Surrounded by a country setting, this charming villa boasts a spacious garden, adorned with a manicured lawn, ideal for the little ones to play in. The saltwater swimming pool, 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a uniform depth of 1.50 metres, is perfect for cooling off on warm days. Before heading indoors, there are several furnished verandas to enjoy alfresco meals prepared in the barbecue area. The modern interior, spread over two floors, begins with a bright, open-plan living area with two sofas and a Smart TV, and a dining area. With air conditioning, it becomes the ideal space to relax in the evening. The induction cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. To complete the ground floor, there is a toilet and the first bedroom, with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them has two single beds and the other one has a double bed and access to a furnished terrace. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and highchair will be provided.
