The hotel is under major construction, the elevator is not working and the pool is closed. The entire second floor is closed. Breakfast is scheduled from 6-9AM but when I arrived at 6 the lights were out in the dining space and nothing was laid out. When I entered my room the door to the adjoining room was unlocked and open. Since I was traveling alone, that made me nervous. It would have been nice to have a sign at the front door that said "Pardon our dust...." or something like that.

The lack of handicap parking spaces near entrance had a lot to be desired. Only found 3 or 4 spaces which is insufficient for the number of rooms available. Staff was courteous and breakfast was great.

The place was very nice and clean. We liked the indoor pool. It would have been nice to also have a bar available. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our party had (4) motorcycles and she told us to park them under the overhang so she could keep an eye on them. That put us all at ease. Also, the breakfast was very nice!

The air in the in the pool area was so heavy with chlorine that your eyes burned and my grandson with asthma had to go back to the room without ever getting in the pool. I had expected a sheet set for the sofa bed, there was only a blanket but we made do.

The location was convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The common areas were clean and it was nice to have access to a 24 hour gym, indoor pool and play area. My room, specifically the bathroom, was not as clean as I would’ve liked.

Our stay was good considering the hotel was under going major construction. The front desk was very nice about the situation and we got a vulture for our next stay due to the construction. You can really tell that they are trying to make the hotel better with all the construction. We can't wait to see if when it is all done.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, the people that we dealt with were very nice. The shower sucks, our rooms were cleaned but our towels were very damp and our station was not refilled, but I do travel with some stuff so I dealt with it. And we did have a small ant issue.

Housekeeping is not cleaning rooms, had to go and get my own toilet paper and sometimes towels, also the gap under the doors are so big you can see eand hear everything from the hallway and the joining rooms also the smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hallways was bad, it was to the point where i almost checked out. The serving staff for breakfast are rude and not very friendly and as soon as the ending of the breakfast she was taking the stuff away and turning guest away from gettingany breakfast it was just 9am when breakfast ended and a guest asked for something and she told them breakfast is over and walked away, we stayed in a Comfort Inn at Harrisonburg VA and it was night and day the difference, no Marijuana smell no gaps under the door clean room and breakfast was out almost an hour past the end of breakfast, Sometimes people ckeck in after midnight after a long drive or long flight and people dont want to get up in a few hours just to have breakfast i think breakfast hours should be extended and have more choices.

This review has nothing to do with the construction zone that this hotel currently is. This review is straight up about the cleanliness or should I say lack there of. Upon arrival, we were given keys and told what our room number was. We got to the 3rd floor and the room we were assigned to had no room number on the outside. We figured out which room was ours by inserting the key card in various doors until one unlocked. We dropped our stuff off and headed to our event. When we returned that is when we noticed just how dirty the room was. It definitely had not been cleaned after the last guest and the pictures attached show it. There was an old bar of soap in the shower from the previous guest. The bottom of the tub was filthy and so dirty. The toliet had urine all over the bottom of it and on the floor, the sink had hair and dirt in it, and the hair dryer had hair wrapped all over it. Sheets had hair on them and I am unsure if they were even changed between guests. No hand towels, and the little samples they give in the bathrooms were obviously used by the previous gift. It was gross. The breakfast was mediocre at best and all the tables in the breakfast area were covered in crumbs and spills. Lots of things were out of stock. Needless to say, If we return to Bloomsburg it will be at a different hotel.

When we checked into our room, there was a layer of dust on all the furniture and on the floor. There were food crumbs and sticky residue on the foot stool as well as on the towel racks. The walls had holes in them and the refrigerator didn’t work. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this experience.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We were placed in a room for the disabled for some reason. Large room. Comfortable bed. The hairdryer was small without adequate power. (Bring your own!) The door had a gap along the latch side. I could easily see the hall carpet when the door was closed. Did not feel completely safe. The attached shopping center was helpful and there were plenty of food choices in the area.

Stayed on the 1st floor. Hallway noise and adjoining rooms were loud! Stayed here in December on 3rd floor and it was quiet. Room walls must be thin as we could hear someone burping and blowing their nose! Overall nice hotel for the price.

Room was very spacious and had a smart lay out. 2 queen beds and a couch, desk, sitting area and bench. So very impressed with the space. Lighting was very cool and modern as was the entire room. Breakfast was spacious and had a ton of options. More than any other hotel we have stayed at and we travel multiple times a year. High recommend.

Everything within is impeccable. Clean, lots of attention to the little details, well-designed and spacious rooms, very friendly and attentive staff. If what's outside your window is of no concern, nothing more to say. If it is, just make sure to get a room on the far side of the building facing the hills. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel.

Excellent and friendly staff- conveniently located next to a Panera Bread, Olive Garden and Walmart (for groceries). Decent hot breakfast (eggs and sausage links), cereal and waffle maker. Went with family- would certainly recommend to others.

We pulled into your parking lot and called to see about a room. The woman who answered, karolyn, said you were very busy and a night with 2 Queen beds would be $249 a night or a king bed for a bit more. We went online at that moment and got a room for $102 for a king!!!! Your parking lot was NOT busy and we found her rates and story about being busy untrue. If we hadn’t checked online we would have gone elsewhere. That is bad for business!! Luckily after a nice night your employee at front desk named Donna was happy and helpful and we were glad you had some enthusiastic employees to make us stay enjoyable. Our opinion was that Carolyn was lazy and did not want to deal with checking in We recognized her voice in back as we were checking in with another kind employee. Another employee noted 35 open rooms that night.

Yeah, we needed the rooms clean. They never came and cleaned the room. We were there for four days and they only cleaned it the last day I even asked for it to be cleaned and tidied up twice.

My room was near the elevator, as such plenty of noise in the am from early people. The lady who ran the breakfast bar often refilled the consumables (which were not in need of replenishment) on the bar in the middle of a rush by guests. She blocked the guest and screwed up the system.

I booked this room for three children two adults two queen beds, a pullout couch that all should’ve had proper linen and pillows and blankets for all of us to use so when I got there, I pulled out the bed for the extra person I had in the room there were no Sheets, pillows, or blankets for the bed. None in the closet nowhere when I asked the staff member for a blanket sheets and pillow for the pullout sofa that I paid for extra for the fifth person. They said they were full capacity and did not have any. I am very upset that I was charged. I could’ve went somewhere else, but they overbooked their hotel that day mind you I booked this room over a month and a half ago so they brought people in and booked them that day and that room and took the blankets sheets and pills that should’ve been for the fifth person in my room and gave them to somebody else on acceptable

We stayed in this hotel with our 2 grandsons for a trip to Knoebels Amusement Park. This hotel was a 20 minute drive to the park, which is about the closest you will find. The staff was great; the breakfast was good and it is located in a mall area close to a few other stores and restaurants, which was nice.

We stayed here one night to go to Knoebels. It's about a 25 min drive. Very nice and clean. Free breakfast. Very very very (one more) very small gym. Indoor pool the kids loved. Chipotle and Sheetz is very close food wise. We hit up Bloomsburg University on our way home which was less than a 10 min drive. I would definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, the hotel has a nice atmosphere and is really cute. The room was spacious and pretty clean, although the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there was some mold on the side of the tub/shower. The card demagnetized twice and the air conditioning machine was a little noisy. The bed and sofa were really comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and with a lot of different food but there wasn’t a lot of choice of meat or eggs: only sausages and cheese omelettes (and the latter was so terrible we spit it out and trashed it immediately). The waffle were good but there weren’t a lot of spreads, only some peanut butter.
