Very convenient for BKK airport. They have a good shuttle service. Theres a pool and a bar. Theres a very limited selection of food offer in the restaurant’ but I’d go elsewhere for a meal

I've been coming here for years as an airport hotel. Simple, cheap, small, comfortable, clean, 10 minutes to BKK on shuttle for only 150 Baht. Has a restaurant and bar but I just walk to either the small market 10 minutes or large market 15 minutes. Pool is nice too.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport et pour le rapport qualité prix annoncé. Le tranfert pour l'aéroport prévu à 7h etait à l'heure et nous a déposé en 10mn. 1 transfert tre les heures. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner que nous avions payé (5€ / pers) car le service commençait aussi à 7h et le personnel ne pouvait pas nous proposer de box en échange. en compensation ils nous ont proposé le transfert gratuit (150tb) il y avait des petites taches de sang sur notre lit la porte de notre salle de bain est restée bloquée à 23h...obligée d'aller demander à l'acceuil pour la débloquer. cette chambre était trés bouillante. en résumé si vous n'avez pas d'autres choix cela fera l'affaire juste pour une nuit.

My flight arrived late but I informed the hotel to ensure that the shuttle still will pick me up. Guest what no one was there and I walked around the airport looking for some help. Took taxi to the hotel. Staff working there at the time was really nice but not communicating between hotel and guest. Tom is average but the shower head and some corners have lots of mildew

Sheets in bedroom were stained . Rooms are basic but bathroom is very small and just has a shower head .. no real shower area. U take a shower and it wets the entire bathroom. Fridge had some mold on the plastic that forces the door closed. Description said free shuttle and we were still charged per room for airport shuttle . There’s nothing much in the area surrounding the hotel .

The staff were a bit slow for the check in. The pictures on the site look much better than the physical room. The room is outdated and the mattress was not good, very old, we could feel the springs popping up.

The place looks much better in the photos than in real life. Rooms are dated and beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was expensive and felt sketchy. Stay anywhere else.

Its was an ok stay, juat cant go as far as saying excellent. The bedroom was clean although the bed was one of the hardest i have ever slept on. There was a kettle but no drink making facilities which was confusing and the aircon took forever to cool the room down. So nothing major but just a few niggles that prevent a higher rating. The pool was nice enough. Didnt eat there so cant comment on the food. Free 24 hour shuttle bus to the airport was handy.

Nous n’avons pas bénéficier de la navette aéroport vers l’hôtel! Et nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner dont les horaires étaient de 7h à 10h. Nous sommes partis de l’hôtel avec la navette de 06h.. Pour la chambre nous étions très déçu! Chambre au premier étage avec un spot qui éclairait toute la nuit vers le balcon! La télé ne marchait pas. La climatisation impossible à régler, soufflait directement sur le lit, température à 25 degrés, un bruit infernal.

Overall, a decent hotel. The pros: The staff at Great Residence Hotel were great, it felt like a safe location, the airport shuttle was really convenient, the hotel was fairly close to BKK, the rooms were nice, the breakfast and the restaurant were good. There is an amazing restaurant within a 5-minute walking distance. And a few more minutes of walking, there is a 7-11. Some notes that are not a total downer, but I do wish the breakfast was open a little earlier, the wifi barely functioned, and it's not the easiest area to go out and explore. If you are just needing an overnight before or after a flight, this is a good hotel.

Very old fashioned solid furniture with poor closing doors. Nothing in the minibar. Tiny room overlooking pipes and sewers. Only Thai language programmes on telly. Good travel free transfer to airport. Second floor room with no lift. Wet room with shower and loo clean but tiny. Wouldn’t go back.

Lied about services, website is deceitful, eg free shuttle is actually PAID and expensive. Contact number does not exist and so on. Staff uninterested when this was explained and quite agressive. Will report to hotels.com and show photo evidence of this.

Paid for transfer. 5 calls, 3 emails and line messages to get picked up after being told easier to catch taxi. After speaking to someone. Told 15 mins but took another call as no one came. No kettle in room (listed) breakfast voucher not given. Breakfast time had changed.

Endlose Diskussionen über den kostenlosen Shuttle, der plötzlich nicht mehr kostenlos war. Wir mußten am Flughafen trotz Anruf über 2 Stunden auf den Shuttle warten. Das Zimmer war zwar groß, hatte aber eine Dusche über der Toilette, der Griff vom sideboard war rausgerissen, die Bettdecke hat einen Riesenriß, der Toilettenpapierspender war leer, es war tierisch laut, Zimmer direkt zur Autobahn, Matratze sehr hart, das Waschbecken tropfte und wir mußten den Eimer unterstellen, alles in allem eine Riesenkatastrophe und definitiv keine Empfehlung. Leider kann ich keine Fotos anhängen, sonst wäre dies noch eindrucksvoller.

We booked this hotel through Expedia, paying extra for their “best” room, expecting at least 3-star service. Instead, we got a nightmare. Upon check-in, the room was extremely hot despite the AC running at 18°C. After 1.5 hours, it was still unbearable. When we tried to shower, the shower head broke off due to a loose connector. We asked to switch rooms, but staff claimed none were available and refused a refund. Only after we mentioned leaving a review did they move us ironically, to the room next door. The new room had a broken AC remote with old, chewed up batteries. Replacement batteries didn’t work either. Staff were rude and dismissive one even blamed us for not knowing how to use an AC. The hotel also took a damage deposit, which felt risky considering the poor room condition. This was the most expensive hotel of our 2 weeks Thailand trip and the absolute worst. Poor maintenance, unhelpful staff and no accountability. This place is nowhere near a 3-star standard. False advertising at its finest. Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort, money, and peace of mind.

When I first got to the hotel, the man at the check encounter tried to cheat me right away. He said I needed to pay ฿150 for my transportation to the airport. I only booked the hotel because the transportation was free so that started things off horrible. The man that was there was bald and was a cheat. He should not be working there because I’m sure he does it with others. I will let everyone know not to stay at that establishment. While I was in Thailand, a lot of men usually took took drivers cheated me out of money when I’m leaving the country. The last thing I want is a hotel to do that. And that’s exactly what he tried to do.

Good location if you need to catch an early flight. If you are going to the hotel from the airport, go out to the public taxis and go to the outside small office for local taxis - 200 baht for the 12 minute taxi ride. On a map, the location may look like you can walk to the hotel but is is about 4 miles and walking is not an option. The hotel does provide transportation back to the airport and will accomodate your schedule.

Perfekt ställe att checka in på i några timmar i väntan på en flight. Vi åt god mat i restaurangen och njöt av poolen i 6 timmar. I närområde fanns 7 eleven. Vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaks hit.

We ate in the restaurant before flying out the next morning. My husband was served a drink item with "unclean" ice, and he developed traveler's diarrhea the day after returning home. It was so virulent that he had to go to a doctor, who confirmed the problem. He had to be prescribed an antibiotic and super strong anti-diarrheal pills.

Pros: great restaurant staff, great food and service. Staff is very accommodating. 6 stars. Very good place for the price. Cons: hotel is an older hotel and bed is super hard. You get what you pay for.
