What a lovely pub. Amazing community spirit, busy, and with great food, best sticky toffee pudding ever. The rooms were really well designed and pretty. Fresh cookies on arrival from very attentive staff. We adore pubs with rooms and this is quite honestly one of best we've stayed at. We have never been let down by the Chickpea group and will definitely book more stays with them. One little downfall was the size of the car park, but certainly don't let this put you off. I found it odd that Bombay Sapphire gin was not on offer when it is just a couple of miles away but other than that, what a perfect stay. Thank you.

Great pub, where they really try and make you welcome. Staff always happy to help. Great food. Premises recently refurbished, so in top condition. Definitely recommend.

It was a very clean comfortable room the shower was excellent and the staff was so friendly and polite it was a real joy to stay there
