Al hacer el check in la recepcionista muy poco amable. Nunca pudimos utilizar la piscina con horarios poco accesibles. El desayuno muy normalito. La ubicación del hotel pésima. El precio calidad no es adecuado. No creo que vuelva a este hotel. Si no tienes vehículo está muy mal Ubicado y rodeado de naves industriales algo que desconocía.

The hotel was fine, parking was really secure. Not much to do in the area as industrial, but 2 or 3kms away you have all you need. Staff were nice and friendly.

It’s located in the middle of an industrial estate. The service and staff are not particularly helpful or approachable. It is difficult to get around. The pool was full of loud kids playing and splashing around and the lifeguard on duty was not attentive at all. Additionally the lifeguard refolded the used towels and gave the used towels out as if they were clean. The fact that this was happening on the day where it was 40 + degrees is disgusting to me. Additionally the air conditioning in the room turned itself off multiple times whilst the key card was inserted into the power , making it a very hot and uncomfortable morning.

Everything was fine. The property is nice. The pool closes early - 8:00pm. Should be open later. They also require a 20 euro deposit to use the required pool towel. Shouldn't require a deposit. But overall, we had a good experience.

Parking souterrain payant mais pas excessif (8€) et au moins la voiture est en sécurité. Petit frigo dans la chambre et coffre fort. Lit très confortable et grand.

Joli hôtel chambre spacieuse mais service pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles : Le personnel parle à peine anglais pour un hôtel international c’est tout de même un peu juste mais il reste tout de même sympatique Niveau propreté ça laisse à désirer nous avons retrouver une paire de chaussettes dégoûtante et pleine de poussière sous le lit lorsque nous avons regarder dessous pour vérifier que nous n’avions rien oublier je ne vous dis pas notre stupéfaction !!! Les produits dans la salle de bain non changés ( attention une mini fiole de lait pour le corps et un paquet de 2 mouchoirs pour 2) ni les café et thé ( présent que dans une chambre ! comme l’eau offerte dans le frigo c’est 2 mini bouteilles et c’est tout que vous séjourniez 1 ou 4 jours ! Les tasses sales pas changées non plus vous prenez votre thé ou café dans la même tasses tous les jours !!! Bref c’est n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles Mon drap était taché en arrivant et comme aucune femme de ménage ne comprend l’anglais impossible d’expliquer Bref très bien pour y passer juste sa nuit et visiter Madrid mais pas pour y passer des vacances prolongées

Nice place, though cost €45 to get from airport to here as a family of 5 (not the hotel’s fault of course). Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con didn’t seem to work in the rooms, very warm at night even in early April and the windows being open wasn’t a great option due to proximity to the airport.

El Hotel en si bastante bien y el personal amable. El Hotel está situado cerca del Aeropuerto, en un pequeño Póligono Industrial, por lo que es necesario contar con vehículo. Está bien si se busca un hotel por dicha zona.

Decent hotel if you’re just passing through, but not the best for sightseeing or a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is pretty limited, and the hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area—not much around. Nice place, though cost €45 to get from airport to here as a family of 5 (not the hotel’s fault of course). Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con didn’t seem to work in the rooms, very warm at night even in early April and the windows being open wasn’t a great option due to proximity to the airport.

This is a great hotel at a great price. I was nervious about some reviews saying its in an industrial area and far from everything, it is true if you don't have a car, but renting a car might be a great option as there are lovely towns near (10-20 minutes away) that you can enjoy lunch or dinner like Alcala de Henares, home of "Don Quijote de la Mancha" or Segovia (1:30 hrs away), Avila (home of Teresita de Jesus de Avila)... and many more. I will definitely comeback here.

Clean and simple décor , polite and helpful front desk. The hotel was to far away from the center of Madrid . Cost 25 euro's the cheapest each way to get into town , 350 euros more could have gotten me a hotel in the heart of Madrid .

It is a great place to stay en route. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my Spanish is terrible and the staff were excellent. Restaurant provided a very tasty meal with nice local wines. Location is an industrial park will quick airport access.

The staff were FANTASTIC! Rooms were super clean. I didn’t manage to use the gym unfortunately due to my schedule. Fact is though, for the price we paid, we knew we had hit the jackpot. Excellent place!
