Pros: comfortable best and spacious room. Good shower. Cons: Elevator to 4th floor not working in the evening or morning. Told by staff to use the stairs. Had to haul luggage 4 flights of stairs. Stairs open to the exterior of the building, which I was not expecting. It was cold outside and I was not prepared. There was little in the way of breakfast food available at 7:45. There was no coffee, no muffins, no fruit, bread, proteins, etc. All that was left was waffles, corn flakes, and plain yogurt. When I mentioned this to the staff member he only replaced the coffee (which was barely drinkable). Also, the only creamers available were hazelnut. The walls are thin. I was next to a room with several loud people in it. There was also a lot of hallway noise. It was impossible to sleep.

Staff is friendly. Facilities are declining. Breakfast offering has decreased. We’ve stayed here annually for years on a family trip and up until this year have been very pleased. However, this year, the lack of investment has become very apparent. Breakfast used to be more robust. It is a paltry offering now, just a couple of overripe bananas and a few apples, some cereals, some yogurts, and a pancake or waffle station. The treadmill is in disrepair. Many of the buttons do not work. The belt is slippy, so feels quite dangerous at 3 mph or higher (and the increments are in 1 mph increments due to broken buttons). We had a live cockroach in our bathroom one day. The beds are very comfortable. With a little TLC, this would be a good budget hotel, but, as is, we’ll be tempted to look elsewhere.

We needed somewhere to stay for baseball near East Cobb Ball Park and this was less than a 15 min drive. No traffic. We booked two nights. First night really, we arrived at 3AM. Made sure I called in the afternoon to let them know so they didn’t give up our room. Front desk’s customer service were great amongst everyone we came into contact with. WiFi was strong. Our room was first floor, right by laundry, vending and ice machine. Honestly, it seems noisy with everything running… but we are white noise sleepers and actually it didn’t bother us at all. The room itself appeared clean. Our bathroom had a slow leak behind the toilet. Front desk mentioned it was reported with the previous guests but maintenance didn’t get a chance to repair it. Parking lot is a little small and tight. But we managed with our crossover. Breakfast didn’t have too much options: 2 cereal options, waffle maker, yogurt, fruits, bread for toasts, oatmeal packets, small drink selection, coffee selections.

Hotel was nice and small. Room fit all five of us comfortably. Great to have a laundry room to do our laundry daily seems my son was in a 7 on 7 competition and needed to have his uniform washed each day. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and apples. We chose not to eat anything. Our choice many people was eating every time we left.

Elevator was out of order. We were given a 3rd floor room. Front desk, (FD), was friendly, but would not budge on changing our room. Needed manager’s approval, and she was not available by phone. FD, offered to carry our luggage up for us. My husband is handicapped & could not handle 3 flights of stairs. Thankful to God, I had the Expedia’s # in my phone. I called and was transferred to a rep who then called Sleep Inn. Presto! We were given a 1st floor room! Time, it took 30 minutes to resolve this. Should have been a non-issue. This was the only issue we had. Room was clean & comfortable.

The hotel was clean, nice, quiet area. Our second time to stay there because we liked this hotel. The beds were nice, well made, plenty of pillows, but mattresses are a bit firm for all of us. I have started keeping a small piece of foam in my car for the firm beds in most hotels. The only issue that will probably keep me from coming back is that the rooms are heavily scented with some sort of air freshener that you can actually taste on your lips after a time being in the room. I am sensitive to smells. My adult children noticed it too but didn’t have as much issue with it as I did. I mention this for others like me who can’t be in a room that is heavily scented like that. Otherwise it just seems like a room that smells especially good. If not for tasting the air freshener, I would stay there every time I’m in town.

The property was clean and the room was clean enough. From our room you could hear the freeway traffic and the trucks going by. The bathroom had a very strong sewer odor. We had to keep the fan on and the bathroom door closed so it wouldn't smell throughout the room.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, bed soft and comfortable. Linens were clean, bathroom clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The parking lot was even clean. The area appeared to be safe. I would absolutely stay here again. The room even smelled good upon entering. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. No signs of bugs of any kind.

Our stay started off well until we got into the room. The sofa was stained up, the carpet was badly stained, there were boogers and cobwebs on the wall, and some sort of water rot next to the tub. It was definitely not what I thought would be our room. We tried to bare it but the thing to push us over were the bugs in the tub. We requested another room but ended up leaving after the sad breakfast and lack of communication concerning the room change. I was highly disappointed and was saddened that they didn’t bother to take off the night I didn’t stay there.

I stayed for three nights. The location of the hotel is good. The free "hot" breakfast was very minimal and basic. The room was big but needed a serious deep clean. There were stains on the walls by the main door. The shower head was filthy. I had to clean it before I took a shower. The shower curtain had rust on it if you touch it your finger it would stain your hand. The carpet looked really dirty. I know it\'s a 2 star hotel but cleanliness is very important.

My stay was disappointing. The inn is in great need of renovations. Carpet was disgusting. Their idea of what constitutes a suite is a few extra feet to squeeze in a couch instead of a chair. There were no drawers so we lived out of our suitcases for 9 days. Breakfast was pathetic. Waffles that tasted and felt like cardboard and cold cereal. The staff, however, was extra friendly and helpful. I woukd not recommend this place.

The staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean. It is just worn and dated. There was rust at the bottom of the door frame in the bathroom, and the mattress was obviously old. It appeared clean but worn and lumpy. It is not the worst place I have ever stayed but next time will probably look for a more updated facility.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. The bed was super comfy and I loved the amount of pillows the bed had. The TV was a very nice size, although I wish there were more avaliable outlets.

Easy check in, decent rooms. But the air conditioner was extremely loud. Sounded like we were parked next to a truckstop. Think the case was loose so it vibrated to the point where we had to turn it off.

Staff was pretty much non-existant. The complemintary breakfast wasn't well stocked. There was no coffee or milk at 8:30 AM and no staff in sight. There was no one at the front desk when arriving for check . Had to wait for this young kid to get there. Looked to be about 16.

Nothing was really unique about the property. I didn't like the big large stain in the bathtub. It was very unsightly. I also didn't like the really small TV that looked like a computer screen. I was expecting a much better breakfast selection. That grab and go option was very mediocre. Even though I was running late to leave, staff walked in the room unannounced and did not knock. That was kind of rude.

Infuriating! We checked online to see if the property accepted pets, and saw that it did. Once we arrived, we were told they did not accept pets, and were sent to a much less desirable property down the road. Property was unable to refund us, since we booked with hotels.com.

This is a 2 Star hotel, however it has everything that you need. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast is basic, sufficient and it does the job. The staff especially Elizabeth was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. All in all, I had a very good stay for a 8 days and I would definitely be happy to stay there again.

Elevator was out of order. We were given a 3rd floor room. Front desk, (FD), was friendly, but would not budge on changing our room. Needed manager’s approval, and she was not available by phone. FD, offered to carry our luggage up for us. My husband is handicapped & could not handle 3 flights of stairs. Thankful to God, I had the Expedia’s # in my phone. I called and was transferred to a rep who then called Sleep Inn. Presto! We were given a 1st floor room! Time, it took 30 minutes to resolve this. Should have been a non-issue. This was the only issue we had. Room was clean & comfortable.

The location is a bit tucked away and felt secluded with precious few places open considering that it was a Friday night. However, the included breakfast area was clean and welcoming at this hotel and so was the room. I would stay again, but certainly grab takeout and do any necessary shopping outside the area ahead of an evening arrival.

Pros: comfortable best and spacious room. Good shower. Cons: Elevator to 4th floor not working in the evening or morning. Told by staff to use the stairs. Had to haul luggage 4 flights of stairs. Stairs open to the exterior of the building, which I was not expecting. It was cold outside and I was not prepared. There was little in the way of breakfast food available at 7:45. There was no coffee, no muffins, no fruit, bread, proteins, etc. All that was left was waffles, corn flakes, and plain yogurt. When I mentioned this to the staff member he only replaced the coffee (which was barely drinkable). Also, the only creamers available were hazelnut. The walls are thin. I was next to a room with several loud people in it. There was also a lot of hallway noise. It was impossible to sleep.

I was very pleasantly surprised when our room was cleaned during our stay. Starting with Covid, I don't think our room was ever cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was very very very limited. All they had was cereal and waffles, and they didn't tasted good. There were no bagels, no cream cheese, no toast. Staff is friendly. Facilities are declining. Breakfast offering has decreased. We’ve stayed here annually for years on a family trip and up until this year have been very pleased. However, this year, the lack of investment has become very apparent. Breakfast used to be more robust. It is a paltry offering now, just a couple of overripe bananas and a few apples, some cereals, some yogurts, and a pancake or waffle station. The treadmill is in disrepair. Many of the buttons do not work. The belt is slippy, so feels quite dangerous at 3 mph or higher (and the increments are in 1 mph increments due to broken buttons). We had a live cockroach in our bathroom one day. The beds are very comfortable. With a little TLC, this would be a good budget hotel, but, as is, we’ll be tempted to look elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised as I expected lesser quality. Premises and room were clean, though they need maintenance attention. Laundry room washer/dryer didn’t work properly and we had to end up finding a local laundromat late night to finish our wet laundry. When asked for help, their only recommendation was to hang clothes around bathroom and didn’t even offer to reimburse what was spent in their equipment that didn’t work. Most staff need customer service skills, respect in a hospitality field. While some spoke others didn’t even look up when you walked by front desk. Breakfast was decent but should be extended later, especially on weekends. Received zero housekeeping services throughout our 4 night stay. Bedding was clean and comfortable but we did have other friends staying and the difference in rooms/floors is wild! Example: 2nd floor had a musty smell whereas the 4th smelled clean. Same with bathroom, completely different on both floors. Overall not too shabby.
