Colosseo Rooms Imperial Rome

Très bien situé, à côté du Colisée. Très mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres sur le palier. L’employé de soir/nuit est peu aimable, peu serviable et extrêmement peu débrouillard: la clef de la chambre s’est cassée dans la porte alors que mes enfants étaient à l’intérieur de la chambre, incapables d’en sortir; il a fallu menacer l’employé pour qu’il vienne ouvrir la porte avec sa propre clef et il a fallu négocier pour qu’il trouve une autre clef pour la porte… je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, l’organisation est trop déficiente… et le prix est exorbitant compte tenu des prestations.

For American travelers, the quality of the room is not up to standard. Room was clean, but unappealing. Access to your room was tiresome. You had to turn in your key every time you left. Upon return, you had to ring a bell and wait on the street until someone let you in. I extended my stay in Rome an extra day and moved to a new hotel of higher quality and self-access 24/7.

The location in incredible, just few minutes from the coliseum, the room is nice and confortable, the only problem is the stairs which may be tiring for elderly people

Staff were efficient, we liked being able to leave the key so we didn’t have to worry about losing it while we were out. Room was really clean and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the Colosseum which was a beautiful place to sit in the evenings, 20 minutes by foot from Termini station and less than 10 minutes to walk to the BEST sandwich shop.

The hotel is located right across the street from the Colosseum so it makes it easy to navigate most of the city. Many restaurants and shops around or walking distance. The hotel is very basic but it’s clean and offers the basic necessities if you’re looking for something a little bit more posh, this is not the place for you, but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, that’s clean and comfortable than it checks the boxes. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage you do have to carry them up flight of steps all in all it’s great and can’t complain too much about it. The staff took really good care of me was very friendly and there’s 24 hour staff available.
