Didn't have accessibilty ramp for luggage at entrance, so had to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs to Front Desk in Lobby. I am Disabled and struggle with stairs, curbs, etc. Other than that stay was excellent

Very quiet, staff was friendly and helpful and was in a convenient location. Liked the free parking. The building could use some upkeep but it was clean. The bed was super comfy. I unexpectedly had to stay in town another night and went back. I would stay again.

The hotel is in dire need of being knocked down or totally refurbished. Inside and out. For instance the ice machine not working, bed mattress shot, no sound on the tv, had to change rooms. I will not be booking there again.

Good value for the money and breakfast included was nice. clean rooms and very friendly staff however One of the exit doors kept being kept open which didnt make us feel safe and the location is a little bit sketchy..

When I went to check in, they had no record of my reservation, that 'Expedia hasn't entered the booking in our system'. They went on the Expedia portal and saw the booking. Luckily they had a room, but I will never stay there again. It was disgusting. Hallways smelled horrible. There was black mould all over the bathroom. The aesthetic is horribly neglected and needs a refresh. Nasty.

The beds were comfortable, the AC is right next to the bed and can be noisy. My husband thought it smelled musty in the room. The rugs in hallways were not looking very clean. Staff was friendly.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! RUN!! To start the outside was dirty, and we had to go through a crowd of homeless people that were living against the side of the building in the parking lot to get inside. Inside the lobby was dirty. We got to our room and it was literally CRAWLING with Roaches and Bedbugs!! They were not only under the mattress, but swarming the walls, doors and hallways!! I have never seen anything like it! We immediately went back to the desk and told them we are not staying there and wanted our money back. The man behind the counter gave no argument but said I would need to get my refund from Expedia. As I was speaking to him another lady arrived from out of town to get her refund that she has been chasing as well. This place should be shut down.

I've never had a barfridge inside of a dresser before , my friend Had a fridge that was all rusted out at the bottom. Hea T a four drawer dresser , but only three drawers were in it the top was missing, And caution tape everywhere. Breakfast. Was supposed to be included, but we had to make our own.And the tables were sticky and disgusting.Nobody bothered to wipe them off. Thank you for the night sleep , but we will not be back again.

We were surprised that the beds were well made, clean and comfortable. However, there was an empty bag of chips left in a drawer, a table that was not wiped down (had crumbs and a few pieces of garbage), an empty water bottle in the window, and a dirty toilet. Front desk service was great! They gave us a couple bottles of spring water and we’re always happy to greet us.

We’ve killed a few cockroaches and bugs in our room. The hallway was dirty and smelled strange. Originally We booked for 4 nights and we had to check out after the first night due to the terrible condition. We had to cancel the rest 3 nights booking . I am unable to contact Expedia for refund at this moment . Expedia hotline is a joke with waiting music only and no one answering

Air conditioner was noisy and the continental breakfast was very sparse and limited. We had a problem with noisy neighbours on the second night at 3:30 am. Screen misding from tge window abd just left invthe corner if the room. No place to hang up your clothes. The neighbourhood is very sketchy with many homeless and drug users. Would not feel safe after dark.

this property was excellent for location to downtown kingston. The property is in desparate need of renovation. room was clean and nice. only a cotton sheet and 1 blanket on the bed. Had to turn the heat up higher in the room as we were cold at night. breakfast just passable. Booked for location and cheaper price. I guess you get what you pay for!

The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant/courteous and helpful. We had trouble with the TV and they came up right away to fix it. Our room was a little chilly the first night, they fixed it right away. The building is a little tired and could use a face lift. The people next to us talked and argued ALLNIGHT!! And we could hear a dog barking in a room nearby every so often. But all in all it served our need for the time.

The staff here has been great. Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a keurig coffee machine in room. The first room we went to didn't have a working lock, and the room we stayed in smelled a little like cat pee (very odd). Bed was comfortable and it was clean at least. Definitely not worth the $300 we paid for the room, maybe get this place at a discount if you can.

Bad part of town way off the freeway. Ugly old rundown parking lot and building. Checkin clerk suggested parking in the middle of the lot so she could keep an eye on the car. Tiny bathroom with no vanity or counter. Multiple roach baits scattered around and roach spray in trash can in room. they didn't work but I killed 4 roaches in the morning. they put us on the second floor with no elevator for my wife with mobility issues. Couldnt pay me to go back.

Bad part of town way off the freeway. Ugly old rundown parking lot and building. Checkin clerk suggested parking in the middle of the lot so she could keep an eye on the car. The staff here has been great. Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a keurig coffee machine in room. Ice machine in the hall, continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Very close to everything, great location.

It was pretty run down. Saw bugs and very humid, portable air conditioned units everywhere, carpet were old and smelly. Very limited breakfast. Staff was amazing and very fast at accommodating.

Soit disant un accès a une piscine proche, sauf que le personnel n'est pas au courant. Établissement vieux un peu degati mais a peu près propre. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner avec ses gaufres fraîches qui était très bien garni, beaucoup de choix et l'espace déjeuner était très propre.

Good value for the money and breakfast included was nice. clean rooms and very friendly staff however One of the exit doors kept being kept open which didnt make us feel safe and the location is a little bit sketchy..

Hotel was well positioned for what we needed. Sink in bathroom was cracked and toilet rolls were positioned behind the door. Air conditioner was noisy and the continental breakfast was very sparse and limited. We had a problem with noisy neighbours on the second night at 3:30 am. The staff in charge at night took care of it promptly

Floors weren’t clean; drain in bathroom sink didn’t work properly, no coffee pods in our room; door keys quit working on a regular basis. Breakfast was great with lots of variety; mattress was firm and comfortable.

The rooms werent totally kept clean. For the second full day of my stay I asked for my room to be cleaned but when I came back it looked like the room wasn’t cleaned since the one tiny garbage I had wasn’t emptied. Also for the last night I turned the heat on in my room and it smelt like I was burning something. I noticed a lot of dust in the unit showing me that it wasn’t cleaned for a while. Parts of the wallpaper was evidently peeling as well. Also I had to ask for a hair dryer and the front desk person was surprised when I said the room didn’t have one. How they built the bathroom was disappointing since I was the only individual in my room I kept the bathroom open so that created the challenge of reaching the toilet paper behind the door. Lastly I didn’t like how the windows only privacy was the singular curtain which blew wildly when the ac unit was on I had to use my personal effects to block it from moving and when I looked outside I noticed some of the other rooms in my area had multiple curtains
