We arrived an hour after check in, and they were not sure our room was ready. The room was nice, but the floor was sticky throughout the room. I am not a light sleeper, but the acoustics at this hotel allows you to hear everything: fuss baby all night, the banging of the outside door at the end of the hall, the spastic dog that barked at every little noise. We got absolutely no sleep! Do not stay here if you need rest. It is impossible.

The hotel was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice big tv. We only had two complaints. One, we stayed in a handicapped accessible room, which was very helpful. However, the shower was set up for wheelchair only. Meaning the shower head was waist level with no option to raise it up. Not everyone who is handicapped is in a wheelchair. Two, I understand that hotels put an additional hold on the card for incidentals. But $100 with no forewarning is a bit extreme. If they are going to charge that much, they should forewarn people, and not just in the fine print, which I’m not even sure it’s in there. Otherwise, our stay was great, very comfortable. And the breakfast was fantastic, lots of options!
