Cost-benefit was pretty good. It is a humble and cozy small hotel with easy access to metro/subway (10' walk). Room was always made-up and clean. Good option for those who just want the basics of a hotel can offer. Nice little surprises: large balcony, fridge and ,above all, a very good air conditioning system!

Zeer net hotel. Mooie kamers, prima bed. Fijn om ook een goed formaat koelkast op de kamer te hebben. Hotel en kamer zeer schoon, zeer netjes onderhouden. Wij waren erg tevreden over de dagelijkse service en schoonmaak op de kamer. Hotel is ook niet gehorig. Ligging in prima wijk, nabij metro, bus, winkels, restaurants. Allen op loopafstand. Goede uitvalsbasis om heel athene te verkennen. De 24 uurs receptie ervaarde wij als zeer prettig, vriendelijk en veilig.

Very small and tight elevator (1 only) which can fit only 2 people and 2 luggage. Only 3 electrical outlets (none in the bathroom) in the room to charge your devices. The outlets are not near a table or side table. Very limited counter space in the bathroom. All toiletries are placed on a table outside the bathroom. Small space in the shower stall. The shower curtain can get stuck to any part of your body. Can get lots of things within walking distance - fruit market, convenience stores, pharmacy, pastry shops and coffee. Okay for a very short stay.

Very small hotel tucked into a minor street. Elevator was about the size of a phone booth - 2 people with carry-on bags filled it! No amenities close by. Staff spoke English and were friendly enough. Room was smaller than it looked in the picture on the internet. Bed was okay and the desk called a taxi which was helpful as getting taxis is challenging in Athens. Cheaper hotel than others but you get what you pay for.

An older hotel with few extra amenities but it was clean and quiet, 25 minute walk to Syntagma Square and had some great restaurants and cafes only 3 blocks away (slightly hidden). I would stay here again. NB. 2 things to note, elevator is very small and the beds are low to the ground... not a complaint just something to know in advance

This is a good budget hotel that is clean and is in a convenient location. A little bit sketchy and dirty area outside the hotel but the hotel itself is not bad. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 307 and there is no AC (contrary to the description on Expedia). I guess AC here in Greece (and every European country I’ve been to) stands for air circulator because the AC I know in North America is air conditioning and this is not it. It gets hot in the room so we had to open the windows at night. The good thing is it’s November and it gets cold at night. I can’t imagine staying here in the summer. Other than that it was a good value. If you are on a budget definitely choose Victory Inn.

I really enjoyed the balcony terrace for our room, it made it so much nicer to throw the doors open in the evening and enjoy the breeze. It also has to be said that all the staff are very friendly and accomodating. However, I must point out that the amenities at the hotel are dated, and if you're sensitive to smoke, then this might not be the place for you. The smoke seems to linger in the hallway and room, and even the vents for the air conditioning (which is more like a fan system than AC). Since the hotel is located on a side street, my American sensibility took some getting used to it since it seemed eerily dark, and covered in graffiti. I don't think I was prepared for how much of the surfaces are covered in graffiti. But very safe nonetheless, probably much safer than most major cities in America.

Property was great! Rooms looked a bit older, but still very clean. Shower was a bit awkward, as they only had a shower liner (floors got a bit wet!), and the mattress was quite firm. Location was pretty good, and staff was friendly!

The hotel is generally Ok. Staff were kind, organised and helpful. The room was tidy and clean The structure is old and has some vibrations (for ex. By moving elevator) Internet has large packets loss during usage. Walls are not sound proof, water pipes make noise, noise from other rooms may be annoying. Recommend for short stays

Perfect for a one night stay - the rooms are a bit micro - but if you need to be close to the city with a walk away - it’s OK. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast don’t bother - so many better options around for food- try the garden cafe not far

Great little hotel in the heart of Athens, very close to the Metro and various bus lines which are great for getting around the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with anything we needed, they truly were amazing. Can't be beat for the price.

My luggage was delayed and was delivered to them while I was gone - they took care of the luggage till I came, were nice, helpful and utmost friendly. When my girlfriend and I required anything - they were readily available and able to provide what we needed. The rooms were utmost nice, accomodating and even if the floor our view was on was limited - everything was nice. Cleaning was second to none as well. I recommend installing a take away application since the Inn is very nicely placed in regards to attractions, shops and whatever else one might need.

Localizado relativamente perto da area central fica duas estacoes de monastiraki, sendo que dista 600 metros da estacao do metro Victoria. A regiao onde esta o hotel temos lavanderia e supermercado a 200 metros, bem como varios bares e restaurantes com bons precos, e boa qualidade, o hotel e muito confortável ar condicionado eficiente, apesar de usar carpete no piso nao tivemos problemas com alergias, enfim recomendo para quem queria hotel confortável , muito receptivo com bom atendimento e custo benefício.

Cute little hotel with really really friendly staff. Not in a main touristy area, but easy to access transport (metro or buses) or just stroll towards the Acropolis until you hit the crowds. On a quiet street in what seems like a hip area, plenty of local food around for a more authentic, casual experience.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή στο Victory Inn, πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο και πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Απέχει 10-12 λεπτά περπάτημα από το μετρό, βρίσκεται κοντά σε διάφορα καταστήματα. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο γίνεται με τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Η περιοχή είναι μέτρια αλλά αυτό δεν έχει να κάνει με το ξενοδοχείο.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Victoria Metro Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included but was good, for 8 euros. It sustained us for most of the day, and it included coffee and orange juice as well as several things to eat. The room was small, and the shower was very small, but this was what I found to be the case everywhere I stayed in Greece.

Had breakfast for only 8 euros that was filling and convenient. Good location, quick 10min walk to a lot of restaurant options. Our room was just enough space for the two of us. Shower was pretty small but got the job done. Overall we had a good stay here and we would recommend it for anyone traveling to Athens on a budget.

Our stay at The Victory Inn was wonderful, the breakfast superb and good value for the money. The only suggestion I have is to have a mat in the shower as we found it a little slippery, otherwise we had no complaints.

Hôtel bien entretenu mais les chambres sont mal insonorisées et le compteur électrique présent dans la chambre est bruyant. Petit déjeuner très décevant, sur le site il est indiqué que le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet or aucun buffet seulement une assiette avec 2 tomates cerises, 2 saucisses coktail, un croque monsieur, à côté un oeuf dur, une tranche de cake et des tranches de pain avec beurre confiture et miel, le café avait goût d'eau et juste un thé Lipton classic disponible, pas de chocolat chaud. Hôtel loin du métro. Je ne recommande pas. Point positif hôtel très propre et jolie décoration. Personnel sympathique.

We would totally recommend this hotel, simple but has every you need for a two night stay. Very clean, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Bonus is the little square around the corner where you can have a typical Greek meal at night. Fabulous atmosphere and great food.

The Victory Inn was an excellent find. The location was great as there is a selection of dining facilities within 5 minutes walk that don't close until 2 am. The metro is also fairly close, about 10 minutes walk. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, although a bit small, were very clean with a daily cleaning service with fresh towels and bed making even if not requested. The breakfast was continental and plentiful, however the boiled eggs were generally cold. Apart from that I would definitely recommend the Victory Inn and would stay there again.
