We were slightly confused at first, as the Hotel is adjacent to a residence with a similar name. No offstreet parking directly in front of the Hotel, which made unloading bags tricky, fortunately street traffic was light as we were parked on the foot path with hazard lights on. Check in was delayed as the room wasn't quite ready which was puzzling as it was well after 3 pm. In the meantime, I went to park the car in a secure municiple carpark a short distance away. Not a real inconvenience and a short walk back. As it was for one night we didn't pay extra for a sea view so unsurprisingly it was less than spectacular. The room itself was spotless and clean on the whole. Large with all the modern conveniences and plenty of storage for bags. A free minibar WITH drinks inside was appreciated. Rooms are as dictated in the pictures so generally very nice. Anomalies - extractor fan above the shower didnt work and had something growing inside. Shower glass partition didn't seal at all so water ended up on the floor...alot! A light fitting in the bathroom didn't work and a couple of unsightly dings in the wall and scuffed mouldings need attention. However, a very comfortable night. Hotel is directly opposite a nice pebble beach and next to a very nice italian restaurant (well priced). The breakfast buffet was actually very good and regularly attended by staff. Coffee machine not so good, and needs decalcifying. Friendly staff and prompt with providing a business invoice.

This hotel was directly across the street from the beach and they offered us free beach chairs and towels. All of the staff were super nice and spoke English as well as French. On a day it was sprinkling, one of the hotel staff offered and let us borrow an umbrella. They made us feel very welcome.

Amazing views, great room, 24/7 reception. Disappointed with inaccurate parking description. None available upon arrival after midnight with two sleepy kiddos. Not a great first impression. Luckily there was a spot available right across the street. Concerned re: two potential fire hazards in the room. Reported to the front desk but was dismissed as normal. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing. Would stay here again.

Hotel location was super, right on the promenade. We had a lovely sea view, highly recommended. Staff were superb throughout and extremely helpful with our limited French language skills. We had a good bit of banter with them. Gave us information on local restaurants and bus timetables etc. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily with tea and coffee and soft drinks in mini bar replenished. Hotel loans you deck chairs and towels for the beach if you ask for them. Easy to catch train to NICE and MONACO from local station. Roquebrune Cap Martin resort had a nice relaxed, chilled vibe to it. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely return.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin! Aircondition bereits im Eingangsbereich! Sehr gutes Frühstück, Aircondition auf dem Zimmer und freie Minibar. Direkt am Strand, man kann Sonnenschirm und liege von der Rezeption bekommen. Sehr freundliches und angenehmes Haus!

The staff went above and beyond! The Roquebaum cap Martin area is very tranquil. 40 minutes to Nce city center 40 minutes to Sanremo city center. Good breakfast - surcharge for eggs other than hard boiled. Parking is horrible if you are driving Train station is less than 10 minutes walking Gigi(Ghislaine) at the restaurant was amazing every morning at breakfast and extremely helpful

Get the beach front room! You won’t regret it. Check-in was perfect and the staff were incredible! You could tell they really cared about the guest experience. Special thanks to Irine who was so helpful and kind! The room was very clean and the pillows/ blankets so soft. My family enjoyed our stay and will return. Tip: If you are driving make sure you contact the hotel in ADVANCE to reserve a parking spot. Hotel parking is limited.

Das Gesamtpaket passt! Das Personal war in jeglicher Hinsicht hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine spontane Sonderlösung zu Unterbringung unserer mitgebrachten Fahrräder erhalten. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war für uns äußerst erholsam und wurde durch das Hotel hervorragend unterstützt und durch das Personal bestens begleitet. Vor der Ankunft wurden wir noch proaktiv kontaktiert, mit einem Hinweis auf ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon zu gleichen Konditionen aufgrund unseres mitreisenden Hundes. Das Frühstücksangebot war ein wenig überschaubar, jedoch von guter Qualität und für uns völlig ausreichend. Doch das Personal wurde sofort alles aufgefüllt, was reduziert oder aufgebraucht war. Die Minibar im Zimmer wurde täglich neu befüllt mit Cola und Fruchtsäften sowie Wasser. Das Ganze natürlich kostenfrei in diesem tollen Hotel. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels befindet sich ein öffentlicher Badestrand sowie einige tolle Restaurants. Menton liegt in Sichtweite und kann durch das Fahrrad oder einen längeren Fußmarsch bestens erreicht werden. Aber auch ein Spaziergang über das Cap ermöglicht schon nach kurzer Zeit einen Blick auf Monaco, welches mit dem Fahrrad auch innerhalb von 30 Minuten ohne größere Anstrengung erreichbar ist. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein undi werden auch wieder Hotel Victoria buchen.

This property had it all. Amazing location, amazing staff, super clean, spacious rooms with a view that we didn't want to leave. The Bar in the lobby we extremely helpful and made awesome drinks. There is a Carrefour grocery store about 3 minutes walk and lots of great restaurants and gelato spots close by. We hope to return someday! Thank you for being an amazing part of our vacation.

Personnel très agréable. Vue magnifique. Chambres propres et fonctionnelles. Buffet petit déjeuner complet et sympathique. S'il n'y avait qu'un seul bémol, ce serait le reglage de la douché qui a tendance à finir en averse sur les cheveux.

Un break de deux nuits en face de la plage. À partir de l’hôtel le sentier Le Corbusier : très belle marche. L’hôtel est bien rénové avec style et parfaitement entretenu. À noter une terrasse très confortable. Bon rapport qualité -prix a un jet de pierre de Monaco.

This hotel was directly across the street from the beach and they offered us free beach chairs and towels. All of the staff were super nice and spoke English as well as French. On a day it was sprinkling, one of the hotel staff offered and let us borrow an umbrella. They made us feel very welcome.

The staff went above and beyond! The Roquebaum cap Martin area is very tranquil. 40 minutes to Nce city center 40 minutes to Sanremo city center. Good breakfast - surcharge for eggs other than hard boiled. Parking is horrible if you are driving Train station is less than 10 minutes walking Gigi(Ghislaine) at the restaurant was amazing every morning at breakfast and extremely helpful

Das Gesamtpaket passt! Das Personal war in jeglicher Hinsicht hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine spontane Sonderlösung zu Unterbringung unserer mitgebrachten Fahrräder erhalten. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war für uns äußerst erholsam und wurde durch das Hotel hervorragend unterstützt und durch das Personal bestens begleitet. Vor der Ankunft wurden wir noch proaktiv kontaktiert, mit einem Hinweis auf ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon zu gleichen Konditionen aufgrund unseres mitreisenden Hundes. Das Frühstücksangebot war ein wenig überschaubar, jedoch von guter Qualität und für uns völlig ausreichend. Doch das Personal wurde sofort alles aufgefüllt, was reduziert oder aufgebraucht war. Die Minibar im Zimmer wurde täglich neu befüllt mit Cola und Fruchtsäften sowie Wasser. Das Ganze natürlich kostenfrei in diesem tollen Hotel. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels befindet sich ein öffentlicher Badestrand sowie einige tolle Restaurants. Menton liegt in Sichtweite und kann durch das Fahrrad oder einen längeren Fußmarsch bestens erreicht werden. Aber auch ein Spaziergang über das Cap ermöglicht schon nach kurzer Zeit einen Blick auf Monaco, welches mit dem Fahrrad auch innerhalb von 30 Minuten ohne größere Anstrengung erreichbar ist. We used this hotel for our visit at the Monte Carlo Masters tennis tournament. We had a room with panoramic ocean view, which was amazing. If you like us, are going to th e tennis event - consider walking as it is a spectacular path along the ocean shore all the way to Monte Carlo. Takes roughly an hour to walk.

Hotel location was super, right on the promenade. We had a lovely sea view, highly recommended. Staff were superb throughout and extremely helpful with our limited French language skills. We had a good bit of banter with them. Gave us information on local restaurants and bus timetables etc. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily with tea and coffee and soft drinks in mini bar replenished. Hotel loans you deck chairs and towels for the beach if you ask for them. Easy to catch train to NICE and MONACO from local station. Roquebrune Cap Martin resort had a nice relaxed, chilled vibe to it. All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely return.

The view from the hotel is amazing. You’d have a very chill atmosphere around the hotel. Its location is very good as well, a very peaceful and claim environment, and it’s quite close to Monte Carlo by driving. I absolutely enjoy a sun bath there every day.

We were slightly confused at first, as the Hotel is adjacent to a residence with a similar name. No offstreet parking directly in front of the Hotel, which made unloading bags tricky, fortunately street traffic was light as we were parked on the foot path with hazard lights on. Check in was delayed as the room wasn't quite ready which was puzzling as it was well after 3 pm. In the meantime, I went to park the car in a secure municiple carpark a short distance away. Not a real inconvenience and a short walk back. As it was for one night we didn't pay extra for a sea view so unsurprisingly it was less than spectacular. The room itself was spotless and clean on the whole. Large with all the modern conveniences and plenty of storage for bags. A free minibar WITH drinks inside was appreciated. Rooms are as dictated in the pictures so generally very nice. Anomalies - extractor fan above the shower didnt work and had something growing inside. Shower glass partition didn't seal at all so water ended up on the floor...alot! A light fitting in the bathroom didn't work and a couple of unsightly dings in the wall and scuffed mouldings need attention. However, a very comfortable night. Hotel is directly opposite a nice pebble beach and next to a very nice italian restaurant (well priced). The breakfast buffet was actually very good and regularly attended by staff. Coffee machine not so good, and needs decalcifying. Friendly staff and prompt with providing a business invoice.
