8-minutes to Downtown Asheville! Private Pool and Hot Tub | 4 Bathrooms En-suite

Very clean and easy check in. The property seems to need some tlc to really make it an awesome stay. A lot of painting touch ups, yard clean up, general maintenance issues would make this property top notch.

The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the large gathering areas and used all of the amenities. The house is in a great location not too far from anything you would want to do in the Asheville area. Check-in and checkout-out process was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

House was nice and clean, check-in was easy. I really appreciated that the host was responsive and quickly got back to me when I had a question. We loved the basement movie room, game room, and large main living room. We also enjoyed the big dining table for games. Having TVs everywhere was nice also for any solo bedtime movies. We spent a lot of time in the pool and really liked the ledges it had built in - great with young kiddos. Only downsides were the hot tub lid was broken and hard to get on and off, the pool was smaller than expected and needed vacuumed, all of the beds were very soft (which made it hard to sleep for a few bad back folks), the ceiling fan in the master was pretty loose and wobbly and another didn't have the proper remote to use it. All of these things were very minor though and didn't lower the value of our stay - would stay again.

This house was great for the family aged 12 to 80! The game room was enjoyed by the young folks and everyone enjoyed the pool each afternoon when we returned from adventures.
