..okay cool we walked around to the elevator which took 10-15mins to get to the first floor. (Elevator was slow every time) We get to our room there’s water in the middle of the floor in the kitchen..apparently from the refrigerator. I called the front desk she said it’s not a leak ma’am it’s just left over ice I asked for another room she refused, instead she came to wipe up the “ice water”. My kids were so excited to get in the pool..it was hair all in the pool like no one had cleaned it. We made it back to the room to shower. The tub filled with water. The water wasn’t draining properly so we showered in a puddle of water UNACCEPTABLE. Not worth $394.00 at all. We checked in at 3:47pm central time and checked out at 2:00am central the very next morning. Didn’t even stay 12hours! We couldn’t take it anymore!! I would not recommend!!!!

System was down our entire stay (four nights and five days) they had to take a photo copy front and back of my credit card and my drivers license to run later when system was back up. I was not at all comfortable with that but couldn’t check in without it. Then when I went to check out and asked for a receipt so I could make sure I had proof of what they were going to charge my card they said can’t give you a receipt system still down. How in the world in today’s world is your system down for five days with no idea when it’s coming back up. Just seemed so unprofessional and janky. They do not service rooms on the weekend so if you run out of anything or need trash taken you are doing it yourself. Our phone didn’t work in our room so even if they had service we couldn’t have called for anything. There gym is not a gym it’s 3 older pieces of cardio equipment, two bench’s and some weights which they don’t even have matching weights (so if you want to use two ten pound weights your out of luck). Overall the place is clean and in a decent location. Close to Walmart, Target and restaurants and only 16 mins drive (due to traffic) to beach. I don’t have any complaints about staff everyone was nice especially the five times we had to go to the front to ask for towels and replacement trash bags so we could take our trash out. In saying all this I personally will not seek out another Staybridge hotel in future. Our stay was a running joke with a friend who stayed there as well.

My suite was great! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash,hand soap & lotion available in room. Free breakfast, afternoon snacks/drinks and laundry. Staff bery friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Only 20min to beach, seafood and shopping. Will stay again.

Excellent service, great staff, free washers and dryers, good food for breakfast and the afternoon social hour! Close to the beach and everything we needed.

The first impression I had was no good. The lobby smelled awful, like a dog run. The employees were very nice upon check in. Entering the elevator the corner was caked, at least 1/4” deep, in the corners and there was French fries swept into these areas too. Our room, 4th floor, smelled the whole trip like moldy Laundry. The halls were not cleaned or kept at all. Housekeeping did not bother to clean the carpets on the floors as I watched for 4 days (housekeeping supervisor career wise) but I did witness the staff mopping around the dinning area. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The food was tasty. They did offer a social hour 3 days of the stay which I thought was equally awesome. The pool was very nice. The grounds crew did a great job of cleaning while I was there. I did extend my stay by one night. My honest review is I would stay again. I would take cleaning supplies with me to freshen up the room.

Smell like mold.

We got there to check in. The lady was slow to come to the front. Then she left, instead of finishing up my check in she left me with someone else. Though the lady was nice. We had issues getting into the room. Then we finally enter the room and the room isn’t as clean as it could’ve been. There were food pieces on the kitchen floor and the carpet in the room wasn’t swept or vacuumed. You guys need to do a better job before letting guest in to be sure the cleanliness of the room.

Very clean, comfortable suite that was spacious. Kitchen worked great for our needs. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Bed slept very well. Couch was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel lobby was clean. Location was perfect, midway between downtown Foley and the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next trip.

Woke up to bugs in my bed.

I absolutely love this place. We felt welcome and taken care of by staff. The room was wonderful and clean. Our whole family enjoyed it.

Dirty sheets, with pieces of hair. Plunging problems (it took bath water to withdraw over night) and mold

The hotel room was spacious, and there was a nice breakfast. Kitchenette, bathrooms, and other hard surfaces seemed clean. The issues came with the bedding and towels. Towels and bedding were stained. There was a seemingly fresh blood stain on the mattress protector. The mattress on the sofa bed had blood stains. The hallways were musty and smelled of cat urine. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located in a great area with access to a variety of places in just a short amount of time. The carpet was a bit dirty, actually it was filthy. Our feet were black but we washed them each night before getting in bed.

The room was spacious and clean. The perfect size for a family with teenagers. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms came at an affordable price. The staff were nice and accommodating. It was an added benefit that there was free breakfast. It was just what we needed to get our day started. I would recommend this place

The room we were given was on the ground floor right near the elevator. It was noisy, the room smelled, I had to go and get febreeze to spray throughout the room. It was very off putting. The first time we stayed we had a good room this time I was very disappointed. Next year I will be staying somewhere else.

I gave the overall experience a 3 star due to the AC in our room we checked on Tuesday afternoon to a room that had an ac that was blowing cool air not cold thermostat in the room showed 76 degrees and it felt muggy. Went downstairs the receptionist told me that they didn’t have anyone to check the room due to being late. She said she can give us a fan which she did. Long story short ac somewhat worked after they checked it. Still had to use the fan. Other than that I like the hotel it’s and nice breakfast is good!! And social hour as well. Oh be ready to wait for the elevator it’s slow!! Haha

The water temp in the shower wasn't hot. Just warm. Everything else was great.

Our stay at Staybridge would have been perfect if the tv was working. We called the front desk but they couldn’t fix it. It was the only negative with this 2 day stay!

We had the two room suite and it was amazing. This facility will be my choice of hotels.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in gulf, Shores, Alabama, everything was wonderful about it, except for one thing, and some of y’all may be able to live without it, but the Internet service was not great at all, even the hotel Wi-Fi was not good at all, but I did tell them about that and they said that they were working on it. Other than that small thing the entire place was awesome. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Room was great for price. Staff was fine. Room was next to stairwell, so that was problematic but acceptable. Breakfast buffet was ok. My problem revolves around 3 words: no hot water. Literally had to heat water on stove for a lukewarm bath.

Let me start out by saying I stay in multiple hotels throughout the year in several country’s and never leave bad review. I left a personal item at this hotel valued at over $80 and that was totally my fault. I called the hotel within hours to have someone retrieve the item and they never called me back as promised I called two more times and they said if and when they found it they would call me. I explained to the desk clerk that they would have to find it because I left it. I finally stopped by in person after 48 hours of getting no returned call back and they could not locate the item. I believe someone at this property is taking guest personal property home and they have no honest way of managing lost and found.

Family decided to stay one extra night in the Gulf Shores area and could’ve made a better choice for the money. Excellent staff, very clean lobby and room. Also top notch breakfast with great fresh fruit and unlimited self serve fountain drinks. They have happy hour Monday-Wednesday which was buffet loaded fries that were great and Michelob Ultra on draft as well as several wine options and fountain drinks all complimentary. Also complimentary bags of ice in the lobby!

Other than check in desk being staffed by one person, which made it slow, and crowded. Our stay has been fine.

I had some issues with making my reservations in the beginning with my discount that I couldn’t put in. I also called and and I was told they could fix it once I got there. They didn’t handle it the young lady told me she was fairly new and didn’t know how to do it the the manager would be there the next day and I could ask her so I went to her the next morning which was the the Front Office Manager Rebecca Anderson whom was quite rude.One of the things that stood out to me the most was when she rudely asked me , what did I want her to do about it? Some of the workers were very friendly and some were not. Our air wasn’t working that well it was set on 74 so it was very hot and uncomfortable at night and with asthma I coughed all night. Being that I paid $893.66 for only two nights you would have thought it would have been a lot more comfortable. I love the Hotel but the service this time was totally unacceptable. We also asked to have our room linens changed, we were told we had to put in a request since it was the weekend and we did with Rebecca and never received that service and was told later that we could get clean linens but we would have to do it ourselves and we never even received the clean linen. Just very disappointing.

Front desk lady was super rude.

Was an amazing stay. The ladies at the front did a fantastic job. The 1st lady who checked us in was beyond amazing. Ee really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the accommodations after a very long drive from Venice Fl due to a mandatory evacuation and unable to find a hotel! Our cat loved the accommodations as well! The complimentary breakfast was excellent! The asst manager Rebecca was very pleasant and accommodating our requests! Can’t say enough on how nice everyone was! Pleasure staying there in Gulf Shores would highly recommend it to anybody visiting the area! Ate at the Lamberts Cafe and Docs Seafood shack for their worlds famous shrimp and it is for sure the Best!!! Many thanks and appreciation for our stay here! Recommended and rate it a 10 . Oh the fire exit door kept banging and they had someone come out and repair it immediately! Prompt attention to details!

Great place location

Stayed here for our gulf shores/orange beach trip. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and it was super close to everything! Beach was 15 min away. With food and attractions all on the same street as the hotel!

First trip to Gulf Shores. Hotel was about 4 easy miles from beaches and located near commercial areas and eateries. The staff was exceptional!

I loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious & set up nicely. Clean. Beds are good. I think the space between floors need more insulation for noise reduction. Breakfast overall was what you would expect & the addition of cut up fruit was great. Six miles from beaches was nice. I would recommend.

Shower was nice. I'm tall so i appreciated the high shower head. Breakfast was good & basically a few hot things with muffins, bread, bagels, waffle maker etc. Pretty standard. They do a free food/ drink Monday - Wednesday evenings. I'd stay there again.

My only complaint would be the hot breakfast was lukewarm at best. Outside of that. No complaints.

I do not recommend this hotel. The pool was dirty, there were no pool towels, the rooms was ok but the mattress on the pullout was dirty and was not usable. The complimentary breakfast was lack luster and didn’t even have eggs or bacon.

They do complimentary breakfast that they cook there and have social gatherings that is also complimentary, with free wine and beer.

The breakfast was awesome!
