Hôtel typiquement All In avec le public qui va avec: peu respectueux du personnel et des lieux, réservant des chaises pour la journée, se bousculant pour manger, buvant et mangeant beaucoup beaucoup. L’hôtel est plutôt isolé, il faut une voiture pour pouvoir manger ailleurs ou visiter. Mais c’est vrai pour tout à la Palma. Et à part à l’heure des repas ou pour trouver une chaise près de la piscine, on ne se sentait pas trop oppressé, la vue de l’océan et la végétation aidant. Ils organisent beaucoup de Tours + bus au départ de l’hôtel. Les piscines et infrastructures sont tops et les activités plaisantes. Dommage que le Spa& massages etc apd 18 ans. Lit et espace chambre confortable, typiquement canarien. Clim ok, serviettes pour la piscine prêtées. Tout est propre, malgré un personnel en sous effectif (très marquant au petit déjeuner où une personne pour en servir 40: merci le Covid!) La vue mer est forcément sur les piscines ou installations ( nous étions chambre 5210, demandez des chiffres plus style 5214 pour pas avoir le palmier devant le coucher de soleil). La nourriture n’est pas très bonne et pas typique (pas de bananes!). Quelques plats différents le soir mais sans odeur ni saveur, un pain dur comme de la brique. Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié, et les plats plus rempli apd de 10h (2 confitures industrielles, 3-4 fruits, des œufs préparés au choix mais longue queue, des tomates concombre salade, pas de jus de fruit frais,..décevant)

Ottimi servizi, il buffet è molto ricco e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ci sono due piscine riscaldate, utilizzabili anche in inverno. Unica pecca: aprirei la spa un'oretta per i ragazzi. Che non sia aperta per i bambini (sotto gli 11 anni) è un vero plus.

Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option.

Prachtig gelegen groot en netjes resort voorzien van alle gemakken. Vriendelijk personeel. Beetje gedateerde kamer 9103S maar groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoonmaak indien gewenst elke dag. Eten in biffervorm en veel keuzes. Hadden half pension en daar hoort geen drinken bij bij avondeten. Vinden we apart. Kosten drankjes op zich prima, heerlijke week in voorseizoen gehad.

Wat een geweldig hotel. Ruime kamers, heerlijk bed, balkon. heel veel zwembaden. Top eten hele dag door. Vriendelijk personeel. Van alles wordt er gedaan, entertainment ed. 1 nadeel of niet, je hebt gewoon een auto nodig. Bochtige wegen erg steil op en af. Lopen geen optie. Geweldig hotel met prachtige zonsondergangen, aanrader voor iedereen.

El hotel tiene unas opciones enormes, el problema es que no se le saca partido. Hay camareros que están amargados con su trabajo, el horario del bar de la piscina es de risa, cerrar a las 18:00h cuando por lo menos estás en la piscina una hora más. Horarios ridicululos. Animación 0, hay 4 actividades al día y ya las puedes buscar tú pq nadie viene por el hotel ofreciéndote la actividad y las actuaciones de la noche .... Mejor ni lo comentamos. Con las instalaciones que tienen lo que podrían hacer ahí......

We had a room 5105S in a great location, close to everything with a great view. Beds were very comfortable, the black out drapes kept the light out and the sofa bed added a nice extra seating area. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the pools absolutely stunning but not well patronized except for the heated one. We preferred the times without animation, thankfully there wasn’t much, thank god because it was horrible noise. We complained and it seemed to work, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to escape on the premises, not even our room. It should not be allowed. Both morning and evening buffets had a lot of choices and very good food but the access to what one is looking for very badly planned. To put butter with salad ( to keep it cold ?) Is plain stupid in this climate; not close to the breads ? Hiding spoons, napkins, bowls, condiments, in an entire week, we never mastered the illogical presentation of foods. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared but within an hour of opening the buffets, they were out of juices, cafes, red wine or popular meats and they didn’t replenish. The cleanliness of the dishes and utensils were often questionable, and the crowd management tedious. We were even made to wait outside, unprotected from the rain. But the property is beautifully stunning, not easy to access which adds to the charm and with a car to tour around, had a very nice week taking advantage of the different sites on that side of the island.

Para mí debería ser un hotel 3*. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la joya de la corona son las piscinas, y en nuestro caso, la habitación estaba suficientemente lejos de la zona de recepción como para que no se oyeran ruidos de noche. La limpieza de las habitaciones correcta, aunque no tanto la del comedor. Las copas sin lavar bien (con marcas de pintalabios en el borde) y los camareros recogían demasiado rápido los platos de la mesa. Te levantabas a por algo del bufet y cuando volvías ya no tenías plato, aún sin haberte acabado lo que estabas comiendo. Con la opción "todo incluido" las bebidas son autoservicio, de una maquina expendedora (vamos, todo estilo cañero). Pero ojo, no todo está incluido, solo una selección de refrescos, agua, cerveza, un vino malísimo y marcas blancas de algunas bebidas alcohólicas. Además, con el todo incluido solo incluye un restaurante "bufet" de los tropecientos que presumen tener. Si quieres innovar y cenar en un sitio diferente tendrás que pagar un extra. Obviamente, la entrada al Spa tampoco se incluye en el "todo". Para los que contemplan la opción "Adults only", les diría que esto es un espacio (habitaciones y piscina) un poco mas alejado del resto, pero el comedor bufet es el mismo para el resto (sólo que te sientan en una mesa más alejada). Las actividades están muy orientadas a los niños (nada interesante para adultos) y los horarios muy ingleses (cenas de 19:00 a 21:45 por ejemplo). La ubicación está bien, zona tranquila y soleada.

We stayed one week at this large holiday resort in La Palma with stunning views and several great swimming pools. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of amenities. Very all inclusive style. Mass amount of people. They're were live cockroaches not only on the grounds but in the dinning hall. Location is very inconveniente. Long windy road to leave the hotel to get anywhere. Couldn't turn off a/c in the room.

The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the pools absolutely stunning but not well patronized except for the heated one. We preferred the times without animation, thankfully there wasn’t much, thank god because it was horrible noise. We complained and it seemed to work, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to escape on the premises, not even our room. It should not be allowed. Both morning and evening buffets had a lot of choices and very good food but the access to what one is looking for very badly planned. To put butter with salad ( to keep it cold ?) Is plain stupid in this climate; not close to the breads ? Hiding spoons, napkins, bowls, condiments, in an entire week, we never mastered the illogical presentation of foods. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared but within an hour of opening the buffets, they were out of juices, cafes, red wine or popular meats and they didn’t replenish. The cleanliness of the dishes and utensils were often questionable, and the crowd management tedious. We were even made to wait outside, unprotected from the rain. But the property is beautifully stunning, not easy to access which adds to the charm and with a car to tour around, had a very nice week taking advantage of the different sites on that side of the island.

Prachtig gelegen groot en netjes resort voorzien van alle gemakken. Vriendelijk personeel. Beetje gedateerde kamer 9103S maar groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoonmaak indien gewenst elke dag. Room was good and food was very good. Good entertainment shows every evening. Great place. Nice walk (15-20min) to the beach. 20 min the next town. 40 min bus ride to los llanos from fuencaliente. Beautiful island, not too busy in summer, just right for our taste.

Echt een all inclusive hotel Inchecken duurde even. Ontbijt zeer goed alles aanwezig en goede kwaliteit Avondmaaltijden of beter aanbod redelijk uitgebreid en kwaliteit best goed. Das dauert dann mal eben 2 Stunden Fahrt mit dem Leihwagen. Bei Ankunft wird man freundlich empfangen, allerdings haben die Wohnblöcke keinen Fahrstuhl und man schleppt die Koffer selber die Treppe hoch. Hilfe beim Koffertransport wird nicht angeboten. Das Essen ist zwar okay, aber das haben wir schon besser (vor allem bei den Hauptspeisen) erlebt. Für ein paar Tage sicherlich okay, aber wer länger als eine Woche hierbleiben will, dann wird es ziemlich schnell langweilig.

For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great.

Es waren überall hin recht weite Wege, viele Treppen und kein Aufzug in den einzelnen Wohnblocks. Wir waren froh, dass wir in Block 4 untergebracht waren, da war der Weg zum Restaurant in der Früh und abends nicht so weit. Gut fanden wir, dass es einen Kofferservice gab und wir den Koffer nicht über die Treppen hochschleppen mussten.

Buena experiencia en general, lo único que cobrar extra el zumo de naranja natural, en un hotel 4 estrellas, no nos pareció normal, no tener snack bar para poder comprar algo al medio día los que no teníamos pensión completa y el recibimiento en la recepción podían explicar mejor el complejo, los horarios y las actividades.

Estuvimos esperando dos horas para que nos dieran la habitacion iba con dos bebes pequeños y fue un incordio se suponia que a las 14 era la entrada llegamos a ñas 14 y 30 y hasta las 17 horas no nos dieron la habitacion ,sin embargo a la hroa de salir tenia a los nenes dormidos y a las 12 exapto me dijeron que tenia que salir ya a las 11 no me servia la llave,creo que xomo minimo deberian haberme dado una disculpa y ni eso

El hotel tiene unas opciones enormes, el problema es que no se le saca partido. Hay camareros que están amargados con su trabajo, el horario del bar de la piscina es de risa, cerrar a las 18:00h cuando por lo menos estás en la piscina una hora más. Horarios ridicululos. Animación 0, hay 4 actividades al día y ya las puedes buscar tú pq nadie viene por el hotel ofreciéndote la actividad y las actuaciones de la noche .... Mejor ni lo comentamos. Con las instalaciones que tienen lo que podrían hacer ahí......

Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option.

We had a room 5105S in a great location, close to everything with a great view. Beds were very comfortable, the black out drapes kept the light out and the sofa bed added a nice extra seating area. Prinzipiell eine schöne Anlage, die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind auch sehr schön. Wenn man die meiste Zeit in der Anlage verbringen will, ist das sicherlich sehr schön. Wenn man etwas auf der Insel unternehmen will, ist man dort am A… der Welt. 10 km den Berg hoch bis zur nächsten Stadt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Norden der Insel. Das dauert dann mal eben 2 Stunden Fahrt mit dem Leihwagen. Bei Ankunft wird man freundlich empfangen, allerdings haben die Wohnblöcke keinen Fahrstuhl und man schleppt die Koffer selber die Treppe hoch. Hilfe beim Koffertransport wird nicht angeboten. Hôtel typiquement All In avec le public qui va avec: peu respectueux du personnel et des lieux, réservant des chaises pour la journée, se bousculant pour manger, buvant et mangeant beaucoup beaucoup. L’hôtel est plutôt isolé, il faut une voiture pour pouvoir manger ailleurs ou visiter. Mais c’est vrai pour tout à la Palma. Et à part à l’heure des repas ou pour trouver une chaise près de la piscine, on ne se sentait pas trop oppressé, la vue de l’océan et la végétation aidant. Ils organisent beaucoup de Tours + bus au départ de l’hôtel. Les piscines et infrastructures sont tops et les activités plaisantes. Dommage que le Spa& massages etc apd 18 ans. Lit et espace chambre confortable, typiquement canarien. Clim ok, serviettes pour la piscine prêtées. Tout est propre, malgré un personnel en sous effectif (très marquant au petit déjeuner où une personne pour en servir 40: merci le Covid!) La vue mer est forcément sur les piscines ou installations ( nous étions chambre 5210, demandez des chiffres plus style 5214 pour pas avoir le palmier devant le coucher de soleil). La nourriture n’est pas très bonne et pas typique (pas de bananes!). Quelques plats différents le soir mais sans odeur ni saveur, un pain dur comme de la brique. Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié, et les plats plus rempli apd de 10h (2 confitures industrielles, 3-4 fruits, des œufs préparés au choix mais longue queue, des tomates concombre salade, pas de jus de fruit frais,..décevant)

Me gustó casi todo en general, la zona de piscinas sobre todo, y que no hay ningún ruído por la noche y se duerme de maravilla!! Lo que menos me gustó, la poca variedad en el comedor y comida muy repetitiva.

Para mí debería ser un hotel 3*. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la joya de la corona son las piscinas, y en nuestro caso, la habitación estaba suficientemente lejos de la zona de recepción como para que no se oyeran ruidos de noche. La limpieza de las habitaciones correcta, aunque no tanto la del comedor. Las copas sin lavar bien (con marcas de pintalabios en el borde) y los camareros recogían demasiado rápido los platos de la mesa. Te levantabas a por algo del bufet y cuando volvías ya no tenías plato, aún sin haberte acabado lo que estabas comiendo. Con la opción "todo incluido" las bebidas son autoservicio, de una maquina expendedora (vamos, todo estilo cañero). Pero ojo, no todo está incluido, solo una selección de refrescos, agua, cerveza, un vino malísimo y marcas blancas de algunas bebidas alcohólicas. Además, con el todo incluido solo incluye un restaurante "bufet" de los tropecientos que presumen tener. Si quieres innovar y cenar en un sitio diferente tendrás que pagar un extra. Obviamente, la entrada al Spa tampoco se incluye en el "todo". Para los que contemplan la opción "Adults only", les diría que esto es un espacio (habitaciones y piscina) un poco mas alejado del resto, pero el comedor bufet es el mismo para el resto (sólo que te sientan en una mesa más alejada). Las actividades están muy orientadas a los niños (nada interesante para adultos) y los horarios muy ingleses (cenas de 19:00 a 21:45 por ejemplo). La ubicación está bien, zona tranquila y soleada.

Prachtig gelegen groot en netjes resort voorzien van alle gemakken. Vriendelijk personeel. Beetje gedateerde kamer 9103S maar groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoonmaak indien gewenst elke dag. Eten in biffervorm en veel keuzes. Hadden half pension en daar hoort geen drinken bij bij avondeten. Vinden we apart. Kosten drankjes op zich prima, heerlijke week in voorseizoen gehad.

Echt een all inclusive hotel Inchecken duurde even. Ontbijt zeer goed alles aanwezig en goede kwaliteit Avondmaaltijden of beter aanbod redelijk uitgebreid en kwaliteit best goed. Zeker salade en fruit deel alsmede de desserts Helaas geen koffie optie als dessert optie Vlees kwaliteit. De steaks ed vond ik echt zeer magere kwaliteit. Ook viel het regelmatig uit de toon met andere gerechten zodat alles maar beetje los op je bord lag. De meer thema gerichte opties zoals mexican was goed alleen vlakke smaak. Voor iedere mond dus geschikt Kamers zijn perfect. Ook bedden. Kan niet anders zeggen. Uitzicht op zonsondergang is aanrader. Goede compensatie want hotel ligt ver weg van alles.20 minuten naar fuencaliente als eerste dorp dichtbij. Voor wandelaars zoals ik mss daarom wat onhandig. Auto dan nodig. Gemakswinkel veel te duur, beperkt iets te krijgen. Voor wandelaars was optie lunch pakketje fijn geweest.

El hotel excepcional, quizás falta algo de actualización en algunos aspectos, pero en general todo bien. El servicio de comedor muy bueno aunque quizás algo repetitivo en algún aspecto. El todo incluido es de una calidad razonable, si te priorizar la cantidad por la calidad te interesa, si prefieres una copa de calidad, mejor utilizar otras opciones. (Si bien es cierto, que con el TI ofrecen descuentos en las copas no incluidas). El complejo está excepcionalmente bien, sin duda, el mejor de la isla, el único pero, la situación, lejos de todo, acentuado ahora con los accesos cortados aún por la erupción.

We had a room 5105S in a great location, close to everything with a great view. Beds were very comfortable, the black out drapes kept the light out and the sofa bed added a nice extra seating area. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the pools absolutely stunning but not well patronized except for the heated one. We preferred the times without animation, thankfully there wasn’t much, thank god because it was horrible noise. We complained and it seemed to work, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to escape on the premises, not even our room. It should not be allowed. Both morning and evening buffets had a lot of choices and very good food but the access to what one is looking for very badly planned. To put butter with salad ( to keep it cold ?) Is plain stupid in this climate; not close to the breads ? Hiding spoons, napkins, bowls, condiments, in an entire week, we never mastered the illogical presentation of foods. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared but within an hour of opening the buffets, they were out of juices, cafes, red wine or popular meats and they didn’t replenish. The cleanliness of the dishes and utensils were often questionable, and the crowd management tedious. We were even made to wait outside, unprotected from the rain. But the property is beautifully stunning, not easy to access which adds to the charm and with a car to tour around, had a very nice week taking advantage of the different sites on that side of the island.
