Stayed 4 nights

Lots to like about this property - a very generous range of breakfast supplies, including fresh fruit, muffins, spreads etc. Plenty of toilet paper too, which is not always the case! Likewise, very generous with bathroom soaps etc. Beds were very comfortable, and the balcony off the middle bedroom was lovely and sunny. No air con in the property, but heaters provided in each room. Parking for one car, and plenty of street parking a little further down the road if there is more than one car in your party. Its listed as in the centre of Mossvale, but its about a 15 minute walk to cafes , pubs etc. And its listed as a French/Italianite loft apartment. I have a bit of an issue with this description - while it was clear that it was just 3 bedrooms, without a communal living space, it wasn't clear that the entire upstairs area was accessible to whoever was currently renting the downstairs studio. As I was staying alone the first 2 nights, this was a bit unsettling, and I feel should be more clearly disclosed. Its really just the 3 upstairs bedrooms of a fairly ordinary 70's style home in a fairly ordinary suburban street. The breakfast bar and dining table/toaster are all in the bedrooms, and the outdoor sitting area is accessed off one of the bedrooms. . Theres a lovely view of the garden from the balcony. Overall - its lovely - very clean and comfortable, but not really an apartment.

Place was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you need. We were in the "loft" upstairs with the downstairs and upstairs areas considered separate listings however the hallways could still be accessible by anyone staying downstairs that should be considered when booking.

Stayed 3 nights

Super comfy and plush beds, all the provisions you could need for breakfast and more, property was warm, in a quiet location with ability to walk into town, and loved that we could bring our dog. Weather wasn't our friend so were unable to enjoy the lovely verandah or the firepit in the backyard. Lyndall was a great communicator and receptive to some feedback. Thanks again

Stayed 4 nights

We had a felightful 4 nights stay at The Loft. The interior of the property captured us instantly with its beautiful French vintage decor. Our host Lyndall was welcoming, kind and ensured our comfort during our stay (thank you again Lyndall for the freshly baked garlic bread upon arrival!!). The serene surroundings further enhanced the experience and really helped to lift the stress and pressure from our busy city lives. I would wholeheartedly recommend this unique property to anyone seeking a nice and relaxing getaway.
