Their cabins are tiny but really cozy and comfortable; it was warm too. During winter they include modest breakfast in the price (hard boiled eggs, bagels, sliced cake, fruit, tea and coffee). The gym is great but could use better cleaning. We had a great stay all in all.

I would request a cabin near the back of the property away from the main highway road. It was incredibly noisy until late at night. The fitness room is good, ok options for the grab and go breakfast choices and helpful desk and property staff.

Our cabin was perfectly sized for my wife and I, the shower and shower floor were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the hot tub pool and laundry were nice amenities. It’s also a nice quiet property despite being so close to downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful. Parking was a bit frustrating because there was no assigned parking; thus at times we could not park in front of our cabin. Breakfast could have been better - choices were fruit and pastries. Overall cabin was clean and close to places we wanted to go to.

Stayed here 3 nights while exploring around Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. No issues at all. Parking is first come first serve but we never had an issue finding a spot near our cabin. We opted out of daily housekeeping but did see they were nearby if we need something. Coffee in the cabin and also in the office if you need that wakeup call. We went into town for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or dinner on different days. Plenty of options with minimal wait times. Would stay here again.

We had 3 cabins, the carpet in all the rooms was wet upon arrival which smelled really moldy the whole time. If you have more than 2 people it’s very tight in the room. However for the price point it’s a good location, staff is incredibly nice and there is complementary coffee, fruit and pastries in the morning which was nice .

What a place! Every room is a log cabin, tastefully appointed, modern bathroom in rustic style, comfortable main room with couch, kitchenette and dining table, bedroom with two queens and a darling porch with table and chair. So cozy yet spacious and makes you feel like you are properly in Wyoming. Love it. Will definitely back for a longer stay.

I booked a double queen room, asked for a room ground floor, and explained my parents have limited mobility. They booked us in a room with bunk beds. Of course they were fully booked and unable to change rooms. The person in charge basically said if you dont like it, you can leave. We ended up staying because we couldnt find accomodations anywhere else, but it was a difficult night trying to manage limited mobility in a bed that was shoved into the wall and stacked on top of each other. The person also tried to tell me this was my fault because i booked through a 3rd party. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean but we had a very frustrating night. My dad ended up falling because of the way he had to get out of the bunk bed. So, buyer beware! Make sure you examine every piece of information before you book your stay.

Office closes at 11 pm. Doesn’t say that anywhere in reservation notes or on Expedia. Plane delayed. Arrived 11 pm. Guy at desk saw me pull up in huge SUV Uber, but left anyway. Waited 30 minutes for security to come check me in.

We canceled the hotel stay in the window for a full refund but the request didn’t go thru as we were in a spotty service location. Called the property not even an hour past the cancellation window and Dylan could not help me cancel the reservation. He took a message for Mary the manager to call me. She never did. I left her a voicemail. She never responded. Hotels.com was helpful in contacting the property to cancel in the hour past the cancellation window but Dylan hung up on the hotels.com representative. We planned to stay at this property later in the fall but will take out business to an establishment that is more professional. Can’t even return messages? Voicemail? Poor customer service.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Cowboy Village is a very clean facility! The staff are incredible. I think my favorite part is it kind of being tucked away from the busy world of downtown Jackson hole! Will absolutely stay here again, and recommend to family & friends.

We had 2 nights at this property and the cabin was good, had a nice bed, small kitchenette, all the mod-cons, but I would say, for the price, there could have been more luxury. Parking is also not assigned, so if you are close to the busy front, you might have to walk and find parking elsewhere on property. They don't offer breakfast, but have tea/coffee and some sweet snacks in the lobby.

This was our third cabin stay on our 4 state vacation. It had more amenities such as coffee/tea in room, tv, kitchenette, wifi and a couch. We appreciated the conveniences and our cabin was located very close to the hot tub and pool. My husband and I are daily walkers, so this is an easy walk into town. I brought the attention to the host of barking dogs behind our cabin (coming from another facility) and she addressed it immediately. The near by Bubbas was excellent! I highly recommend staying here.

Although the location is awesome and the cabin is nice it is very small for a family of three. I requested two queen beds and we got bunkbeds, which was not a good option. The rooms are a little outdated. The AC was very loud and our toilet seat was broken. The icemaker on property didn’t work. For the high price we paid, we were pretty disappointed.

I was led to believe that all cabins had their own parking spot right in front of the cabin you booked. Not so, there are spots directly in front of some cabins, but it's first come first serve. The rooms looked larger on the website then when you see them in person. though I must say It was a nice clean cozy cabin with daily room cleaning service as a standard policy. We booked the double queen cabin.

Cutest cabin community, rustic feel w modern conveniences, updated kitchenette & bath w walkin shower, a definite plus. On-site laundry & indoor pool was a bonus!
