Nate is a wonderful host. Very accommodating to any need or issue within reason. The groundskeeper who takes care of the property, clearing snow, salting ice, etc. was also available and friendly to be around. He even helped pull my son's van up the snow-covered hill by the house when they were leaving. I would recommend a all-wheel or 4-wheel drive during the winter.

Very clean and organized. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, pots & pans and pantry space. Tons of extra space and rooms allowed for a great experience when traveling with a large group. Thank you for everything!

Family Reunion with 16 people. This spot was a perfect fit for our group and all the kids. Private location so evenings on the patio were great. Close to Harbor Springs and Petosky for beaches and dinners. Lots of fun stuff to do. House was clean and had amazing Forest views.
