The room was perfect for a solo overnight stay, well located for the Hammersmith Odeon and well priced. It's a shame a couple of aspects of the room were lacking as it would have otherwise got a clean sheet. If there's a TV in the room, it should work, mine wouldn't show any channels and if it did, it would stop after a few seconds. The wall light next to the bed looked like it was about to fall off, and the spotlight did not work. Other than these small issues I'd be happy to stay again.

Me tocó hasta el último piso y no hay ascensor por lo que subir las maletas es una pesadilla y el staff se niega a ayudarte, tampoco hay internet!! Fuera de eso la ubicación es buena y la habitación también es rescatable si es que solo vas por un par de noches.

Esperienza negativa. Nel complesso la struttura potrebbe essere valutata sufficiente (non di più). A parte che le foto sono piuttosto ingannevoli, la pulizia non è il massimo, ma non è la cosa peggiore, e forse siamo nella media della zona. Ma la cosa grave è che su 3 notti, la prima l' acqua andava e veniva e il personale lo ha giustificato col fatto che fossimo nel piano mansardato e quindi la pressione fosse bassa. Le altre due siamo stati completamente senza. Da sottolineare che ci è stata offerta una camera vuota da usare per la doccia, ma 5 piani più sotto. Ok, va bene, finchè nell'ultimo giorno tutta la struttura non ha avuto più l'acqua. Il personale continuava solo a dire che avevano chiamato per la riparazione. Ero con tutta la famiglia e non potersi lavare non è una bella esperienza. Mi sono dovuto arrangiare con boccioni di acqua comprati per fortuna nel vicino supermarket. Sottolineo che questo sito, nonostante il mio reclamo ha dichiarato di non poter fare nulla a riguardo, con rimborsi anche parziali. Peccato perchè la zona è comoda a servizi e metro (10 min.). Anche se un po'rumorosa per il passaggio frequente della polizia (vicino c'è una stazione della polizia)

Property was listed as having air conditioning however upon arrival they said it was an error on the listing. A major error considering I was with a person that had a health condition at the time. Room was very small and also extremely noisy as it sat on a main road.

No penúltimo e ultimo dia da nossa estadia, ficamos sem internet a rede móvel era péssima. A sanita e a pia entupiam quando usadas e o chuveiro não tinha pressão. As camas era confortáveis e o espaço era quente.

It wasn't a nice experience. I booked as it said air conditioning and tv, it had neither. A small fan in the room which id have gotten more air if a mouse was breathing on me, tv in the room but the remote was removed due to covid i was informed by the receptionist... the bed was the most uncomfortable ive slept in in my life, small and just sank in the middle, the room was like a wardrobe and barely room to turn in it

Didn’t get to stay at Comfort Blue. Was sent to a partner hotel (Euro). But did get an upgrade on arrival. Nice room. However there was a sign on the window to say the window was broken and not to open. It was open already. Couldn’t shut it, so noisy until late. Water started to come through the bathroom ceiling and wall at 11 pm. A stream at first, reducing to dripping for the rest of the night. No one at reception to report it to. Had to keep emptying a bin catching the brown water several times. Plaster stuck to the duvet (not myne). And no battery in the tv remote. Not much sleep. Shame as it was otherwise a nice room

This is excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. New carpets were being laid during my stay and I could see that a lot of effort has gone into making the accomodation feel modern, well maintained and comfortable. I would stay again.

Dårlige rom som ikke tilsvarte bildene og ingen renhold. Ikke fikk vi ekstra dyne. Kun 2 stk.Reiste med datter og barnebarn. Og fikk øverste etasje med skråtak. Mye støv på vifte og div andre tinga. Dette er det værste sted jeg har bodd på i london

Our stay was absolutely ideal for what we wanted at the price we paid. The room was small but well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite mouldy and slightly run down, but the room otherwise seemed clean. We stayed for just one night as we were attending an event nearby and it was ideal for a short stay like this.

Bearable, but kind of rubbish for what you pay. I don’t know if it’s the northern in me, but we paid £202 for two nights. Last time we were in London we paid £64 a night, and stayed in a much better hotel in Kensington Gardens. It was not worth the £202. The toilet barely flushed, it was blocked upon arrival before we even used it, and we got blamed for using toilet wipes. This was despite me telling him it was blocked when we got there? I think he presumed I’d put my makeup wipes down the toilet. Anyway, it needed a plunger to unblock the last guests issue. Tatty furnishings, radiator a tetanus risk (rust everywhere), bent picture frames, a shoddily painted mirror in the basement, exposed nails in the table. No hand soap in the bathroom, carpet has seen better days, no shampoo or conditioner (that’s just me being pedantic, but it would’ve been nice to be warned). Maid who came in 30 minutes before check out and rudely told us check out was at 11. Fair enough, but no need to be rude. 10 minutes away from a tube station which is nice. Be warned there’s about 4 other Comfotels on this road so make sure you go to the right one.

Stayed for a night in 4 person room and was fine for our purposes as location is good. Is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Free wi fi was good and room was clean. Only downside was that my wife didnt sleep well as there was a dip on one side of the double beds.

The room is pretty basic and contained, but it had everything you'd need for a short stay. Given the temperatures, the addition of a fan was very welcome! Shower was okay but door didn't close properly, extractor fan was very loud, and providing shower gel but no shampoo seemed strange. But, like I say, for the price, given most places in London are double/triple, I was very impressed in terms of value.

Easy check in as we arrived very late. The place was very quiet, safe and accessible to the public. Staff was very friendly and helped us call the taxi in the morning. Good experience

Me tocó hasta el último piso y no hay ascensor por lo que subir las maletas es una pesadilla y el staff se niega a ayudarte, tampoco hay internet!! Fuera de eso la ubicación es buena y la habitación también es rescatable si es que solo vas por un par de noches.

check in and check out was easy, and reception looks really nice. easy to get to all places including underground and westfield. breakfast would have been nice but we went gails next door. will recommend. thanks

A great budget hotel that is ideally situated between hammersmith and Sheperd's Bush. A very friendly receptionist with who i had a nice chat. The room was very clean and cosy. No luxury but a nice room with a good shower and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend.

Bearable, but kind of rubbish for what you pay. I don’t know if it’s the northern in me, but we paid £202 for two nights. Last time we were in London we paid £64 a night, and stayed in a much better hotel in Kensington Gardens. It was not worth the £202. The toilet barely flushed, it was blocked upon arrival before we even used it, and we got blamed for using toilet wipes. This was despite me telling him it was blocked when we got there? I think he presumed I’d put my makeup wipes down the toilet. Anyway, it needed a plunger to unblock the last guests issue. Tatty furnishings, radiator a tetanus risk (rust everywhere), bent picture frames, a shoddily painted mirror in the basement, exposed nails in the table. No hand soap in the bathroom, carpet has seen better days, no shampoo or conditioner (that’s just me being pedantic, but it would’ve been nice to be warned). Maid who came in 30 minutes before check out and rudely told us check out was at 11. Fair enough, but no need to be rude. 10 minutes away from a tube station which is nice. Be warned there’s about 4 other Comfotels on this road so make sure you go to the right one.

Didn’t get to stay at Comfort Blue. Was sent to a partner hotel (Euro). But did get an upgrade on arrival. Nice room. However there was a sign on the window to say the window was broken and not to open. It was open already. Couldn’t shut it, so noisy until late. Water started to come through the bathroom ceiling and wall at 11 pm. A stream at first, reducing to dripping for the rest of the night. No one at reception to report it to. Had to keep emptying a bin catching the brown water several times. Plaster stuck to the duvet (not myne). And no battery in the tv remote. Not much sleep. Shame as it was otherwise a nice room

The room was perfect for a solo overnight stay, well located for the Hammersmith Odeon and well priced. It's a shame a couple of aspects of the room were lacking as it would have otherwise got a clean sheet. If there's a TV in the room, it should work, mine wouldn't show any channels and if it did, it would stop after a few seconds. The wall light next to the bed looked like it was about to fall off, and the spotlight did not work. Other than these small issues I'd be happy to stay again.

Esperienza negativa. Nel complesso la struttura potrebbe essere valutata sufficiente (non di più). A parte che le foto sono piuttosto ingannevoli, la pulizia non è il massimo, ma non è la cosa peggiore, e forse siamo nella media della zona. Ma la cosa grave è che su 3 notti, la prima l' acqua andava e veniva e il personale lo ha giustificato col fatto che fossimo nel piano mansardato e quindi la pressione fosse bassa. Le altre due siamo stati completamente senza. Da sottolineare che ci è stata offerta una camera vuota da usare per la doccia, ma 5 piani più sotto. Ok, va bene, finchè nell'ultimo giorno tutta la struttura non ha avuto più l'acqua. Il personale continuava solo a dire che avevano chiamato per la riparazione. Ero con tutta la famiglia e non potersi lavare non è una bella esperienza. Mi sono dovuto arrangiare con boccioni di acqua comprati per fortuna nel vicino supermarket. Sottolineo che questo sito, nonostante il mio reclamo ha dichiarato di non poter fare nulla a riguardo, con rimborsi anche parziali. Peccato perchè la zona è comoda a servizi e metro (10 min.). Anche se un po'rumorosa per il passaggio frequente della polizia (vicino c'è una stazione della polizia)

Stayed for a night in 4 person room and was fine for our purposes as location is good. Is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Free wi fi was good and room was clean. Only downside was that my wife didnt sleep well as there was a dip on one side of the double beds.

Det var inte mycket som stämde överens med bilderna som låg på deras hemsida. Rummen var fruktansvärt små med dålig standard, o bilderna var från ett hotell på en helt annan adress. Jag hade aldrig frivilligt bokat in mig på ett sådant här rum. Där fanns ingen tillgång över huvudtaget på mat på hotellet vilket resulterade i att vi fick jaga efter frukost ena dagen när vi skulle iväg på event. Trappan som ledde ner till vårt rum var så snäv o brant att jag som har kronisk smärta hade stora svårigheter att ta mig upp o ner.

The room was too hot, west facing and no air conditioning, the window can’t open widely I understand it for safety reason, but even no electric fan. I left the room before 5 morning after the water shower, couldn’t stay there….. The room need electric fan at least for healthy reason.

Upon arrival we were surprised to see what was given to us, a single bar of soap the size of a chocolate button and a single bottle of shampoo this was poo because there was NO conditioner like not even a 2 in 1 this was a one in one, this was all per person. The staff was trying to help, the person there on nights answered all my questions but he didn’t have anything to give when I asked for toothpaste or conditioner or fresh milk. But he was trying and alway there at night. For the price it was a little bit less than what we expected but the location is very good and the staff were nice the receptionist and cleaning staff were our highlight, In addition, the bathroom situation… there was a tissue wrapped around the neck and despite the fan being on it got so hot. Worth booking for a short trip. But know you won’t get the full experience there was also a big Tescos near by Also the bed was stained but the sheets were clean

Well, you get what you pay for. A very small room, with a very small double bed - more like 1,5 bed. I’m 191 cm and my feet stuck out and at times even touched the end wall. Very small and dark basement room with tiny window. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose so you couldn’t turn on the water without holding the faucet - which by the way turned out to be useful if you wanted water for a cup of coffee. There were few electricity sockets and none nearby the tiny table where the cooker stood. Amenities was hand soap and shampoo - no body shampoo. But it was a fairly cheap stay, close to Hammersmith station and Apollo. Pictures on the hotels website shows possibility of breakfast but not the case. Says daily cleaning but didn’t get any cleaning Sunday. The reception was full of mattresses throughout our three nights stay, so pretty messy.
