Loved this property! The location was awesome, the restaurant across the street was great! Had to cress a small street to get to the quiet pool, was perfect t with the shallow end for our kids. The process for setting a new numeric key was a bit challenging but figured it out. I could see older guest may have issues. Love being able to walk the Riverwalk and to the playground (.5 miles away), we did that each night with our kids. Very clean and decorated well!

Very clean and nicely decorated. There is a fun restaurant across the street. Karen was very responsive when we had trouble getting I. With the QR code. The pool is in the safe most of the day which would be nice in summer months.

The apartment was very well appointed. I like it when hosts entrust guests with nice decor. The furnishing was very tasteful. The nicknacks and artificial flowers throughout were a nice touch. The small pool and workout facility were in good shape. The girls and l enjoyed them. The location was spot on for touring, restaurants, and getting in/out of the immediate area. A great week!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Love the pool after long day exploring the town. The only issue was the upstairs neighbors/noise late at night. When people walk upstairs the light fixtures makes lots of noise on mater bedroom. Perhaps the light fixture can be updated or removed to avoid this noise.

A wonderful place to stay! From the start Karen was very friendly and had quick responses to my questions. The space itself was perfect - the instructions to get in were clear, it was extremely clean and fit a family very comfortably. The location was also amazing! Right on the water and an easy walk to downtown. All in all a great experience.

My best friend and I decided to take my daughters to Chattanooga for a little getaway. We were extremely pleased with how clean the unit was, the safety of the location and it's relation to the Aquarium, river and downtown food options. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Chattanooga!

The beds at this place were nice and comfy. The whole place was very clean and comfortable (good shower pressure, nice closets, etc). The owner was very easy to communicate with. The location was super convenient. We enjoyed walking down to the river.

Traveled to Chattanooga for a short little family getaway. The condo was family friendly, in a decent area, and provided us with the basics to enjoy our trip. Location- it was within walking distance of the river, a good restaurant or two, but was a little bit further to walk to the aquarium/Children Museum than our 6yo legs could handle. Noise- the unit itself was in a mostly quiet area, but did have the occasional LOUD road noise of a passing truck/ loud car. The building construction itself would be to blame as you could hear footsteps above your head/in the hallways. It wasn’t bad enough to deter us from returning in the future. Check In/Out- to our own fault, we arrived 45 mins early with a child needing to use the bathroom, only to experience the building locked down. The provided code did not grant access until after 4p. Numerous other guests in other units had similar problems and the electronic safety measures in place for the building were mostly viewed as nuisance rather than helpful. Upon check out, the instructions said before 9:59am and at 9:35 we were loading up our car. The units door code locked us out while packing the car and naturally the only thing left in the unit was our 6yo child’s stuffed animal, blanket, and trash. Luckily the owner was extremely responsive and got us access back into the unit within 5 minutes (eliminating any major meltdowns). Overall- the unit was clean, nicely furnished, was practical, and the host was very responsive.

This condo was exactly was described. Location was great to downtown, and the restaurant across the street was perfect! Communication with the host was exceptional. There was an incident with a tenant that lived in the building where the pool was located, but after speaking with a host it seems as if it is a reoccurring problem with this tenant and he just doesn't care for the condo sharing facilities. However, I would definitely book and stay here again.

The property was lovely and well-appointed. Everything was clean and new. Karen was an outstanding host, helping us with recommendations and tips. We hope to return!

This is not a 3 bedroom condo. It has 2 bedrooms and a very small sleeper sofa with no privacy. It’s in the area where everyone gathers and walks into kitchen a few steps away. It’s fine if you don’t actually care that you are only getting 2 bedrooms but I don’t want anyone to be misled as I was. Disappointing that owners can describe condo as “3 bedrooms” when it is not.

This condo was perfectly located for our graduation weekend with our daughter. So clean, everything we needed, more than enough space for our family. One thing to note, the VERY NICE sofa in the living room area is a pull out queen! Woot! That’s the third bedroom noted in the description.Fantastic place! DEFINITELY would stay there again for a fun trip to a super fun town.
