La Quinta by Wyndham Garland Harbor Point

Clean rooms , good breakfast, friendly staff. Quiet

Great hotel

Everything was really good. The only criticism I'd have is that the pool water was a little cloudy/murky. Otherwise, it was terrific. Breakfast was excellent, staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean and it the parking was easy and secure.

First I will say the hotel staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was not great. The room smelled a little of dog pee and mildew. The beds were basically padded plywood. The toilet wasn't connected to the floor and shifted while standing up. The bath tub had soft spots that made you feel like you might fall through. We most certainly will choose something other than a LaQuinta again.
