Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with a very comfy bed. Breakfast had lots of hot food options in addition to the standards. They also offer a yogurt and rest fruit station. The hotel also offered a nice workout room and indoor pool. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

Check in process was lengthy, the lady kept doing whatever else with her co-worker and leaving us to wait when there was nobody else checking in at the time. The halls smelled dingy, the room smelled like chlorine or bleach, the pool room smelled so strongly of bleach we couldn’t stay in there long and the pool water looked disgusting. We asked if the pool was open and were told it was and could be used, I brought to their attention that it looked foamy on top and they told me it was going through a treatment process but could be used. The breakfast was ok. Before check in, we requested through the app extra towels and toiletries, didn’t get them and the little bottle of lotion they left us was used and almost empty. The main faucet for the shower was falling apart.

The stay was ok. We went during their renovation and rooms were limited. They were renovating on the floor we were on and it smelled of paint. Overall it was good. Location was very close to mall, restaurants, airport, etc. They also have a shuttle bus which was great.

My two toddlers and I had a great time. Our room was large with every single amenity. There was a double burner to cook, dishwasher, full sized fridge, sink, microwave, and countertop with dishes, complimentary tea/coffee with hot water maker. Shower was an awesome size, along with our 2 beds and sofa. The sofa was not a pull out. The highlight for me was that the incidentals were on $50 per night and the BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! We visited twice In one week! Oh and they have a POOL AND BAR AREA! Pool is indoor and very much fun.

I chose this hotel for 1 reason…an indoor pool for my 8 YO grandson…the pool was nasty, white matter floating on top and smelled…reported to front desk but nothing done…went back twice to see if cleaned and it wasn’t…upset! I have video and pics if corporate care to see.

At check-in, there were workers still working in the hallways and there were tools, paint, buckets, etc. making it not so easy to navigate with a suitcase.

The best things about the property were: location; tv and; great shower pressure and hot water. Issues: Beat up furniture in room; Room doors looked like someone was kicking them; White stuff floating in pool; Breakfast was not good and served in foil pans; There is only one shuttle and the wait to and from is extremely long (we ended up taking an Uber from the casino); No DO NOT DISTURB signs for door; Hall way looks industrial and dim; Ceiling in room had stains (not sure if it’s mold) and; Hotel needs an extreme update/makeover!!! Not worth the price.

Breakfast was tasty, good variety to choose from. However, the room could use a thorough cleaning. Sheets did not completely “fit” the bed. Furniture extremely worn. Paint on walls could be touched up. And window opens- no safety screen and did not lock.

When first arrive everything was fine. The room was clean. Then all of a sudden we started seeing roaches everywhere in the bathroom, crawling on the counter by the stove and where the coffee machine was. Crawling up my son bed. To the point I ask for another room. I was accommodated with another room but after seeing roaches in the other room made very uncomfortable for us to sleep. In the new room we was giving. So we were very restless the next day.

The hotel is NOT clean. It smells stale and the hall smells like urine. The walls are dirty and the furniture is old with scratches and dings. The Tv was average and the remote did not have working batteries. The furniture and surfaces were not wiped down properly. So, I went to the local Walmart and bought Lysol wipes and spray. I asked a housekeeper to come to my room while she was making rounds and she never came. Me and my children never slept under the covers because that's how uncomfortable we felt. The couch and computer chair was dirty with stains. Last but not least I requested a 1 bedroom suite and upon arrival I was told that my room was given away. So, I was downgraded to a regular room with 2 queen sized beds. I was rightfully upset but I was compensated for the mistake. The manager attempted to make things right. So, that was greatly appreciated. However it wasn't enough to make me want to stay. I left after 2 nights and was suppose to stay 4. Overall, the property needs updates, better cleaning regulations, and better management of how rooms are kept and reserved. If these things occurred it would be a nice property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, etc....and the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

The staff was nice, I had concerns about the room. The beds to close together, for some it could be unsafe. The t.v. over extended the table. The tray for the coffee maker did not fit. The phones not working, no phone info, or wifi info. The shower design flooding.

I had a King bed but tiny pillows. Maybe meant for a Queen bed. It felt like a cheap motel. Furniture and room layout outdated , TV had coloring issues because it’s old Lobby was cute , breakfast appeared to be homemade by the styling of pots used but wasn’t great. Standard i guess. Pool is shared between two hotels Shower continued to leak even when totally off. No house keeping came to my room to change the towels or make the bed my 2nd day. I would not stay again

The room was clean and spacious. We like the in-room kitchen as a means to "eat in" and save some money for other things on our trip. The hotel breakfast is very good and nice hot options, with a yogurt bar. Property is right next to some serious shopping, and the freeway to easily get to other places. And the room comes at a very nice price.

We have stayed previously here. The free breakfast to me wasn't tasty. The French toast was dried out; the diced potatoes were lukewarm and dry. The turkey sausage was dry. The eggs looked unappealing. We had the same breakfast both days. I would have thought that they would have hanged up the breakfast meat and eggs each day. The plus of the hotel was the staff at the front desk and the shuttle bus drivers.

Honestly, didn’t get to see anything beyond the front desk. We had our check in available after 3pm. We went to a movie but when to check in at 6:30pm and the front desk said “oh I emailed you earlier today” I look at my emails and it says that she emailed me only 2 hrs prior to us being there, so an hour and a half beyond when we could of checked in. She said she cancelled our reservation because Expedia overbooked. I think that is a joke and they probably sold our room to someone else, or Expedia is horrible. Either way, you don’t let someone know AFTER they were supposed to be able to check in. I booked the hotel days before that, they should of figured it out. I’m never staying there nor am I ever using Expedia again.

Rooms are decently large, clean, and well appointed. Shower was a little awkward with nowhere to put toiletries or towel but still ok. Staff and service really are a disservice to this hotel. The hotel is NOT clean. It smells stale and the hall smells like urine. The walls are dirty and the furniture is old with scratches and dings. The Tv was average and the remote did not have working batteries. The furniture and surfaces were not wiped down properly. So, I went to the local Walmart and bought Lysol wipes and spray. I asked a housekeeper to come to my room while she was making rounds and she never came. Me and my children never slept under the covers because that's how uncomfortable we felt. The couch and computer chair was dirty with stains. Last but not least I requested a 1 bedroom suite and upon arrival I was told that my room was given away. So, I was downgraded to a regular room with 2 queen sized beds. I was rightfully upset but I was compensated for the mistake. The manager attempted to make things right. So, that was greatly appreciated. However it wasn't enough to make me want to stay. I left after 2 nights and was suppose to stay 4. Overall, the property needs updates, better cleaning regulations, and better management of how rooms are kept and reserved. If these things occurred it would be a nice property. It's close to shopping, restaurants, etc....and the rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (2 hrs after checkin.) We were supposed to have a 2 queen size beds but they gave us a suite with one bed and pull out couch. We waited over 6 hrs to get linens for pull out couch only asking for them 4 times. The bartender (which was 30 mins late)brought her 3 kids to work with her, 2 of which were under the age of 2 and were running all over the bar area even trying to get behind the bar. The stay was ok. We went during their renovation and rooms were limited. They were renovating on the floor we were on and it smelled of paint. Overall it was good. Location was very close to mall, restaurants, airport, etc. They also have a shuttle bus which was great.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with a very comfy bed. Breakfast had lots of hot food options in addition to the standards. They also offer a yogurt and rest fruit station. The hotel also offered a nice workout room and indoor pool. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor, carpet i tripped over countless times due to edges being curled, the mattress did not fit the frame. The walls are super thin you can hear everything in the room next door. When theyre talking. In the bathroom, everything There was some kind of alarm going off and when went to desk to inquire the agent said well i dont see anything down here singnaling theres anything wrong and dismissed me. Didnt check it out or care to hear anything more from me. The cable was hit and miss, most channels didnt come in at all just static. The breakfast was cold even at 7am when was first brought out. The yogurt bar was amazing though. There were kids wanting to make creal but there were no bowls. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any one visiting the area.

My two toddlers and I had a great time. Our room was large with every single amenity. There was a double burner to cook, dishwasher, full sized fridge, sink, microwave, and countertop with dishes, complimentary tea/coffee with hot water maker. Shower was an awesome size, along with our 2 beds and sofa. The sofa was not a pull out. The highlight for me was that the incidentals were on $50 per night and the BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! We visited twice In one week! Oh and they have a POOL AND BAR AREA! Pool is indoor and very much fun.

I had to change rooms three times. First one had dog hair on bed. All three had stained dirty carpet, hallway carpet was filthy, light fixtures in hallway were broken and ripped up, sofas in rooms were sunk in and old, shower and toilet stained, they wanted to charge $10 per car to park in their parking lot, had trouble getting an extra set of towels because booked for four and got towels for three. Breakfast had no food and had to find staff to replenish breakfast food, housekeeper was rude, everything about the hotel is old and worn out, etc....
