Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, große Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal und gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist auch für Zugfahrer sehr gut, da es mitten in Lörrach ist. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es natürlich auch. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klima ausgestattet.Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Tipp mit einem Besuch in Colmar war super, danke dafür. Der Frühstück -Service ist perfekt, es würde darauf Wert gelegt das immer von allem reichlich und frisch da ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen erst eine nachvollziehbare Antwort erhalten. - das Zimmer war höllisch warm und auch mit Klimaanlage nicht so weit runterzukühlen das man gut hätte schlafen können. Wir sind nachts um 4 Uhr abgereist... - Umgebung ist unseres Erachtens nach nicht ganz so sicher. - Parkplatz nochmal mit 10€ zu berechnen finde ich nicht ok. Kenne ich auch anders. Insgesamt unter einmal und nie wieder verbucht.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Lörrach. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Preiswertes und leckeres Frühstück. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof, den man gut nutzen konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür.

Access to hotel with vehicle as well as parking in garage under the hotel is a bit complicated.

Das Zimmer hat eine überschaubare Größe, reicht aber vollkommen aus. Es ist schön eingerichtet. Boxspringbetten super bequem. Konnten sehr gut schlafen. Bad etwas klein und hell ausgestattet. Tipps zum Restaurant Besuch stimmten absolut. Hilfe beim parken in der eigenen Tiefgarage, die verschlossen war. Frühstück war echt gut und den Preis absolut wert.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation into Basel. The tourist card available at the hotel makes all of the public transportation free. The hotel was nice and exactly what our group of 5 needed. Dont miss out on the breakfast! What a value for the 10 euros per person! One warning...there are stairs. MANY stairs. Yes, there is a small elevator, but it only gets you from the parking below the building up to the landing before reception area. That was the only negative to this wonderfully quirky hotel.

Sogar mehrere kostenlose kleine Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank. Frühstück für 10€ sehr gut. Alles frisch und genügend Auswahl. Parken in der Tiefgarage bisschen tricky. Nichts für große Autos. Insgesamt waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Gefühlt mehr als 3 Sterne wert. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The image shown on Expedia, of the front of the hotel is kind of misleading. The bottom portion of the front of the hotel is a restaurant and not the hotel itself. The hotel reception is hidden behind the building where you have to walk a couple of stairs left and right to get to the reception. When I booked I was booking for an authentic experience so somewhat disappointed. However, the location seemed quite central

The front of the hotel looks nice, but inside is not as full of character as this suggests. The room was clean and adequately equipped, and the underground parking was useful. For a “pet friendly” establishment it was disappointing to be told that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and there were no other options for where we could take breakfast, so we declined. I suspect we wouldn’t have been allowed to leave our dog in the room, and I wouldn’t have done that anyway. In close proximity to the hotel there are lots of nice places to eat, which was good. There was a communal balcony area which we expected to be able to use (nobody else was out there whenever we went passed) but we were told that this was reserved for “other guests”… not sure how much more than €100+ per night one needs to pay to be allowed on a communal balcony! But there were no other outside areas to sit. Overall, very underwhelming.

Heel fijn centraal gelegen hotel. Schoon, beetje ouderwets qua inrichting, maar prima. En lekkere bedden.

Es war sauber ordentlich und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war das Apartment nicht so sauber, wie wir das erwartet hätten. Auf dem Boden lag noch die Lolliverpackung des Vorgängers, es waren noch die Spritzer vom Zähneputzen auf dem Spiegel (!) und diverse Haare im Apartment verteilt. Das Interieur war bereits ordentlich abgerockt. Leider war auch das Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption weder freundlich, noch hilfsbereit. Schade! Die Bewertungen beziehen sich vermutlich eher auf die Einzelzimmer, als die Familienapartments bzw. -zimmer. Anders kann ich mir diese gute Bewertung nicht erklären.

Un establecimeinto 3* muy bueno y a buen precio. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones, grandes bien equipadas, baños amplios y limpios. Un hotel muy recomendable de acuerdo a su categoría.

Trevlig personal, hjälpte till med parkering och var tydligt med bra service. Rummen har bra AC och är fräscht.

The room was sold to us as "reduced from about 400€ to about 100€, which is a total scam. This is a two-tier property, with a very nice building in front and a much lower quality building in the back. And guess where the 100€ room was located. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything that's needed for a one-night stay, but at a pretty low level. Furniture was simple and dated, it didn't look anything like the pictures, which are from the front building. The receptionist was rude, or maybe there was a language barrier, his English was rather poor. The only highlight was the breakfast, which was excellent, as well as the serving staff.

Ein triregio mini 24 Stunden Ticket muss man sowieso buchen und kann damit ohne Probleme direkt bis zum Hotel fahren (Lörrach Museum/Burghof), man ist innerhalb von ~30 Minuten am Basel SBB und in ~15 Minuten am Badischen Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen und liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße wo lediglich Busse, Taxis und Lieferverkehr fahren und am südlichen Ende der Fußgängerzone der zentralen Einkaufsstraße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mein Zimmer war ein sehr großes Doppelzimmer im 3. OG unterm Dach. Sehr ruhig, den 3 Sternen absolut angemessen, alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Mein Zimmer wurde sogar einmal vollständig vom Zimmerservice geprüft und alles getauscht, sehr zuvorkommend, wäre aber nicht nötig gewesen. Frühstück sah lecker aus, da wir allerdings gemeinsam in Basel waren, haben wir auswärts gefrühstückt. Auch Abendessen wäre im angeschlossenen Restaurant oder umliegenden Gaststätten problemlos möglich gewesen, auch am Feiertag oder Sonntag. Das Bett war super, ich habe problemlos durchgeschlafen, mag keine harten Matratzen, da wache ich als Seitenschläfer oft auf weil ein Arm eingeschlafen ist oder die Schulter schmerzt, hier alles perfekt. Auch ausreichend Kissen. WLAN hat ausreichend funktioniert, Minibar war gut ausgestattet, Ablagen und Schreibtisch

Great hotel and location. Only issues were shower floor was slippery and our air conditioner made a ticking noise. Breakfast and staff were great. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and Well situated. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room lacked somewhat. The aircon didn’t work so it was very hot 😅

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean and in good condition and our room was huge with plenty of space. Very good value for money within a 20-25min drive to BSL airport.

Superbly located in the centre of the town, with easy links to the excellent German public transport system (which is effectively free to tourists). Extremely helpful staff, and served what was probably the best value (both quality and price) breakfast we have had in similar standard hotels, and free coffee all day long!

Comfortable bed, very good complete breakfast and no expensive.at $10 euros p/p . The hotel location is in the city. (The only thing happened during our stay the street was closed for working, and had complications with the car to get there but that is temporary issue and only if you have to get with car) . Other than that hotel is.very nice and good updated.

It's only possible to have breakfast . Diner is not possible but in city centrum is enough restaurants. The beds were good en the room was clean.
