L'Hôtel ne fait pas premium, nos chambres avaient des joints de carrelage manquant sur le sol de la salle de douche, une baignoire usée, le bas de mobilier de chambre abîmé ou usée, pas de nettoyage sous le lit, tiroir avec des déchets donc non vérifié par le personnel, saut a glaçons dégoûtant non vérifié aussi. Fauteuil du bar de l'accueil taché et aussi trop de pucerons sur les aliments du petit déjeuner. Pour le positif, le personnel est tres accueillant, la piscine est sympa.

Très bien pour une nuit ou deux...évitez les chambre coté poubelles...très bruyant toute la nuit !!! Bornes de recharge inutilisables...nous avons contacter la compagnie qui les géraient... Ils nous ont répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de courant a ces bornes depuis juillet 2024 !!! Alors que nous étions sur place le 13 octobre et toutes les bornes étaient éclairées et affichaient qu'elles était disponible sur l'écran !!! Réponse du service client lorsque que le gérant de l'hôtel leur ont expliqué qu'il chargeaient leur camion navette tous les jours a ces bornes: '' Désolé nous ne pouvons rien faire pour vous '' Bienvenue au 21eme siecle !!!!

This property was close to the airport for a very early departure the next day. It was very nice, room was great, clean, roomy and modern. Staff were exceptionally helpful. A bus line within walking distance allowed us to travel into the city for a little exploring. Would highly recommend if you need lodging coming or going from Toulousse.

This was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. They close everything on the weekends. They have no room service no restaurant and even if you order a water you have to go down to get it. They only have a single person in the front desk. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice but what a nightmare not having any facilities on the weekend. The airport shuttle is also good. Come here on the weekend and starve the market is like pure junk food
