We reserved a room with two queen beds in January for our October stay. We had 4 people coming as indicated on our reservation. When we got there we were downgraded to one bed with an additional sofa bed. We were told we were not prioritized because we booked through a third party. (Hotels.com). They offered absolutely nothing except the knowledge that their overbooking would cause some people with reservations to not even have a room. We were lucky to even get a room. Nothing special about the place. You had to unplug the tv and plug it back in for it to work. Breakfast was also below par for a Hampton Inn.

Unfortunately, this was one of the dirtier Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. Our first room, it was clear the toilet was not cleaned and even still had toilet paper in it. The toilet seat was broken so I asked to be moved to a different room. The room next-door was in the exact same state. The toilet was not clean, the shower and tub area needed a good scrubbing with some barkeepers friend, and there were dirty spots on the comforter. They didn’t even put the toilet paper on the roll. The breakfast area was not cleaned or wiped up. The only reason I didn’t rate it lower was because the man that checked us in at the front desk was nice and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Would have liked a bit more variety of foods at breakfast on our first morning but buffet area kept clean and tidy. Free parking that was well-lit in the evenings. Great location.
