Disney Hotel Cheyenne

We liked the Location, area around the hotel. Facilities and staffing. Check in and check out was smoothly done. Hotel provides transportation/ shuttle bus to the Disney park, very frequently.

No gym facility and only one place to eat. Not many options on the TV.

Perfect place to stay when going to Disney - the shuttle bus means that you can take breaks from Disney with kids and return several times a day without hassle. The rooms had everything we needed and the onsite dining, shopping and laundry made it a breeze with an 8 year old.

Lovely themed hotel. Check in super easy and no need to check out is a plus. Only downside for me that I wasn’t advised there was a free shuttle from the train station/park so walked to the hotel when I first arrived. Once at the hotel everything was explained perfectly.

Das Zimmer war erst 1.25h später bereit als die offizielle Check In Zeit. Der Raum war enorm kalt da die Heizung über die Klimaanlage ist und diese ausschaltet sobald die Karte beim Zimmer entfernt wird. Das WC ist nur schwer Benutzbar da das WC Papier hinter einem ist. Hotel ist sehr weitläufig und ein Lift für die oberen Stockwerke gibt es nicht. Kostenlosen Gepäckraum gibt es dieser ist jedoch ungekühlt/geheizt. Bei uns wars gut um Getränke zu kühlen. Die Elektronik hatte weniger Freude :) Die Magical hour fürs Disneyland bringt auch sehr wenig da genau 1 Fahrgeschäft früher öffnete da alles andere geplant oder wegen technischen Defekt geschlossen war. Insbesondere waren bei uns beide Achterbahnen im Disneyland wegen tecnical issue geschlossen. Wir sind im September gereist und dachten wir müssten weniger anstehen. Da 4 grosse Attraktionen geplant geschlossen waren und die 2 Achterbahnen wegen tecincal issue teilweise zu waren sind die Warteschlangen sonst einfach viel länger. Ebenfalls sind viele Restaurants im Park geschlossen was bei den offenen eine Schlange ausserhalb des Gebäude sprich 15-30 Min Wartezeit zur Selbstbedienung führte. Kostenlosen Shuttel zum Bahnhof und zum Park vom Hotel gibt es was cool ist. Leider werden die Regeln dort nicht durchgesetzt und viele Kinderwägen sind bei falschen Eingängen, was zu einem enorm Platzverschwendung führt und viele Gäste auf den nächsten Bus warten müssen. Welcher zum Glück alle 10-15 min fährt

Decent room (AC was weak but wasnt bad). Good breakfast. Close to Disney (but other Disney hotels are closer) Bus runs frequently and not a long walk to the Disney village. Limited dining options. One Starbucks, one restaurant and one bar. But clean, quiet and good for Disney.

Excellent Starbucks in the resort, nice staff, Magic Shuttle from/to airport to the hotel highly recommended, frequent shuttle buses from/to hotel and Disney parks (<5 mins), park is in walking distance

Ótimo café da manhã, acesso aos parques maravilhoso, pessoal do hotel fala inglês, único ponto que não possui elevador, então cuidado com o peso das malas.

It was close to the park which was very convenient. Staff not as welcoming. There is no lift and no one to help you with your luggage. No fridge in the room. No amenities and no water bottle. Rooms really far from reception making it hard to bring luggage.

Hyggeligt hotel. Hjælpsomme og søde personale. Der var meget travlt og meget forvirrende ved måltiderne. Skulle stå i kø i ca 40 minutter for at komme ind i restauranten. Vi fik værelse på 1 Sal. Der var ingen elevator. Det skal man lige være opmærksom på hvis man er dårligt gående

Hotel has a great location 15 minutes walk from the Park with a bus going every 12 minutes. Arrival was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious with a room safe, Tv, coffee machine and kettle plus 2 bottles of Vittel mineral water. It is tired though, with the decoration and bathroom all looking worn. The bath drain was blocked so did not drain - I reported it to reception but nothing was done before I left. The hair dryer was pretty weak so you are better bringing your own. On my day of checkout cleaners tried to barge in twice before 11am without knocking, which I found upsetting as I was getting dressed at the time. For the money it was fine and the stay includes park tickets, which includes an extra hour of entry.

Room was spotless, no water stations to refill bottles but there were 2 on the room.

Loved the theming and amenities. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, my socks were black from walking around the room

camere un po’ vecchie ,per giunta con la mochette a terra , inoltre durante il nostro arrivo in camera ho notato una signora delle pulizie , buttare un residuo d’acqua o non so che , sulla mochette nel corridoio … che schifo 😬

The property was ok but there was mould in the bathroom and the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. I think the place needs sprucing up a bit

Property is conveniently located and staff is very helpful. Short walk to Disney village through the back of the hotel. However, the room was filthy and fixtures are falling off the wall. Below the standards of economy Disney hotels in Disney world (Orlando).

Escolhi o hotel pensando em uma experiência anterior em um hotel Disney em outro parque, mas não foi nada parecido. Os funcionários não eram tão gentis, cheguei às 14h e não consegui fazer o check in mesmo que claramente o hotel estivesse muito aquém da capacidade, no prédio onde fiquei o carpete estava sujo e o papel de parede rasgado e encontrei um tufo de cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores na limpeza. Adicionalmente, eu reservei um quarto para 4 pessoas e me colocaram em um com uma cama de casal + cama auxiliar que não comportava confortavelmente toda a família.

Pro: Staff was Overall very friendly and helpful Con: rooms were very noise especially if you have a neighbor next to you, rooms were not clean (dust everywhere), no elevator for upper floors, When we arrived at 2pm there was not even something open to buy drinks or something as we waited for the room, breakfast was terrible - food awful, Coffee not drinkable, like a big foodhall only very good thing was the Croissant.

Hotel Cheyenne is the perfect disney on site hotel if youe not looking to pay lots for a hotel. Hotel is walkable to disney parks and has a shuttle bus roughly every 15 mins. Buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner was delicious with lots choice for different diet requirements and lots of veggie options. Room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed however we stayed for 3 night and every night you could hear screaming and excitable kids from other rooms as the rooms are poorly sound proofed and all have the interconnecting doors for large groups which again always allow noise through if someone is occupying the room your connected too. Overall very good hotel and wasnt too expensive for the package deal.

There are a few pros and cons for this hotel: Pros - 15 mins walk to Disney village through beautiful forest, which is shared among the other resorts, so you get to see the other ones. - quiet and not overcrowded even in peak season - the outside decor and theme is very apparent which was nice -you ask and they have no issues providing. Bedrails, play pen, we even saw an electric kettle coming out of one of the rooms. -magic hours -ac Cons - rooms are a little outdated, wall paper peeling off the wall - room was dusty when we entered. - we brought our fire stick but there is very limited channels with movies, but you can connect Roku and firesticks. -no indoor pool. Overall would stay there again, in comparison to Walt Disney World resort, I would consider this a moderate resort.

The property is close to the park with a quick shuttle ride. Close to train station. Property is quite dated though—carpets are musty and decor and fixtures could use an upgrade. Our curtain was hanging off. No wash cloths, only hand towels. No microwave or refrigerator in rooms. Have to ask for an iron. Towels are not the best.

Rooms were tired and cold, bathrooms need some TLC showers were poor and old

Really liked the layout, good for a family and well thought out. Only issue is that both the television and the coffee machine malfunctioned.

It’s an average hotel but close to Disneyland Paris with convenient shuttle service to the parks. The beds were not comfortable and check in was overly complicated when I booked through Orbitz. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, would go from freezing cold to scalding hot. The room was clean and had nice storage for your clothes.

Nice basic hotel, we only booked it to gain early access to the parks. The room was clean, a little outdated. The duvet covers did have some seams burst so a little attention to detail is needed.

Fantastic stay at Disney Cheyenne for our first family visit to Disneyland Paris. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and the theming is amazing! Could not fault it and will definitely return! Big thank you to Tessa in reception who was super friendly and helpful when checking us in, she gave us first time visit badges, birthday badges and Halloween festival badges!

Outstanding staff, every staff member we encountered was brilliant! The only criticism was we didn't get a text until nearly 4 pm for check in and we travel with an 18 month old and were placed on the 2nd floor which wasn't ideal as no lifts thay we were aware of. But the overall stay was brilliant! We'll be back!

早上報到時工作人員就寫錯房號，直到我園區玩了一整天看完煙火，回來提領行李回到飯店房間之後，因為行李太重扛不上二樓到櫃檯要改房間時才發現給錯房號跟住宿區域…超扯…隔天退房後忘了一罐啤酒在房內窗邊，詢問櫃檯直接表示房務回報整理沒發現，就是直接幹走當做自己的了啊！整理到沒帶走的物品連等個一天都不願意…Zz

As Americans used to Disney World, our expectations may have been high—but this resort didn’t deliver the Disney magic we hoped for. Signage from the train station was poor, though luggage storage was smooth. When we arrived before the 3 p.m. check-in, staff told us all rooms are ready at the same time, but we never received a notification. Later, another staff member said the app isn’t used for check-in at all, which was confusing since we had completed online pre-check-in. The hotel’s Starbucks was closed for renovations, and no alternative coffee options were provided—not what we expect from Disney. Dining is also limited unless you purchase the buffet. The shuttle buses were great, but the rooms felt even smaller than Disney’s All-Star Resorts. We had water bottles in the room on arrival, but they weren’t replaced despite being told they would be. The playground was locked with no explanation. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again. It lacked the service and magic we associate with Disney.

Adorable design and theme, a great location and a convenient shuttle to park. Spacious room with standard amenities. I was very disappointed by the housekeeping crew who came in to make up my room despite having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. I was only there for 2 nights, so the room did not need to be cleaned, and I had my personal items in specific spots for ease of packing--- they came in anyway and moved things around. I was very disappointed.

Comfortable, quiet and walkable to Disney parks.

So easy to walk to the parks. 10 lovely minutes along the calm and peaceful river - nice contrast the Disney hustle and bustle. Hotel theming was incredible.

Good location, near to the disney village & park

Hotellet var i langt bedre stand end ventet. Rent og pænt. Nemt at gå til parken fra hotellet. Morgenmaden var fin og udemærket. Vi savnede dog lidt mere frugt. Aften buffeten er fin og varieret.

Although it has a shuttle service to the park i felt embarrassed getting it when i realised how close it is ,we walked down canal part and into disney village it was like 5 mins and that leads you into disney another 5 mins .there is always cleaners in the hotel rooms are nice . Staff are ok at check in and the information desk ,security staff on door a little hit and miss at politness but there security so its a bonus. We bought breakfast but wouldnt again to much money for what we liked and was hectic ,in the village theres a starbuvks a mcdonalds and a few cafes .the staff in the shop are polite . My only advice is take you own tea bags my friend has moaned all holiday about tea cos it seems to be fragranced alot there all in sll a great hotel id recommend

Foi minha segunda vez no hotel e amamos novamente.Principalmente o buffet de café da manhã e jantar com destaque ao atendimento de Vanessa que foi incrível no parabéns da minha filha.Camas confortáveis!Quartos limpos.Água gratuita para abastecer!Amamos!Estaremos de volta!

The dining here is very bad. There is only one buffet restaurant and the wait in the morning is long. For dinner, you need reservations. There wasn't much selection. The shower was also terrible. It went from freezing to scalding even if you didn't adjust the temperature. On the plus side, the rooms are very large and the shuttle to Disney is fast and comes often.

Bom hotel econômico para uma curta estadia durante a visita aos parques da Disney. Como não se passa muito tempo no hotel, é ok. O quarto pequeno e um pouco apertado caso seja para mais de 2 pessoas. Café da manhã muito bom e vale a pena.

This hotel is overpriced and dated. Virtually no amenities to speak of, rooms are dated and old, shower alternates between extremely hot and then freezing, cold, 25€ for average breakfast buffet. What more can I say?
