Aloft by Marriott San Antonio Airport

My check in was much later than anticipated... In fact it was at 3:00 a.m. . I had called in and spoken to the desk clerk and he assured me the room was being held. When I arrived his name is Andrew and he was incredible

Dated hotel. Needs upgrades a lot of things broken.

Check in was easy, staff was pleasant, and the room was generally comfortable. The room is nearing time for an upgrade - the side table had an entire corner that was worn off and the bathroom has calcium build up and grout is changing colors. The airport shuttle was not as convenient as I would have hoped. They require that you wait to call when you arrive. I tried scheduling it and was asked to call back only to be sent to voicemail later.

Always a great stay. Clean, friendly and beautiful.

Staff was amazing! Hotel amazing! Pool was closed though so i disliked that considering i was there for only 3 days 2 nights.. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned & staff said they were short staffed but i disliked that i needed new towels etc..
