Fantastisk lille intimt hotel. Det ligger smukt. Super indcheckning. Det dejligste værelse med den smukkeste udsigt. Aftensmaden var udsøgt og stemningen på terrassen var helt i top. Morgenmaden var super god og der blev serveret lokale produkter. Lille og meget smuk by, hvor der blev købt lækkert keramik. Vi havde ikke tiden til det, men området var oplagt til smukke vandreture. Kan kun anbefale dette smukke hotel og vi kommer helt sikkert igen😍

We were cycling the Via Rhona. This hotel is a pretty significant detour off the route (maybe 15km, and quite a climb). That said, you are cycling through some great Cote du Rhone vineyards and the setting is nice, with a beautiful courtyard and pool. The hotel is clean and comfortable although a little basic in fixtures and fittings. They seemed a little understaffed; one young lady valiantly checked us in, showed us to our rooms, ran the bar and cooked and served breakfast. Also, the village in which the hotel is located is pretty rural with few dining options (literally everything is closed on a Monday evening). You’ll need a car or cab to get into Orange some 10km away.

A charming old fashioned hotel in a tiny picturesque village. The meal was excellent as was the breakfast. The only blemish to the stay was to find a charge of €10 to use their car park had been added to our bill. According to Hotel.com listing, free parking was one of the main attractions. We noticed this charge too late to query it.

Pretty little Hotel in lovely area. Hotel staff only average. Lovely view from our room. We had dinner in the Hotel Restaurant and it was fantastic, great food and service and value for money, there were locals eating there also not just tourists. The Hotel did try to charge us 10 Euro for parking however after we advised on the Expedia site it said Free Parking they let it go. Don't get conned into paying.

Hôtel situé dans un village charmant et pittoresque constitué d'une "grande" rue et d'impasses tortueuses, et à l'image de ce village. La bâtisse, rustique, est magnifique et confortable, tout en pierres et poutres apparentes. La chambre (standard) est tout-à-fait ordinaire, mais bon, on pardonne cela vu le reste. Le personnel est aimable, nous avons toutefois été accueillis par une personne peu souriante. Excellent rapport qualité/prix du restaurant, plats originaux et délicieux, faits visiblement de produits frais. La salle est très belle, la terrasse surplombe la vallée et offre une vue magnifique sur les coteaux du Lyonnais.

Magnifique endroit mais attention parking pour 8 voitures max. Accueil parfait et restauration excellente, et un vrai régal. Les chambres sont corrects pas très grande mais bon suffisante.. Une vue et un endroit apaisant.

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Nous avons apprécié plus particulièrement la démarche générale de l'établissement (produits bio et locaux en priorités) Très calme, lit confortable. Le seul aspect moyen dans la chambre que nous avions c'est la salle d'eau un peu petite et le bac à douche à moderniser.

La chambre est étroite mais acceptable pour une nuit. En revanche la salle de bain est très décevante. Petite, rien pour suspendre les serviettes, le carrelage est mochu et vous devez tenir le variateur de température de la douche. Le petit déjeuner était parfait- Un buffet de qualité dans une salle agréable.

We stayed in an economy room which though small (as advertised) was perfect for one night. It was warm, comfortable and clean. We had a view over the river. This is a quirky stylish boutique hotel, we loved it! Dinner was very delicious and breakfast very good! The village is very old and pretty. Not to me missed!

The hotel was quaint.Our room with its bathroom was small and clean with a comfortable bed. All that we needed for our overnight stay . The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious.Lots of choices available at the breakfast buffet. We would ,if in the area definitely go again.

Sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse. Traumhaft! Die Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und haben uns gut geschmeckt. Den Champagner haben wir auch genossen. Würden gern einmal für länger kommen.

Toujours autant de plaisir à revenir dans cet hôtel de charme, et ce joli village de Cliousclat si authentique ! Nous avions une chambre "économique", pas très grande mais confortable et meublée avec goût. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la très agréable terrasse extérieure du restaurant, offrant une belle vue sur la campagne, pour déguster une cuisine de qualité, toutefois un peu chère.
Toujours autant de plaisir à revenir dans cet hôtel de charme, et ce joli village de Cliousclat si authentique ! Very disappointing experience for such a pretty hotel. The hotel is beautiful, set in a picturesque village and with attractively decorated rooms. The poor service spoiled our stay. Some suggestions for M Bruno, the manager: (1) when a guest asks for help because the TV is not working (the remote needed new batteries) it is probably best not to grumble and be surly making your guests feel uncomfortable (2) when a couple of hours later one of your guests comes down - with half wet/half dried hair - advising that the hair dryer is not working and smells like it may cause a fire, it is probably best not to say in front of all your staff with whom you are dining “do you really have to disturb me now” in an effort to make the guest feel uncomfortable despite the poor equipment being a fault of the hotel and not the guest; an apology and expression of sympathy would have gone a long way (3) when you offer to securely store guests’ valuable e-bikes, it is probably best to check that the store is actually locked overnight, and (4) when you have an afternoon menu for drinks/snacks, it is probably best to ensure your staff are at least aware of is existence and have some knowledge of what is available Over two weeks, we have stayed in a range of accommodation types in France and experienced superb hospitality, and helpful and friendly service. The service in this hotel sadly detracts from our overall experience and presents as an illustration of misplaced arrogance.

La bâtisse, rustique, est magnifique et confortable, tout en pierres et poutres apparentes. La chambre (standard) est tout-à-fait ordinaire, mais bon, on pardonne cela vu le reste. Nous avions une chambre "économique", pas très grande mais confortable et meublée avec goût. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la très agréable terrasse extérieure du restaurant, offrant une belle vue sur la campagne, pour déguster une cuisine de qualité, toutefois un peu chère.

We loved our stay in this hillside medieval town. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs. Meals at hotel were delicious. The walk through the village on the narrow roads had us discover unique and quaint gems, such as the potteries. So much to see and do in surrounding area as well.
