Beautiful hotel on the marina with brilliant pool to relax in. Breakfast was a big hit.

Hôtel de grand standing moderne, avec un buffet petit déjeuner très varié et une chambre plus que spacieuse, spa très sympa où nous étions quasi seules et piscine agréable. par contre, pas de vraie plage (la plage de sable de l’Hotel est artificielle sur la piscine) et grande structure donc pas mal de monde autour de la piscine et au petit déjeuner! Besoin aussi d’un véhicule car assez loin de Ciudadella. Parfait pr un séjour où on visite avec pause au spa ou à la piscine mais pas pour farniente pendant plusieurs jours (d’autres coins sont plus jolis)

Nice hotel and the standout would be the pool and sun lounger, Balinese bed. Drinks offered by the bar were very tasty. The AC did not work properly and the temperature could not be adjusted so we had to ask for standing fan. We felt like this is not something that should be expected in a five star hotel especially during scorching hot summer. We went for the half board option though quality of food was good they could do with more selection on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hot room was a huge letdown. They definitely should look into installing better AC units especially for room like suite where the area is huge.

In general it’s a nice resort. We stayed in a marina view room and had a large outdoor space. The room was a bit tired and minimalist. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective at all and the hotel gave us a fan and a portable air conditioning unit which was appreciated. The fact they had air conditioning units to hand indicated to us that they know their air con isn’t great. The breakfast had good variety and the staff were pleasant in the morning. The pool area was kept clean. The gym was ok but it was quite warm as the air con wasn’t very effective.

Hotel com uma excelente estrutura, perto de vários restaurantes, piscina e serviços de excelente qualidade com um bom spa. Quartos amplos com muita qualidade. Pertinho de 2 praias (2 e 5 minutos a pé). Primeiro frigobar free.

Bar was stocked on arrival. Spa was disappointing. Some staff were great. Lots were not. Disappointing hotel. Poop area was nice but that was really it. Communal reception restaurant and bar very disappointing and certainly not 5 star.

Lagos resort was perfect for a couples holiday - we had a suite which had a terrace and large kitchen area too. Lovely staff, good facilities (gym, spa, pool and pool restaurant). They even put the woman’s World Cup final on for everyone to watch. Would recommend as a hotel if people want to stay in that area. Only thing to point out is the marina area lets down the atmosphere a little. It’s great if you want a quick/cheap dinner but outside of the hotel restaurants there’s not to much going on (no late bars or finer restaurants). Also the main Cala en Bosch beach is super busy so you need to get down there early for a sun lounger. However, it’s a quick 30 minute bus /10 min taxi into main Cittadella which has a lovely atmosphere and lots of great restaurant bars.

Amazing trip LAGO really go the extra mile to make guests feel special (they decorated the room for a birthday surprise, with balloons and complimentary wine). We went half board this time and it was well worth it , the food is delicious and beautifully presented. Everything is so clean and well kept with a really chill laid back vibe. The pool and DJ was great and the Saturday night entertainment by the pool fabulous. Definitely coming back again.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially with service and communication. We contacted the hotel several times before our stay to say it was a birthday trip—after seeing reviews about others receiving thoughtful touches—but got no reply or acknowledgment on arrival. That lack of care continued throughout. Twice, a cleaner walked into our room without knocking—once while we were changing and again while someone was in the toilet—even though the “do not disturb” sign was up. We booked kayaking through the hotel thinking it was guided, but nothing was explained. When we saw we’d have to carry the kayak ourselves and go out alone, we didn’t feel comfortable and didn’t go. We were also given the wrong taxi number after visiting Cova d’en Xoroi and ended up stranded for two hours, asking other tourists for help. The spa wasn’t turned on when we arrived, and there was no one around to assist for 15 minutes. On day one, we used our €40 voucher to book a sunbed, but it was taken when we ordered water, with no explanation that it was actually a drinks credit. We only found that out on day three. It also felt unfair to charge €80/€40 for beds as hotel guests, especially as we couldn’t get one most days—and service clearly dropped when we weren’t on them. Our room didn’t match the photos online, two of us had to use an open shower with no privacy, and the room wasn’t cleaned or sheets changed on some days. Overall, it felt impersonal, disorganised, and disappointing.

Buena ubicación,personal de recepción y restaurante agradables,no podemos decir lo mismo del personal de limpieza ya que tuvimos goteras por la tarde en el baño por el aire acondicionado y al mancharse todas las toallas le pedimos unas limpias y nos indicaron si no podíamos esperar al día siguiente a la limpieza de habitación.Finalmente nos las trajo por la insistencia después de preguntarnos a que hora nos duchamos para no poder aguantar hasta el día siguiente. La limpieza de la habitación es lo que más nos ha defraudado. Las sábanas estaban rotas, solicitamos un cambio de sábanas a los 6 días y nos pusieron otras rotas también. Solo hacen la cama y cambio de toallas, el suelo no le pasaban,busque una escoba para barrer y no había. No sabemos si el personal de limpieza tiene un tiempo determinado para hacer la habitación pero deja bastante que desear. Respecto a la comida, la comida está buena, pero hay que estar esperando para que la repongan porque es bastante escasa y se acaba rápido. No se nos informo muy bien del funcionamiento de los restaurantes que nos correspondían al ir más de una semana y tampoco de que había parking privado para los clientes del hotel. He de mencionar la altivez de una chica morena de ojos claros que estaba en la zona de piscina a la que le solicitamos que nos cambiará las toallas de piscina por la mañana por unas limpias (como todo el mundo hacia)y nos puso pegas para hacerlo.Finalmente y resoplando nos las dió. Bastantes cosas que mejorar.

We had a fabulous stay at Lago Resort. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The breakfast was amazing! And the staff worked tirelessly throughout our stay! Would highly recommend. Great location too.

El personal es muy agradable y la habitación era limpia y confortable. A mejorar, se echa de menos un bufet más variado y cocina en vivo.

It‘s a very clean, ecological and customerfriendly hotel. We were given a big and cosy hotel room with an own jacuzzi which was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this hotel.

Nous avons réellement aimé cet hôtel splendide. Tout était au rdv le niveau de prestation, l’accueil, les piscines, la propreté et surtout la gentillesse de Marta, genny, tamy, noha et dania. Le restaurant était génial, la carte sublime proche d’un étoilé. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 2 pas de la mer.

We really liked the hotel. Since you walk in, it looks modern and clean. The people who work at the hotel are amazing, always willing to help and with a smile on their face. The rooms are large and spacious and have a small kitchen for people who do not want to eat out. Regarding food, the breakfast buffet is great, fruit, charcuterie cheeses and breads and fresh juice. The service is super efficient so you do not have to wait for tables, etc. There is both fine dining and more affordable dining close by. And there is a nice beach close by. Would definitely come back here.l

Le personnel est très bien veillant la bonne humeur de Laura au petit déjeuner un vrai bonheur la propreté de l’hôtel et le très bon accueil a l’arrivée est à souligner aussi

Me gusto, todo el conjunto. No me gustó que la habitación estaba muy machacada en general. El mobiliario estaba algo deteriorado, y tampoco se esmeraban demasiado a la hora de limpiar la habitación

chambre spacieuse, agréable et calme correspondant à la description diner de 1/2 pension très bien pour un séjour de 4 à 5 jours mais pas de "suggestion du jour".. tous les jours ! vins un peu chers au diner parfait pour un petit séjour hors pleine saison

Stayed here July 15-19. Advertised as a 5 star - it’s is 100% not a 5 star hotel. 3 - 4 (pushing it) When I arrived I had to wait over 5 hours for a room. When I got one, it was facing a car park and stank of cigarettes. Moved to another room, still really poor. Marina facing - you can reach the sink from bed. It’s a very tired hotel. Expedia really need to get these standards better! Area is also very tired, loads of shutdown shops, restaurants. Terrible restaurants, like going back to the 80s. Staff were on the whole good. Bar one receptionist who needs customer service training. And the pool entertainment “DJ” plays the same sound track over and over every day. Given it’s “adults only” loads of irritating kids thinking they’re at an Ibiza pool party.

Suite avec balcon pour 3 personnes. Une grande chambre et une grande pièce à vivre parfait pour 3. Seul petit bémol la Clim qui ne marche pas très bien et si on veut ouvrir les fenêtres le soir c’est très bruyant (musique complexe en face). Autrement infrastructures au top et excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant le soir (demi-pension). Personnel super.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é ótimo e bem localizado, café da manhã espetacular. O único problema foi o ar condicionado que era fraco, não esfriava bem o quarto, informamos 2 vezes na recepção mas me pareceu que não tinha muito o que fazer, parecia que o ar central não era suficiente para gelar tantos quartos. Tirando isso foi tudo perfeito.

The ac didn’t work well and it took 2 nights before we were given fans. The staff was polite but not very helpful.

View was not like what Expedia described. Small alley with peak view to marina. Airco issues were not resolved after three time requesting technical review. Personeel is kind and helpfull

Everything was incredible! We loved our room, the staff, and the food. Two employees, Laura and Silvia took extra special care of us and are so appreciated! The stay at Lagos was magical.

Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away.

Nuestra experiencia ha estado fantástica. Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Es la primera vez que en un hotel resort de estas características, la amabilidad, vocación de servicio de sus empleados/as, atención personal, comodidad en las camas, habitación (muy buenos colchones), gastronomía, piscina, etc. nos ha sorprendido agradablemente. Viajamos mucho, y tenemos experiencia en hoteles de más categoría que no ofrecen tanto servicio y atención al viajero, como en Hotel Casas del Lago Resort. Felicitamos especialmente a Víctor, que nos hizo el check in de bienvenida, y también a todos sus compañeros/as, y sobre todo a la dirección, porque ha sabido conjuntar a un muy buen equipo. Hotel muy recomendable para unas vacaciones agradables.

Laura at the reception is exceptional. From the check in she was very helpful and professionally helped with my parking issues. Waiting staff are also very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Menorca. Regards, Begench

Schönes Hotel am südwestlichen Ende der Insel mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang am dortigen Leuchtturm. Fußläufig gibt es einen Strand und viele Restaurants und Geschäftte, die sich um den kleinen Hafen versammeln. Parkplätze für den Mietwagen sind auch kein Problem. Die Hoteleinrichtungen habe ich kaum genutzt, da ich mehr die Insel erkundet habe. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist auf jeden Fall gut und üppig, nur wenn man alleine unterwegs ist um etwas nachzuholen, dann ist der Platz sofort abgeräumt.

We had a good time in this hotel, very central location, has many restaurants around, mostly belong to the same owner. They have also some fun pool party. Staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately the walls are so tiny that we could hear the tv of the next room, not ideal at 1am if you have to catch a flight at 6am. Overall all good

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the Lago resort! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and location was perfect, many restaurants within walking distance, beautiful views and beach just across the road!
