Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay.

Great hotel, perfect location. We booked a Junior Suite and were given a ground floor room which was brilliant for us. Bathroom is HUGE with a walk in shower, large vanity sink area and a full length mirror. Room had plenty of storage space too. Kettle with Tea/Coffee and a small fridge also provided. The only slight improvement would be a mirror for the dressing table area. I like to sit and do my hair/make-up but fortunately, I always take a travel mirror with me Paid for breakfast at reception (staff were lovely) on arrival EUR14 per person per day which was well worth it for the convenience but also the quality of what was offered each day was excellent. There was an abundance of breads on offer, pastries, hot food, fruit, cereals (choice of milk), cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts and a chef cooking eggs to order. Fruit juices and a selection of coffee Pool Towels are provided, cards are given on arrival which you exchange for towels and then swap them as required. At the end of your stay, hand back the towels for the cards to give back to reception at check out. All in all, we would absolutely return to Costa Teguise, it was our first time in Lanzarote but won't be our last and this hotel was perfect for us

Really happy with our stay during the Christmas time. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was heated, the staff nice, funny and polite. We had breakfast and dinner everyday, which was great every single day. We ate so much that we never needed to eat lunch. It was buffet style, but the food was well prepared - not over- or undercooked, always something that you would enjoy eating. Half of our group are muslims (no pork or alcohol) and lactose intolerant, we and had no problems at all at this hotel, felt really welcome and considered. The other half of our group enjoyed a free class of cava at every breakfast etc. The location is great, close to the beach but also to lots of stores and restaurants. It is a close drive to the airport but far enough so you don’t hear the planes. The gym was nice, an okay size and you had everything you needed for a proper workout. Once again, the staff was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ante todo la amabilidad y buen hacer de todo el personal, el buffet rico y variado con un servicio impecable de los camareros y cocineros, siempre atentos al cliente ! la limpieza de las instalaciones, las cámas grandes y muy cómodas, habitación espaciosa, el silencio para el descanso, el relax en las dos piscinas climatizadas con bar, a un paseo de playa de las cucharas con buena oferta de restauración, tiendas, farmacias, supermercados, autobuses hacia Arrecife con parada en intercambiador de buses hacia el aeropuerto y lugares de interés de la isla, la decoración y los colores, el poder utilizar las instalaciones y la consigna al hacer el checkout. El darte la habitación antes del checking. El pequeño gimnasio, la información sobre excursiones y el ocuparse de la reserva. Al Oasis Lanz Beach Mate ¡¡Sois un equipo extraordinario!! Gracias por una estancia maravillosa!!!

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer et des rues commerçantes et restaurants. C'est un bel établissement, bien entretenu, mais qui, je trouve, manque toutefois un peu de charme. Nous avions opté pour une suite junior, que je conseille vivement vu la faible différence de prix avec les chambres standard, nettement plus petites. La literie est bonne, il manque peut être un peu de produits de toilettes dans la salle de bain mais il y a le strict essentiel. Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir, sous forme de buffet, sont tout à fait correct avec un grand choix. La piscine chauffée est bien agréable, l'ambiance musicale pas trop gênante, la seconde piscine est plus calme. Toujours bien entendu l'éternel problème des gens qui se réservent les transats H24 mais qu'y faire... Un bémol pour le check-in, long, accueil pas très chaleureux et très peu d'explications fournies sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Sinon le personnel est agréable et courtois d'une manière générale, une mention spéciale à Marica au bar de la piscine, extrêmement serviable et sympathique! Pour résumer, un très bon séjour à l'Oasis Lanz Beach, Costa Teguise est une petite ville très agréable et Lanzarote une île à découvrir!

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. You can walk less than a few minutes and find many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Staff were the most helpful out of anywhere I have ever stayed. The Receptionist helped book an airport taxi at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Overall relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Excelente recepcion al llegar al hotel, Yasmin nos trato genial. Hotel muy comodo, bonito y accesible, tiene todo a mano dentro de las instalaciones. Desayuno bastante completo y rico (incluido el champagne jeje). El servicio de toallas (piscina) muy bien pensado y comodo para los clientes. Tuvimos un problema en nuestra ducha y el servicio de mantenimiento fue super rápido y eficiente. Unicos matices a mejorar: - Horarios alimentación (pensado para extranjeros) bar de piscina sin opcion de comida. - Hormigas/insectos en los alrededores e interior de la habitación (es “normal” debido a la naturaleza del hotel) - Gatos dentro de las instalaciones, incluso con su casa y comida y sorprendentemente durmiendo en los sofas de recepcion (deberían pensar en todos los posibles perfiles de clientes) En lineas generales, estancia muy agradable y hotel recomendable.

Very modern decoration and spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly reception team and made to feel very welcome. Only slight blemish is that we didn't find the mattress in the main bedroom particularly stand-out, though to be fair it's absolutely more than adequate. We'll be back!

Muy bien, la situación, las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal... Solo que algunas toallas estaban un poco viejas y ajadas para un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero se les dijo y nos dieron otras. También nos dieron almohadas mas bajas al pedirlas.

Breakfast and room size was great. Paying for a junior suite at £200 per night and then being put immediately next to construction work that goes on from 8am - 6pm 6 days a week is not so good. They shouldn’t be selling those rooms at normal prices.

Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Modern. Lange duschen konnte man nicht da nach kurzer Zeit kein warmes Wasser mehr kam. Es gung in unserem Zommwr auch lange bis daa warme Waaser kam. Das Frühstück war gross aber für mich qualitativ eher auf die Menge usgerichtet. Ich mag friachen Orangensaft aber der hier konnte.man nicht trinken.

Great hotel, perfect location. We booked a Junior Suite and were given a ground floor room which was brilliant for us. Bathroom is HUGE with a walk in shower, large vanity sink area and a full length mirror. Room had plenty of storage space too. Kettle with Tea/Coffee and a small fridge also provided. The only slight improvement would be a mirror for the dressing table area. I like to sit and do my hair/make-up but fortunately, I always take a travel mirror with me Paid for breakfast at reception (staff were lovely) on arrival EUR14 per person per day which was well worth it for the convenience but also the quality of what was offered each day was excellent. There was an abundance of breads on offer, pastries, hot food, fruit, cereals (choice of milk), cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts and a chef cooking eggs to order. Fruit juices and a selection of coffee Pool Towels are provided, cards are given on arrival which you exchange for towels and then swap them as required. At the end of your stay, hand back the towels for the cards to give back to reception at check out. All in all, we would absolutely return to Costa Teguise, it was our first time in Lanzarote but won't be our last and this hotel was perfect for us

Really happy with our stay during the Christmas time. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was heated, the staff nice, funny and polite. We had breakfast and dinner everyday, which was great every single day. We ate so much that we never needed to eat lunch. It was buffet style, but the food was well prepared - not over- or undercooked, always something that you would enjoy eating. Half of our group are muslims (no pork or alcohol) and lactose intolerant, we and had no problems at all at this hotel, felt really welcome and considered. The other half of our group enjoyed a free class of cava at every breakfast etc. The location is great, close to the beach but also to lots of stores and restaurants. It is a close drive to the airport but far enough so you don’t hear the planes. The gym was nice, an okay size and you had everything you needed for a proper workout. Once again, the staff was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is also good. Will be returning in the future.

Stayed in suite rooms, as it is bigger but with mother and daughter sharing it would of been nice to have 2 single beds, as the couch wasn't comfortable

Lo que más me ha gustado es la Limpieza del hotel, la situación y el gel/body milk, un olor muy rico. Lo que no me ha gustado es que no lo veo un hotel para el público Español: desde el ambiente, hasta los horarios y la comida. Lo peor para mi ha sido la locura de la plantilla vigilando y hablando constantemente de la gente que deja la toallas en las hamacas, tiene que haber otra mejor forma de controlar esto. Por otro lado, la chica italiana que me atendió en mi check-in lo primero que hizo due criticar a loa turistas españoles, siendo yo española, esos detalles hay que cuidarlos. Por lo demás, un hotel que no està mal para un público extranjero

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. You can walk less than a few minutes and find many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Staff were the most helpful out of anywhere I have ever stayed. The Receptionist helped book an airport taxi at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Overall relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Excelente recepcion al llegar al hotel, Yasmin nos trato genial. Hotel muy comodo, bonito y accesible, tiene todo a mano dentro de las instalaciones. Desayuno bastante completo y rico (incluido el champagne jeje). El servicio de toallas (piscina) muy bien pensado y comodo para los clientes. Tuvimos un problema en nuestra ducha y el servicio de mantenimiento fue super rápido y eficiente. Unicos matices a mejorar: - Horarios alimentación (pensado para extranjeros) bar de piscina sin opcion de comida. - Hormigas/insectos en los alrededores e interior de la habitación (es “normal” debido a la naturaleza del hotel) - Gatos dentro de las instalaciones, incluso con su casa y comida y sorprendentemente durmiendo en los sofas de recepcion (deberían pensar en todos los posibles perfiles de clientes) En lineas generales, estancia muy agradable y hotel recomendable.

It wasnt advised on the booking that it was a room request and not a gaurentee. We thought we had book a twin room and when we got there we had been put into a double room. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very helpful they moved us rooms on day 2 to a twin room

Très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer et des rues commerçantes et restaurants. C'est un bel établissement, bien entretenu, mais qui, je trouve, manque toutefois un peu de charme. Nous avions opté pour une suite junior, que je conseille vivement vu la faible différence de prix avec les chambres standard, nettement plus petites. La literie est bonne, il manque peut être un peu de produits de toilettes dans la salle de bain mais il y a le strict essentiel. Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir, sous forme de buffet, sont tout à fait correct avec un grand choix. La piscine chauffée est bien agréable, l'ambiance musicale pas trop gênante, la seconde piscine est plus calme. Toujours bien entendu l'éternel problème des gens qui se réservent les transats H24 mais qu'y faire... Un bémol pour le check-in, long, accueil pas très chaleureux et très peu d'explications fournies sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Sinon le personnel est agréable et courtois d'une manière générale, une mention spéciale à Marica au bar de la piscine, extrêmement serviable et sympathique! Pour résumer, un très bon séjour à l'Oasis Lanz Beach, Costa Teguise est une petite ville très agréable et Lanzarote une île à découvrir!

It took four days to get extra bed for my 11year son as hotel said they are eating for Expedia to approve it , we paid full price ,call Expedia on arrival managed to connect midnight after one hour wait and was promised that bed will be provided in morning , spoke to front counter following morning but been told that there is no message from Expedia , third day spoke to hotel manager she said they do not have bed , sofa bed for three night three of us slept in double bed . Sofa in room was only fit up to 6 year child , I tried to sleeping e day on sofa and it was uncomfortable and I was feeling spring . On fourth night Got extra bed so out of eight night three night ruined . Rather than enjoying holiday I was stressed chasing Expedia and hotel . Got email on fourth day that Expedia rep will contact me in next 72 hours that is passed no one contact me yet . No apology from Expedia or Hotel.

It is a close drive to the airport but far enough so you don’t hear the planes. The gym was nice, an okay size and you had everything you needed for a proper workout. Once again, the staff was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. You can walk less than a few minutes and find many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Staff were the most helpful out of anywhere I have ever stayed. The Receptionist helped book an airport taxi at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Overall relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is also good. Will be returning in the future.

The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was good and varied. The evening meals were not very good and even though we paid for half board we ate out a couple of nights because it was so poor.

Great hotel, perfect location. We booked a Junior Suite and were given a ground floor room which was brilliant for us. Bathroom is HUGE with a walk in shower, large vanity sink area and a full length mirror. Room had plenty of storage space too. Kettle with Tea/Coffee and a small fridge also provided. The only slight improvement would be a mirror for the dressing table area. I like to sit and do my hair/make-up but fortunately, I always take a travel mirror with me Paid for breakfast at reception (staff were lovely) on arrival EUR14 per person per day which was well worth it for the convenience but also the quality of what was offered each day was excellent. There was an abundance of breads on offer, pastries, hot food, fruit, cereals (choice of milk), cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts and a chef cooking eggs to order. Fruit juices and a selection of coffee Pool Towels are provided, cards are given on arrival which you exchange for towels and then swap them as required. At the end of your stay, hand back the towels for the cards to give back to reception at check out. All in all, we would absolutely return to Costa Teguise, it was our first time in Lanzarote but won't be our last and this hotel was perfect for us

Très bel établissement disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Les chambres sont immenses et l’hôtel est grand mais sans jamais avoir l’impression d’être dans une grosse structure. Les deux piscines autour desquelles sont disposées les chambres sont appréciables, il y a même un petit fitness à disposition. Le buffet petit déjeuner offre tous les choix possibles et imaginables. La restauration du midi et du soir est ok sans être inoubliable. Bonnes options de restauration à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel. Costa Teguise bien située pour visiter l’île.

Really happy with our stay during the Christmas time. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was heated, the staff nice, funny and polite. We had breakfast and dinner everyday, which was great every single day. We ate so much that we never needed to eat lunch. It was buffet style, but the food was well prepared - not over- or undercooked, always something that you would enjoy eating. Half of our group are muslims (no pork or alcohol) and lactose intolerant, we and had no problems at all at this hotel, felt really welcome and considered. The other half of our group enjoyed a free class of cava at every breakfast etc. The location is great, close to the beach but also to lots of stores and restaurants. Hotel facilities are very nice. Everything quite new. Beautiful gardens very well maintained. Location is also very good. Unfortunately food and restaurant service was not up to the mark and if we repeat we won’t get half board

We had a wonderful three day stay here! Our room was spotless and had beautiful tiling in the bathroom and on the balcony. The two pools are gorgeous, always plenty of sun loungers available (and they will get more out for you if you need). Enjoyed 7.50 cocktails at the pool bar! Breakfast was great, big selection of delicious pastries, hot items etc and a station cooking omelettes and pancakes. Dinner was also good, again there is a station cooking steaks, pork chops, fish etc to order and dinner has a different theme each night of the week. 10 min walk to the beach (would recommend Playa del Jablilo over Curachas as it's nicer for swimming) and lots of bars and restaurants nearby for drinks and lunch. Would 100% stay again.
