Good bacon and Croissants. Bad showers. No consistent temp. Nothing special. The spa is a joke. There is none.

Room was in good condition but a few minor issues. Toilet seat was abit discolored maybe because it hasn't been cleaned properly. Also abit of mold in the shower sealant at the bottom. But overall nice hotel, good bar, and a functioning usable gym which was a nice rouch

Parkplatzsituation trotz 3!! Parkhäuser eine ‚teure‘ Katastrophe, nicht Familienfreundlich da nirgendwo Aufzüge.

Great place to stay very comfortable and an easy location to get around with transport nearby or short walk.Staff were fantastic the food was great and the bar was very nice.Being English it was a shame there was no tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine was a great touch. Would definitely recommend

Quiet rooms - did not hear other guests the entire time. Spacious shower that did not leak everywhere (a pet peeve of mine). Very comfortable beds - on the soft side. Airco worked well but still found our room on the sixth floor rather humid. I was not bothered by the church bells. Parking was 20 euros per day. There were three lots located next to the hotel. Room fridge and safe worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Litt slitt hotell. Står i bookingen at det er spa, men det er et lite rom med en badstue nesten uten varme, dette må man også betale ekstra for. Hyggelig personale, og OK frokost (men du får bedre frokost ute på café).

Net hotel, wel weinig parkeerplaatsen wat er voor zorgdraagt dat je op een betaalde plek buiten moet staan.

Fint hotell, fina rum och skön säng. Riktigt fin frukost, bra parkering under hotellet. Mycket bra hotellbar. Vi återkommer gärna. Det tog 30 minuter innan vårt rum blev klart för oss, det var det enda som inte var toppklass.

Sehr zentrale und saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze, die pro Tag gemietet werden können. Sollten keine Parkplätze mehr frei sein, findet man ohne Probleme in der Straße hinter dem Hotel kostengünstige Parkplätze.

Haare von Vorgänger im Bad , sonst super gelegen

Hotelzimmer nicht sauber.

Haben extra ein Hotel mit Tiefgarage gebucht. Leider war nichts mehr frei was sehr ärgerlich war. Zimmer sind oberflächlich sauber. Leider wurden die Glastüren zum Bad nicht geputzt (Abdrücke waren sichtbar). Das Kopfteil war ebenfalls nicht sauber und auf dem Laken waren Haare. Frühstück war okay, es gibt vegane Optionen.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Beim Check-in mussten wir lange auf unser Zimmer warten. Im Zimmer und an der Rezeption lag überall Staub auf den Dekoelementen – ganz offensichtlich wurde hier nicht gründlich gereinigt. Unser „Deluxe“-Zimmer war extrem klein und schlecht durchdacht: Der WC-Bereich war nur durch eine halbe Wand vom Schlafbereich getrennt. Wenn man nachts nur kurz ins Bad wollte, gingen drei Deckenlampen und ein lauter Lüfter automatisch an – das ganze Zimmer wurde hell erleuchtet, was sehr störend war, da wir für unser schlafendes Kind gerade Dunkelheit geschaffen hatten. Die Klimaanlage hat kaum funktioniert, es war heiß und stickig im Raum, und die Fenster ließen sich wegen Kindersicherung nur ca. 10 cm öffnen. Im Duschbereich war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Das Frühstück war sehr mager und jeden Tag exakt gleich. Für 3 Nächte mit Frühstück für 3 Personen haben wir fast 500 € gezahlt – dazu kam noch eine Steuer, die laut App bereits enthalten war. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und würden diesen Aufenthalt niemandem empfehlen.

Eigentlich slles i.o. Mit Ausnahme der Bettdecke. Diese war stark fleckig/dreckig. Ich habe es für die Zimmerreinigung sehr offensichtlich hingelegt, leider ist es nicht aufgefallen

The room was smaller than described and shown. Even we could not move within the room.

Room was clean, staff great, but AC didn’t work. Was unfortunate.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. I was there at the end of August and it was hot. On check-in, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators and preferably at the end of a corridor. I asked twice and the woman ensured me the room would be quiet. Upon arriving at the room, I found it at the beginning of a very long corridor with lots of rooms after it, which meant a lot of people would be walking by at all hours. In addition, the room was hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, the fan for the air conditioning made a very loud noise, and the light in the entrance didn’t work. When I tried to call the front desk and housekeeping to report the problems, I found the phone didn’t work either. When I walked back to the front desk, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served (I waited 10-15 minutes every time I went to the front desk). They did give me a new upgraded room but their attitude was surly and there were no apologies or offer to help with my very heavy luggage. When I trekked to the new room, I found the key didn’t work, so had to return to the front desk, again carrying my very heavy luggage. Then, I waited for 10 min to get a new key. Again, no apologies or offers to help with my luggage. When I got into the room, the air conditioning barely worked. I complained and they said they would come but then never did. They gave me a free drink but I’d rather have had aircon. I asked several people in the hotel if their aircon worked and was told “barely” by all of them.

Very easy for Alexanderplatz which has great transports links for all of Berlin. Plenty of bus and tram options or a short 18 min walk to Alexanderplatz. The staff were helpful and I really loved the free bottled water left daily in the room. The air conditioning isn't great and only one of the windows opened so we couldn't fully take advantage of the cooler evenings. The coffee machine is great but if you use milk there is only two sachets of unpleasant creamer, so maybe buy some milk and use the mini fridge to keep it cool. We didn't have breakfast so I can't say if it was good or not, we felt it was a bit expensive.

Single beds rather than the double requested and air con that managed to be both noisy and not work Do not a vey comfortable stay For the money there are better options

Zimmer 150 ist ein Comfortzimmer. Leider ist es direkt über der Anlieferung und extrem schlecht gedämmt gegen Geräusche. Morgens hat man das Gefühl, das die Mitarbeiter im Zimmer stehen. Die Geräuschkulisse ist extrem. Bei Möglichkeit unbedingt ein anderes Zimmer nehmen.

I have stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin multiple times and it never disappoints! Efficient check-in, friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, nicely decorated throughout and in a great location with excellent transport links. Will be back - thank you!

A very pleasant stay during our trip to Berlin. Fantastic customer service. Clean and good amenities.. would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Check in muss operiert werden. Haben 1 Stunde gebraucht. 1 Person um 15 Uhr wenn der Check in startet ist einfach zu wenig und dann wird einem gesagt, wenn man dran ist, mal sehen ob ihr Zimmer überhaupt schön fertig ist… Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön! Das Personal war auch immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und vielfältig.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Staff friendly. But disappointed on check-in that we were given two double-bedded rooms when had ordered one of them to be twin-bedded six months earlier. Was told that it was impossible to rectify this. But when I insisted a room with twin beds was found. So why wasn't I given this at the start?

Choco from recepción was very kind and very good attention. Their was enother lady from recepción who didnt attend our need. We checked in 3 persons. So we asked her for enother bottle of water. It was 10pm. She didnt wanted to give us any. Even when we asked to pay for it.

Walkable distance to Alexanderplatz. You have everything near you.

O hotel é bom, só achei que a localização era melhor. Ficamos a 15 minutos da Alexanderplatz.

Überraschend Zimmerupgrade erhalten, Zimmer super ruhig und schön…Lage zum Alexanderplatz ca. 10 min Fußweg, Parken vor Ort mgl. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip…

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes (ungefähr 5-10 Minuten Fußweg). Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind angemessen groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip.

Great hotel. Quiet and safe. For such a large hotel excellent service. Location let it down for us a little as it was further out than I anticipated.

Great staff however tiny towels, one soap for hair body, no spa as advertised. Info for local attractions was not practical. Breakfast was slow resplenishment.

Zum Frühstuck kommt kalter Kaffe aus der Maschine . Die Umgebung stimmung bei Frühstuck ist nicht toll er massen abfertigung.

Lovely hotel, perfect for a long weekend, the room was a bit small but excellent for 1 person and the breakfast was also great with a large selection buffet style. Make sure if your planning to have breakfast each morning, pay for it all upfront when you check in for $16 instead of $21 on the spot.

Restaurant gave me food poisoning, stuck in my room for 4 days.

Sängkläder, kudde och täcke, fanns endast av syntetisk materiel, även de kuddar som gick att byta till. Jag har svårt för sådana kuddar, så sömnen fick lida. Fantastisk frukostbuffe, men att behöva stå i kö 5 minter för en kopp kaffe är inte bra. Eftersom många gäster var förkylda, och därför hostade, hade det varit bra om det funnits något slags handrengöringsmedel för att ta död på spridningsrisken då vi alla använde samma plockverktyg till Buffebordet.

Bel hotel proche de Alexanderplatz avec des chambres bien équipées (frigo, coffre fort, café tisane, éponge à chaussure, chausse pieds, eau (1 bouteille offerte), canapé de confort) et un super ensemble de matelas-oreillers très confortable !!!! Nous avons super bien dormis dedans ! Petit déjeuner au top également pour 16€ en reservant avant sinon 21€ le jour même...Très copieux et énormément de bon choix pour le sucré et salé !!
