Everything was nice, only issue was the hot tub was out of order, it was offered that the holiday inn next door would allow Hampton inns guest to use their hot tub. Due to it being a trek and being cooler than it had been outside, we decided against using the other motels hot tub, we should have just stayed there in hindsight. It would be really courteous if these motels would let would be guests know that their advertised amenities, such as the hot tub, etc, was out of order. This was the main reason we booked this motel. So we pretty much throwed our money out the window, booked on false advertisement. We would have booked at the holiday inn or elsewhere if we would have known and wouldn’t have felt taken advantage of.

Great breakfast included. Room was clean Pool heater was broken, but hot tub was just fine. The plug in the bath was very stiff. Too hard to open and close with just your hand. I had to stomp it closed with my foot and used pliers to pry it open it to drain the bath.

Normally this is a great motel but this past time, the hot tub was broke, the pool was full of screaming kids and we woke up to the floor being flooded in our room due to an apparent water leak in the wall. Everything else was good. It just seems the hot tub is broke all the time

The living conditions were substandard. The bathroom had visual mold sediments. My family and I had an allergic reaction to it. I thought that the concentration of mold was high in the area however according to the weather reports it was not. On a better the check-in and out was seamless. I enjoyed that part.

The handicapped accessible room was filthy. Room & furniture smelled of urine and was noticeably stained. While the hotel does a great job of decorating for the season, the furnishings and linens are too well worn and not in good condition anymore.

The property is very convenient traveling I-75 so that was wonderful. The facility is older and needs updating in the guest rooms. The bathroom floor was very sticky. You definitely kept your shoes on!

I booked through Expedia. I called Hilton to extend my stay before I arrived and received excellent service. My room was so close to the highway and very noisey. Even running the fan on the air conditioning on high did not mask the noise.

I stayed four nights at this hotel. I wouldn't want to return, just because the bed was too soft and lumpy. Also, the bed was set up with a sheet and a too-heavy comforter. I slept with just the sheet because the comforter made sleeping way too hot. So, the hotel failed to offer a comfortable night's sleep. On this same trip, I stayed at a couple of other, cheaper hotels with poorer facilities but much firmer, more comfortable beds. Give me the comfortable bed any time. I gave this hotel a three star "average" rating because the high quality, varied breakfasts partially made up for the uncomfortable bed. Oddly, the breakfast room was always freezing. I sometimes had to sit next to the gas fireplace to warm myself up. And this too was strange, because the fireplace was going strong, while outside, temperatures were in the mid-90s (it was June). Weird.

First the good. Nice hotel. Breakfast selection was great and the breakfast area was very nice. The beds were comfortable with different choices of pillow firmness. The UGLY. No drapes on windows only blinds. The room was so light it was difficult to go to sleep. Then if you went to the bathroom at night the awful bright light comes on automatically. So not rest friendly, totally screws up melatonin production. I would not stay there again until they address the curtain/light situation in the rooms.

The check-in experience was not so great. The clerk kept repeating the request for the license plate of our vehicle. I did not have this information immediately available, as my husband had not yet returned from parking our vehicle. It was pouring down with rain. I started to think the clerk perhaps didn't understand English very well, but on reflection, they were perhaps on 'auto-pilot', just answering prompts on a screen. Very frustrating. Did not offer a solution or acknowledge that this information could wait for a moment.

Very noisy neighbors, no enforcement of quiet hours, harassed by attendant in front of my family, demanding that I turn in my room key upon departure. One of the most disappointing experiences at a Hampton Inn, anywhere. I would recommend looking elsewhere before staying here.

One of the girls at the front desk was not very helpful. I was having issues with not having blackout curtains in my room and she didn’t even bother to attempt to accommodate or even try to look for anything else available. She said “everything is booked” so cant do anything. She didn’t know I had just checked the room availability and they had plenty of rooms available. POOR SERVICE.

We are here for a baseball tournament at Camp Jordan and the location is great! Lots of options for dining between here and there. The hotel is very clean. The pool was a great bonus after a long day at the ballpark

The hotel, dining area, hallways, elevator and our room and bathroom were all clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and the shower water was hot with average water pressure. Each bed had four comfortable pillows, plenty of covers and the air conditioning was quite and functioned as intended. Lots of hot and cold food choices for breakfast and the morning staff was very welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the check in person was not welcoming. It felt like we were interrupting her schedule. We will be back.

Each morning 30 min before breakfast was suppose to be available they were out of food and was not filling back up. I had to go to Cracker Barrel to have breakfast. I paid for this luxury and should be reimbursed and to be quite honest the front desk did not seem to care.

This was not the worst. But not the best. Staff didnt seem to care much. Seemed like an inconvenience. Cleanliness was okay. Stayed only one night for sleep and hot tub. The hot tub was warm but was 92 and cooled down very quickly. Took along road trip and picked this location for the hot tub. Wish i choose the holiday inn that shares the parking lot and tried them. Breakfast was horrible and watery and wouldnt recommend. You can tell they try to do it as cheap as possible. I wouldnt stay here again.
