Great parking in the underground garage. Hotel is lovely but the rooms could do with a bit of modernisation. Check your bill on departure as ours showed and extra charge which we queried. It was for breakfast which we didn’t have! £40 extra. It was taken off when we pointed it out without query. Great location and lovely outdoor seating with a view. I would stay again.

Bonjour, Chambre très petite...ne correspondpasauxphotos... WC contre le mur difficile pour aller au toilette sauf pour un enfant... déjeuner a 19€ par personne ... mais il y a du choix... très petite salle de bain... parking payant 15€ par jour...très bonne literie... hôtel est beau mais ancien... personnel polies.... a 150€ la nuit... et pour les étoiles de l'hôtel a mon avis ils ont regardé le ciel de nuit....je n'irai plus...

Mysigt hotell, med knarrande trägolv. Skön säng. Läget är perfekt med mycket sol. Restaurangen har väldigt god mat. Parkering under hotellet.

Le parking de l'hôtel est payant , 15 euros , devrait être préciser dans la réservation. Les chambres proposées sur le site sont belles. Pas de chance,nous avons eu une chambre sous les toits en pleine canicule, pas digne d'un quatre étoiles. Pas de frigo , pas de climatisation , fenêtre simple vitrage , difficile de tenir avec ses températures extrêmes . Le petit déjeuner est irréprochable.

Ett fint rum med fantastisk utsikt över floden Semois och fortet - bra badrum och bra säng. Vi åt på kajen i hotellets Bistrot restaurang och njöt av det fina sommarvädret - lugn och avslapnad stämning. Praktiskt med garage mot betalning men lätt att parkera längre bort utmed gatan utan kostnad. Hotellets läge är "mitt i byn"

Andra året vi bodde en natt här för att fortsätta mot Frankrike. Bra och charmigt hotell, i hjärtat av Bouillon. Gammalt och väl bevarat, med en fin matsal med utsikt över vattnet. Bra frukost, trevlig personal.

Hotel agreable et bien situé.. Les parties communes et les salons sont tres sympas. Chabre standard un peu sombre donnant sur une petite rue a l’arrière mas tres propre. Presonnel très agréable

Chambre très petite vieillote, salle de bain également, la literie est impécable. L'hôtel en lui même et bien restaurant très accueillant, nourriture parfaite. Point négatifs, supplément pour le parking supplément si ont arrivent trop tôt également si ont part tôt tard. Une nuit c'est bien pas plus.

Ontbijtbuffet was veel te weinig plaats voor al de mensen die kwamen ontbijten. Aanbod was goed, maar voor de prijs mocht uitgebreider. (Salade, meer dan tomaatjes, meer opties voor bij eieren, enkel spek of zalm, tomaat, champignons, aardappelen (gebakken of hashbrowns,..) iets van locale producten van de streek, boudin, paté,… met uitleg! Kamer was goed, met plaats, maar geen stopcontact aan beide kanten van het bed, probleem voor beademingsapparaat aan te sluiten… traphek erg verouderd met verschenen tapijt met gaten erin. Maar algemeen een goed verblijf.

Great parking in the underground garage. Hotel is lovely but the rooms could do with a bit of modernisation. Check your bill on departure as ours showed and extra charge which we queried. It was for breakfast which we didn’t have! £40 extra. It was taken off when we pointed it out without query. Great location and lovely outdoor seating with a view. I would stay again.

A lovely place to stay , staff are exceptional and food is awesome , one small niggle is that STILL no air con in the rooms and they do get very stuffy in warm weather

Hotel agreable et bien situé.. Les parties communes et les salons sont tres sympas. Chabre standard un peu sombre donnant sur une petite rue a l’arrière mas tres propre. Presonnel très agréable

Chambre très petite vieillote, salle de bain également, la literie est impécable. L'hôtel en lui même et bien restaurant très accueillant, nourriture parfaite. Point négatifs, supplément pour le parking supplément si ont arrivent trop tôt également si ont part tôt tard. Une nuit c'est bien pas plus.

Andra året vi bodde en natt här för att fortsätta mot Frankrike. Bra och charmigt hotell, i hjärtat av Bouillon. Gammalt och väl bevarat, med en fin matsal med utsikt över vattnet. Bra frukost, trevlig personal.

Just old. Breakfast understaffed, few people yet dirty tables and buffet not refreshed or replenished for the euros we paid! Small killer steps in the hallways, in semi dark.

Wij kunnen niets aanmerken op het verblijf. Hele, schone mooie kamer. Prima ontbijt. Heerlijk gegeten. Personeel duurt erg zijn best. Zeker een aanrader.

Vi åt på kajen i hotellets Bistrot restaurang och njöt av det fina sommarvädret - lugn och avslapnad stämning. Praktiskt med garage mot betalning men lätt att parkera längre bort utmed gatan utan kostnad. Hotellets läge är "mitt i byn"

Ontbijtbuffet was veel te weinig plaats voor al de mensen die kwamen ontbijten. Aanbod was goed, maar voor de prijs mocht uitgebreider. (Salade, meer dan tomaatjes, meer opties voor bij eieren, enkel spek of zalm, tomaat, champignons, aardappelen (gebakken of hashbrowns,..) iets van locale producten van de streek, boudin, paté,… met uitleg! Kamer was goed, met plaats, maar geen stopcontact aan beide kanten van het bed, probleem voor beademingsapparaat aan te sluiten… traphek erg verouderd met verschenen tapijt met gaten erin. Maar algemeen een goed verblijf.

Had booked parking but they didn’t have space for us and had to use a small outdoor place. Later found out that the whole town has free parking so yeah… when checked out they slapped on an very expensive parking fee even though they didn’t have room for us, and then tried to make me pay for a restaurant visit we never did.. we dined out but somehow someone elses bill was added to our room. They didn’t speak english very well and everything was hard to understand for staff, but finally I didn’t have to pay someonelses bill at least. Nice location, ok breakfast. Old, charming hotell. No AC. Noisy. If you stay here, park in the city, not at hotell.

We stayed in Bouillon for the evening and found this hotel to be so charming. My only complaint was that so many nearby places were closed so we were limited in things to do, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Great location. Very minimalistic amenities in the room. One must be prepared. The breakfast is not included and is mediocre. Better to get it from the pastry shops accross the street.
