The room was great, but there was only one elevator, and conferences the whole weekend, frequently there were long lines that would require 30 minutes to get in or out of the building to our room and vice versa. I spend several hours waiting for an elevator over the weekend, not to mention when I got on the elevator I was riding with 8-10 people, probably over capacity. I felt unsafe because of this issue, both because of the possiblity for failure, but also being exposed to so many people in close proximity.

$48 Valet parking is only parking option. We stayed there because it had a rooftop lounge. That happened to be closed the whole time we were there. Centrally located in Midtown, convenient to nothing. We took an Uber every time we left the Hotel. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the property and our stay!

The bed and Pillow's were to soft my neck is killing me, the towels in wash clothes were hard, I through there was a roof terrace so you enjoy the sunshine wasn’t available has been closed for two to three years they said, To me the hotel is very over rated in over priced compared to other hotels nearby, I will not stay here again just my opinion.

The staff was very friendly and things were organized. One of the elevators were broken which required a longer wait time to use them. Things were very pricey there, no complimentary anything and the valet parking was expensive as well. Over all nice hotel, I just feel as though there should have been more amenities for the prices we paid.

The hotel has 21 floors but only three elevators, and one appears to be offline. Expect to wait over 10 minutes to take an elevator up to your room. Coming down takes even longer as multiple elevator arrive and are already full. We had to take the stars multiple times after waiting over 20 minutes. A very frustrating experience. There are better options in the area.

I only stayed here because it was a conference hotel, and for being such an expensive hotel, I wasn't terribly impressed. Overall, it was fine, but not worth the money. Felt more like a holiday inn than the fancy hotel it's supposed to be. There were cheerios under the bed and a questionable substance on the bed skirt. They promptly cleaned it up when I asked, but I don't think a hotel at this level should've been dirty in the first place. Everything in the room also felt a bit dated. Staff were very nice, so that's a positive. But otherwise, I can only assume it's so highly rated for the bar and location. There just wasn't anything special about it.

I was given a room with a dirty restroom and they didn’t fix it for a whole a day, then I was moved to a new room late at night. They didn’t come to fresh up the new room either. Terrible service.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Was not noisy although it was quite a crowd for the weekend that we were there. It appeared that the staff in the dining and bar area were understaffed. There was significant wait times for drink orders, and food. The food was mediocre at best. Parking on the street was impossible. Their staff was extremely courteous, polite, and helpful however, cars were on Friday when we checked in triple parked on a one-way street, which is quite hazardous for car zipping by. Condition of the furnishings booths and chairs in the restaurant and dining area were well worn and needed replacement. We ask for bar soap and was told none was available on the first day and finally received one small bar on the second day. The body wash and the shower was empty. It was never replaced.

First, we pulled the sheets back to check the beds before we slept and they were fine. However, we strip the beds before we leave so thats less the housekeepers have to do. When we lifted the sheets off, the mattress pad a multiple urine stains on them and then upon pulling the pad off there were multiple blood stains on the mattress itself. That was the worse. 2nd, the water pressure was so slow in the bathroom sink and couldn't be adjusted. 3rd, upon arriving the front desk clerk failed to let us know that we needed to use our key card to accessthe elevator to get to our floor. So we were holding up the elevator trying to figure out why it wasnt moving. I did speak with one of the managers about the issues. She apologized and said she would speak to the housekeeping manager. Needless, to say on our next visit to Atlanta we will not be staying here. The bed situation did it for me.

We were happy with the experience from check in to check out. This stay is great. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so very comfortable. I had great sleep. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of midtown with plenty of dining and shopping around. The restaurant on the lobby floor is actually a great choice as well, so that is also convenient. I would gladly book another stay if the opportunity came up.

Very nice hotel and service. The geolocation was perfect in the mid town area with lots of restaurants and shops. The room was very nice and I loved the sheets. Bed very firm. I did not like the fact that the bathroom has a frosted glass which allows light to flood into the room during the night, awakening me or my husband. Don’t know why architects thought that was a good idea but I could without it. There were no lotion toiletries and only one hand soap. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The stay was not as expected. I reserved two queen beds but received one bed and a rollaway. How inconvenient and disappointing. I asked was the room available when I purchased. The response was, yes. I paused for an insertion of the rationale to no avail. I will think 10 times before reserving again as it has been proven you do not get what you pay for for provide any interventions for their mishaps.

The staff are not 100% trained on how to look out for prepaid, 3rd party reservations… so that resulted in this hotel charging me another $975 for my room that I already paid for. That definitely put a damper on my vacation as I was wanting to use those funds for other activities while I was visiting ATL. I’m also not pleased with the fact that I didn’t see the manager once while dealing with this issue- an issue with that dollar amount, I would’ve expected to see the manager come out and ensure I was taken care of appropriately but I had to talk to them through multiple employees. The room was decent.

If you like a spicy chicken sandwich try the Hot Chicken Sandwich at the Rowdy Tiger - it is crispy, juicy and spicy!! And the wait staff is top notch!

While the location was great and I did get a reduced rate, to have to pay for breakfast AND pay for WiFi in your room, I was truly baffled. There were other hotels in the area that my fiancé looked up and said I should have chose that offered free breakfast because I am a diabetic and could have gotten juice and things if needed. But I chose the place because of price. While nice and I am a Marriott member, I don’t know if I would stay at another. And that disappoints me because I love midtown Atlanta.
