Upon arrival I did not know the hotel was being renovated and pool being closed which was upsetting because the kids were looking forward to this. After speaking with the Manager Alfredo he listened to my complaints on my stay and made everything right.

The room exceeded expectations. I didnt even know there was a putting green and beat outdoor entertainment area with a fire pit. Those extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay at this location again

First staff was great I had asked for specific location of room and she checked and got us what we wanted that was awesome. Also we got into the indoor pool which was really nice and clean. Overall great stay.

Pros: The room (king suite) was very spacious. The bed was pretty good. A/c worked well. Breakfast was ok. If you go down after 7;30 am the coffee is old. The bar only has Pepsi products. No to that Pepsi and Jack? Cons: My husband had on white socks that the bottom was very dirty after walking out n the bathroom floor. I wet a kleenex and rubbed it on the floor and it was black! I put water on the floor and scrubbed it with the bathmat. Sink, tub and toilet seemed clean. I don’t think the floor had been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator smelled like dead animal! The single brew coffee maker still had a brew pack inside it from who knows when The hallways on our floor were not vacuumed the whole week .The only reason we stayed here was because the Hampton Inn on Loop 820 was full. We will not stay here again. Toilet not bolted to the floor!

Room was damp damp damp! All my clothes were damp because air conditioner was not working properly. Nails and debris on the front entry sidewalk from some construction on the front entry canopy! Woke to find that the shower was broken. Had to switch rooms just for a shower. No assistance moving my already unpacked belongings. This made me late to the funeral I flew in to attend. I checked out early. It was pretty musty and gross there.

This hotel property's grounds are stunning. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable but need upgrading. My bed was 18 inches from the blower. The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I had to bring a lamp in. Bed was not comfy. I have been in other Marriott properties lately and can tell they have been updated. When that happens here, I will be back

These rooms are really dark including the bathroom. So if you have to get ready for something special you may not want to stay here because you can’t see what you are doing. No fan in the bathroom either so all the steam just stays there. Staff at front desk not too friendly. One of the rooms was not ready until 9:30 at night because they were short on staff.

Stay was ok- biggest issue was no hot water until after 6:30 am in the morning- seemed like they turned off the boilers overnight, which made an early morning shower difficult. Also- AC was very loud, but did work.

The outdoor plantings and common areas are inviting. Miniature putting area, fire pit and lounge furniture. The bathroom light is so dim you can’t see well in the mirror to do hair, etc. Only mirror in the room. No full-length mirror. Stains on the upholstery in my room and on the booth tables in the dining area. Most of the young employees were not too professional but did an adequate job. Common indoor seating area is large and comfortable. Hotel was sold out and parking was very scarce in the late hours. I would stay there again. It was quiet and the bed was very good.

The hotel was close to an event we were attending. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is noise from the highway so beware if you are a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi was down when we checked in at 3pm so we couldn't get our own room keys. A hotel employee had to keep letting us into our room as we had to leave and come back. Wi-Fi didn't restore until 10:45pm but signal was terrible. Luckily, Expedia offered me a credit for the inconvenience since they could not get a hold of the hotel. But we still were able to enjoy free omelets and waffles in the morning. FYI, tips are heavily encouraged by the staff.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and staff were friendly. My only real negative comment is that when people on the floor above us were walking around it was very noisy. I’m sure it was for the people below us too. The breakfast was a little confusing because they do offer a complimentary breakfast but they also offer a breakfast package. The signage was a little confusing but once we figured it out I got a tasty waffle and my husband got an omelette as part of the complimentary breakfast. What was disappointing about breakfast was that there was only water and coffee included. I had to pay $5 for an orange juice.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were super comfy, rooms and restrooms were clean. The maid staff were friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast waffles and omelets were made-to-order by friendly kitchen staff. Sadly the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the front desk were not as friendly. They also didn't explain things in detail, such as, how breakfast ordering and purchases from mini store work. They made me feel like I was disturbing them when asking questions.

Checked in and got wrong room. Went back to the counter and front desk person was gone. 15 minutes later they appeared. Room smelled, pull out bed was not sleep able - very uncomfortable. So 3 people in a king bed. A light kept flashing and a noise beeped occasionally. Breakfast was less than desirable. Week hotel wouldn’t recommend at all.

When I walked in, front desk went above and beyond. I had driven quite a long way nonstop and needed a coffee, expressing it simply to emphasize that I was tired when asked how I was. He stopped what he was doing and went and made me a cup just how I needed it. Top notch service, beyond appreciated.

Everything was good other than when we checked in she told all about the room. She went on to say that they had complimentary bkfst. Omelette & waffles but everything else was extra. immediately i told myself i was not going to pay extra for juice milk fruit etc. So we ate bkfst out. and next time we'll stay where all the basics are included.

The room was very clean and staff was very professional and courteous. Marriott however had one of the worse breakfast of any hotel we stayed at. Not family friendly at all. Choice was either an omellette or waffles. The omellete is made fresh and very good but no fruit options or cereal for kids unless you paid extra for it. No milk or juices either unless extra charge. No cereal or toast for kids. This hotel is too costly for such limited options. Also room is only cleaned once per 3 day stay (towels are replaced daily though) but the room charge for each day is the same. I've had better breakfast optons at LaQuinta, Holiday Inn and Hamptons.
