Couldn’t come inside any of the doors but main entrance. Parking was full so had to walk around building each time

Advertised as a free "breakfast bar" but was really a couple of danishes and coffe. I think they had a packet or two of instant oatmeal as well. Also, elevator was broken.

My first room had a tub full of used bath water. After they changed my room I encountered hairs and dirt in the second tub. There is only one person for the whole property. I'd like a discount since i was unable to use the shower. None of the exterior doors work except the main lobby door. It would be great if i can get at least a discount for my inconvenience.

Loud, unsafe parking, understaffed, only 1 working door, no ice machine. Honestly its the best west olympia has to offer, which is sad. It's on the cheaper side and the best value for the dollar in that area. The staff are very friendly. The rooms have a full fridge, stove, microwave and sink. Supposedly theres amenity dishes but they're so scarce i was only able to get a cutting board and a butter knife. The tv doesn't have any apps. Just cable. Lots of homeless and people combing the parkinglot looking for things to steal. The police frequent the parkinglot but it doesnt really deter anyone from the area unless they're actively there.

The area around the garbage cans was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. The door going out to the parking area was broken and wouldn’t open with our room keys.

There was drug paraphernalia found outside by side doors and there was a lot of homeless people around parking lot of the hotel and Jack in the Box next door.

Customer service was excellent from the moment I checked in. The receptionists was polite and couteous. My overall stay was good. Couple of issues I had with my atay was, the chair in my room had chocolate all over it, and the exterior side doors would not close or open with key card.

Would not stay there again, no ice maker, no blow dryer, hot water not hot enough super loud fan in AC. Front desk receptionist was great

My room was very clean but the hallways were not. A customer's dog had pooped in the hallway and it was left for a few hours before being cleaned.

The room was dirty, the floor was grunge. People smoked around all the entrances. The elevator smelled like smoke. The stairs smelled like pee. Trash sat outside neighbors door for 15 hours.

Front desk people were great, as they always are at this location. The good: Main areas of room reasonable clean. Floor appeared cleaned and mopped on the areas where you walk. The location is convenient because it's right next to a convenience store and west olympia isn't far. Air conditioning unit working and in good order. The bad: Fridge had not been wiped out. Red jelly-like substance smeared on the top rack. Crumbs of last guest on the bottom of the fridge. Faint sea-food like smell in the room permeated and did not go away, I just got used to it. The areas of the floor that are visible to the eye but not walked on had not been cleaned. Bed was neat, clean and tidy, however it was not real comfortable. Last time I stayed it was, so it really depends on what room you get, I think. There was a long black hair on the side of the shower wall. There was a short curly hair in the bottom of the tub. It grossed me out and I declined to take a bath like I had planned and just took showers. Looked like cleaning the room was a rush job. For what people pay if it's only one night, we deserve better. The good again: the front desk people are always a great example of excellent customer service and always have a great attitude. That matters a lot. This company does great with front desk service but needs to raise their housekeeping standards when they train staff in that role.

My room smelled so horrible like urine. I have stayed at other extended stays but the amenities need upgrades.

There was hair in the shower and on a few towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The fridge/freezer was so loud we had to unplug it for the night. The stairwells smelled of leftover pot smoke. A crew of 5 people hung out in the parking lot smoking most of the night with a barking dog.

Clean, nice suite friendly staff.

I am a returning customer and I will be back again. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Excellent value.

Our room was disgusting. It smelled like pee and the carpet had large stains all over it. It was one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Overall, I had an acceptable stay, but I would like to bring attention to the cleanliness of the elevators. Given the high traffic from both children and pets, I believe the elevators should be cleaned daily. The condition of the elevator walls was particularly concerning and did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness. I hope this can be addressed to improve the guest experience in the future.

There were several stains on the carpet in my room.

The ac in the room did not function properly. Floors were sticky when checking in. Offered breakfast is just coffee and muffins.

The room was a great size, had a little kitchen in it but we checked in late and there was absolutely no cups or coffee pot in the room. Normal ammenities needed to he requested from the front desk and we were beyond tired when we got there.

The bed absolutely sucks. There's no support in it at all. The breakfast was decent coffee dry packaged muffins and an ok blueberry nutrigrain bar. Subpar at best.

The breakfast was unlike what they advertised and probably the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The only offerings were instant oatmeal packets that I could make in a coffee cup or tiny, dry old chocolate muffins. Icky!

The shower had no lip to prevent water leaking out, so the entire floor was flooded. My partner slipped and fell and hurt himself. Make sure to request a non-ADA room if you are able!!!

Rugged, utilitarian decore but quiet and clean

Due in part to being pet-friendly, this otherwise nice facility is rough, with finishes, especially carpeting worn and dirty in common areas; with other minor damage in guest units. There is a lot of noise in the building, at least until about 10 or 11 pm, when some of the building exhaust fans seem to turn off. The in-unit refrigerators and through-wall HVAC units are nice conveniences, but moderately noisy when running. The kitchenettes are handy, but you will have to check-out dishes from the front desk.

Staff was very accomdating with a smile. I think the carpeting in hallways needs replacing badly. we were on 2nd floor. amenities good. clean.

Showed up to the hotel and they had no record of my reservation. Clearly showed the front desk the documentation that I did. They said that they couldn’t find it in their system. Proceeded to give me a room at a higher rate then bill me for BOTH stays. Front desk made very little effort to sort it out and blamed Hotels.com

Staff as always is amazing. I enjoy this hotel and the flexibility they offer. Great housekeeping etc.

The staff was very nice

The stay was fine. The check-in took over an hour because their computers were down and they had no backup plan. Some people had been there for two hours.

Expedia never sent the booking to the hotel, the hotel said if you’re not on the computer you don’t have a booking. I had to stay somewhere else now I’m out $400, Expedia took $220 from my bank account, they say I didn’t check in ; I couldn’t check in. Overall I have nothing good to say about customer service the lady at the counter was on the phone with her daughter the whole time and it’s impossible to contact a English speaking Expedia employee let alone a human it’s all AI

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She should not have had to be helpful about the fact that my room had not been made up, and move me to a different room. The hotel is celebrating 30 years, and it looks like they haven't refreshed much in all that time. Everything was a little on the ragged side. I doubt I will stay here again.

Computer went down (which happens) but they had no idea how to handle it. 10 people waited two hours past midnight to get checked in.

Took reservation, charged card, then didn’t have room available. 7-10 days later issued refund. Should be illegal.

Hotel property was fine. Surrounding area, not so much.

It was fine. It's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. It was clean enough but everything was a bit older and outdated. There are a ton of homeless people that hang around outside, but they leave you alone except for stealing cigarettes.

The property itself was mostly fine. Dirty hallways, and elevators. Staff was helpful and nice. To the left of the property is a 7 eleven where there is a stairway to Hotel and I would go down that at night. Homeless people, trash, and used needles everywhere.

The staff was great, and everything was clean. The breakfast was simple, grab-and-go items. If you are looking for a longer stay, this would be perfect, it has the feel of a furnished studio apartment. Some neighbors were a little loud, but the staff worked hard to keep everyone happy. It was what we needed for a couple of nights and was very conveniently located near I-5.

The staff is extremely nice. It’s very quiet. There’s access to a 7-11 and a jack in the box within 100 yards from the lobby entrance.

It says there is a breakfast offered. We went before the breakfast hours were over. There was coffee and instant oatmeal available. No juice, no pastries, no fruit...you can advertise breakfast with options you had.

Disappointing stay. The service here was not good. the night service was OK but in the morning couldn't find anyone to help with breakfast questions or checking out. The breakfast was also terrible the only half way decent thing they had was oatmeal and it was gone this morning.

The room is clean but very basic in appearance and amenities. There is only soap and shampoo available as bathroom amenities. No hairdryer or coffee maker either. You might get them if you ask for them, but I didn't ask. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast consists of coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins.

Always clean. I make this my choice of stay once every month for business. Not a choice of stay if you are looking for breakfast. They only provide muffins and coffee.
