Staff were friendly, facilities were great.

Personell everywhere was friendly, helpful and attentive. If you check in on Sundays check your restaurant options as some might be closed in winter time. Thank you very much we enjoyed our stay at Precise on the island of Rügen.

Impressive resort with average but clean and very confortable rooms.

In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back
