The hotel staff were consistently rude and clearly annoyed by even the simplest requests — whether it was asking for water or figuring out which dining room to use. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the resort. Everyone was friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. We visited the spa for different services and the staff was very welcoming and made you feel right at home. We will definitely go back.

Vi havde bestilt et 3 mands værelse, men der manglede både tæppe, pude mm til vores søn. Personalet virkede ligeglade da vi beklage vores nød ved check ud næste dag. VI opdagede manglerne ved midnatstid.Vi har brugt Hotels.com i mange år og har ALTID været godt tilfredse. Og ofte benytter jeres Reward program. Det fremgår ikke, at der kun er en restaurant åben på resortet. Maden var fin men når man læser at der er flere restauranter og der kun er en der er åbent og folk står i lange køre for mad og drikkevarer
