Clear, consistent, and repeated instructions are necessary for Aparthotels with little to know visible service to guide you. One elevator specifies that the laundry, sauna, and gym appear on the 3rd floor, while the other specifies (correctly) that it is on the 2nd floor. The elevator with the correct signage is not the main elevator. Also there is no instructions in the room for the wifi passcode, although it does appear on the second elevator but not the main elevator near reception. The website and messages mention a "starter pack" for laundry (which I assumed was laundry detergent) but none could be found, neither in the room nor the laundry room. I would have brought travel laundry detergent had they not implied that it would be included with the stay. They also tell you to take out the garbage but give you no instructions about where to deposit it in your room, you have to find out when you take it to the lobby. All these instructions need to be posed in each room!

Stort och rent rum. Väldigt lugnt och tyst på hotellet och i frukostmatsalen, Utmärkt läge i stan men nära till det mesta. Enda nackdelen är att det är dyrt att parkera, men det är ju inte hotellets fel. Det är dock gott om p-platser direkt utanför på hotellets baksida.

An excellent option in Lund in fantastic central location, super convenient grocery store, market, and parking nearby. Clean and comfortable apartment with sauna / gym facilities. Friendly staff, highly recommend!

Ok overall but the room wasnt as cosy or family friendly as I hoped. No enough pillows for two people sleeping. We had a later checkin as we got the message that the room was still bring cleaned at 16:01 and then when we came in the floors were still wet. Parking is at convenient location next to the entrance

Motionscenter var ikke så stort men brugbart med en enkelt træningsmaskine. Der var pænt og rent og rigtig fint værelse.

Superfin lejlighed og god beliggenhed. OK morgenmad. Vi havde valgt hotellet fordi der var fitness. Der er ingen billeder af fitness rummet på hjemmesiden, og det viste sig være et lille bitte rum med en cykel, en cross trainer og en romaskine. Men hverken cyklen eller crosstraineren fungerede, så det var ikke tilfredsstillende.

There are facilities for short or longer stays, such as microwave and laundry. The sauna is very small we ended up not using it.

Very helpful team (you'll need a code to check in to enter and exit the hotel/room) helping getiing my missing code. That said, the place felt run down. Same for the roo. Mattresses titally saggy, the table was dirty (stains that u washed off) and bathroom appeared clean but smelled like pissoir in Paris. Good location, with access to food shopping. I did not try to cook (the glass of the stove was broken and cracked, an i didn't bother to figure out if it works.

Stort værelse med masser af plads. Desværre havde de glemt at redde op til en tredje person på værelset. En skammel var så støvet at man kunne tegne figurer i støvet. Der var stikdåser som hang løst ud af væggen. Farligt for små børn.

Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The photos were not reflective of the space. My room had a sewage smell in the bathroom and shower and my colleagues room was quite dirty including hair on the bed. We are certainly disappointed since the reviews were good on the app. It’s a great location and nice breakfast so if you aren’t worried about room quality/cleanliness it’s ok

Allmänt ofräscht, både i entré, korridor och i rummet. Luktar gammalt matos och det fanns skräp liggande i korridoren och öl spilldes ena kvällen av någon i entrén och fläcken fick vara kvar resten av helgen.

Det var det smutsigaste hotellet jag bott på i Sverige. Allt väldigt slitet. Golv, hissar, väggar smutsigt och slitet. Som om det var fest igår. Unken lukt. I rummet var det gegga kvar på bänken, damm på kaffebryggare, olja/sås på lådor, helt otroligt. Som att komma in i en lägenhet/rum som var bortplockat på prylar men inte städat. Badrummet luktade starkt av mögel.

Väldigt bra läge och rummen och allmänna utrymmen var mycket bra. Den stora sängen var bekväm. men extrasängen (bäddsoffan) var bedrövlig. Den gar verkligen inte att sova bekvämt i och borde bytas ut snarast!

Great location and modern apts but has some issues. Got really hot especially the west facing room I was in. Had to sleep windows opened in the first days of May. Can’t imagine trying to sleep there in summer. No AC. When windows are opened, there is a big car park beside it literally metres away. Car park gets noisy with cars, people doing stuff from early to late. Some people turn their music very loud etc. They can’t solve this but they can get AC or at least some ceiling fans. Apt doors soft close but then they all release instantly and slam. Almost like you can’t not slam them unless you wait for the slow closing until the end and hold the door. Neighbours doors can shake the wall behind you. The whole unmanned approach to reception is just a pain. Had to call their number multiple times and go through press this press that voice to get the luggage room opened and to learn how the cooker unlocks, which they didn’t know anyway. They give washing liquid, coffee machine etc but no shampoo and no salt. I am sure they would say no salt because of hygiene reasons but then how to restaurants give you reusable salt bottles or small sachets and it works? They try to charge extra for a lot of services. Checking in was not smooth because it kept saying 4pm then I got the code at 3.30pm but still said 4pm so is the code valid from arrival or 4pm? Just confusing and very factorised. Didn’t feel much of “hospitality” when trying to get in to an empty reception like a ghosted place.

Everything was great except the bed. It was terrible. A double bed sagging towards the middle. The only way to get comfortable was to move the mattress to the floor.

The rooms were nice but it was super loud especially in the morning. There was so much traffic and trucks unloading with the engine running for hours.

Vi haft ett 4 bädd rum som vi trodde bäddsoffan skulle vara bekväm att sova på. Det va det värsta bädd soffa nånsin man kan tänka hela soffa lät och det va sten hårt.

Ett helt okej lägenhetshotell, men med tydliga skillnader i standard mellan rummen. Vi var tre sällskap som bodde samtidigt och upplevde stor variation, vissa rum var betydligt fräschare än andra. Det var rent och städat överlag, men hotellet skulle må bra av en uppfräschning. Flera ytor var slitna och färgen flagnade på sina håll, vilket gav ett lite tråkigt intryck trots att det i grunden var välskött.

Clean and modern property in beautiful area of Lund, very helpful and professional staff, easy instructions and safe access process to the property, convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and all transportation.

Non avevamo capito di dover dare conferma della email per ottenere il codice di ingresso. Fondamentale per entrare in hotel è stato il portiere, fortunatamente presente, gentile e disponibile, che ci ha fornito il codice su verifica della prenotazione. Per il resto tutto bene.

The apartment was clean and the location is great but so many problems. 1) The room we received is NOT the one in the picture it was much smaller. 2) It was under construction, in theory but the only thing we saw was construction mess in the hall for a week, signs waiting to be installed. 3) a few electrical socket did not work 4) the worst the front door code did not work for days, but instead of informing us of other ways to get into the place - nothing. We could only email, the phone number and whatsapp did not work.

Jeg har sammen med familie benyttet hotellet flere gange og sætter pris på hotellet og dets centrale placering i Lund. Fint med thekøkken indretning, men lidt ærgerligt at man ikke længere kan tilkøbe morgenmad på stedet.

Ett stort och rymligt rum fast lite lyhört. Vägen till receptionen var dåligt uppmärkt och frukosten av det enklare slaget.
