It was a great location right next to a subway stop. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Our room was not done when we got back at around 3-4:00 for a break. Maid staff did ask if we wanted our room made up, but we were relaxing, so we just got towels. They need more staff if they can’t get rooms done by 3:00!

A experiência como um todo foi perto de perfeita. O AMTD não é um hotel de luxo, mas é extremamente eficiente em entregar o que se propõe. As instalações não são as mais modernas mas estão muito bem conservadas. Não percebemos nada que não estivesse funcionando muito bem. Recepção sempre atencioasa Quarto limpo. Roupa de cama de ótima qualidade, housekeeping diário, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Além disso tem uma estação de metrô literalmente na porta do hotel e um ponto de ônibus do outro lado da rua. Minha sugestão para o hotel seria que melhorassem as fotos de divulgação, pois a realidade é muito melhor do que o retratado nas foros! (Por exemplo achei que o quarto não tinha armários para roupas, o que não é verdade! Mas nas fotos não apareciam!) Se você não está atrás de luxo, e estar perto do Soho e Tribeca é importante pra você, pode vir sem medo!

The room was HUGE by NYC standards! AC was ice cold for the daytime, beds were comfortable and clean. Linens were soft. Our unit had a street view and the windows opened for fresh air and the city sounds at night! Subway station is right across the street! Several small restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the FD (took about 45 minutes) to shop/explore. The area was clean and the hotel is nice. The day staff was SO friendly and helpful. The toiletries were nice, too. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and lotions provided. Would definitely stay again.

Had booked a room with a view of Tribeca and all I got was a view of the other buildings back sides. The fan in the bathroom had lots of dust built up around it and the TV had a watermark that was on the whole time. The room itself was t bad, good size bed and good working a/c unit. Subway was very close and easy access to everything
