The location is ideal. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all around. Shopping galore. Not far from highway as well as ocean. Parking can be challenging in the city, but manageable. Hotel staff is always wonderful. This was my second stay and will return, however, the hotel could use some updating, or minimally -necessary repair upkeep, but you can't beat the price for the location.

Había una toalla usada colgada de la ducha y la limpieza del baño era bastante mejorable. El grifo de la ducha se cerraba sólo, había que mantenerlo para poder ducharse. La WIFI no llegaba al escritorio de la habitación. Desde la última visita a este hotel ha bajado la calidad.

Die Zimmer sind wegen den dünnen Türen sehr hellhörig und man hört auch die Aktivitäten im Stockwerk über einem deutlich. Die Duscharmatur in der Badewanne vom ersten Zimmer war lose, im 2ten Zimmer ok. Beide Zimmer hatten deutliche Stockflecken im Bereich Bad / Dusche, die Zimmer selbst waren ok. Das Frühstück war lecker, nur wenig Abwechselung.

Die Zimmer sind wegen den dünnen Türen sehr hellhörig und man hört auch die Aktivitäten im Stockwerk über einem deutlich. Die Duscharmatur in der Badewanne vom ersten Zimmer war lose, im 2ten Zimmer ok. Beide Zimmer hatten deutliche Stockflecken im Bereich Bad / Dusche, die Zimmer selbst waren ok. Das Frühstück war lecker, nur wenig Abwechselung.

All good. We forgot our medications in our room refrigerator and it looks like the cleaning service trashed it even though it was in its original packing. Communicated with hotel by repeated emails but got lukeworm response.

Not a great experience. Air conditioning and refrigerator were broken. Even with the key card in the slot they did not work. We lost food. Funky smells in the room carpet and the bathroom. Toilet leaned to one side. Water damage on the bathroom door. The bed frame was too low and we both stubbed our toes on it. On the plus side, front desk staff were cheerful and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

The first room allocated to me had a strong damp smell, and I had to request a room change immediately. In the second room, the furniture is outdated and the overall condition showed a clear lack of maintenance. The bathroom tap was broken, the internet signal is very weak, and the room aesthetics did not match the advertised standard. The hotel needs refurbishment and better upkeep. The 4‑star classification is very misleading given the current condition of the rooms.

Air conditioning didn't work. I asked in the reception if there was a problem with the air conditioner and they said that was fine. I opened the window to have some fresh air. The mini fridge was disconnected, and only two plugs available, so if I wanted to charger my phone and used the fridge I have to unplug the TV.

Very difficult Street parking, rooms doors only close slamming hard, no water provided, a/c only for heating, told open window where mosquitos get in.
