Clean comfortable room. Good bar with sport tv Convenient to city centre Good public transport link to city.

Room was clean but could use a little attention (cob webs, some mould in the shower but staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is free for hotel guests. Directly across from hospital.

Didn't stay as our ferry time was changed due to adverse weather. Went to the hotel to let them know of our changes and they were excellent. Even though we didn't stay, our impression of the hotel was extremely favourable. Would not hesitate to book again.

Just not what I would call a boutique hotel by any standard. Staff was lovely but the rooms and esp the bathrooms were very bare bones.
