Das Hotel ist etwas weiter weg vom ganzen Trubel, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Besonders hervorragend war das Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption schrecklich, kein willkommen, nie wurde gegrüßt, keine Informationen nichts. Strandabschnitt des Hotels ist eine Baustelle und nicht nutzbar. Altes , defektes Mobilar . Auch darüber hätte man uns vorab informieren können. Das ist Hotel ist empfehlenswert da es eine wirklich sehr schöne Poolanlage hat und auch ansonsten sehr schön ist. Aber das Personal und die Freundlichkeit ist bei manchen schrecklich. Das Hotel ist also empfehlenswert, jedoch mit besserem Personal

The hotel was fine, a bit rundown. The staff are rude, but I think that's a feature of Israeli culture. For example, we had an issue and waited at the front desk for assistance. While assisting us the staff person allowed herself to be interrupted multiple times by other guests, solving their issue while dragging ours out much longer than necessary. This happened several times. Also, they have a kind of video arcade, but most game systems did not work. The breakfast and dinner buffets we're fantastic.

Le service pour le nettoyage des chambres est à revoir ainsi que les abords des chambres. Certains membres du personnel à la reception devrait etre formés à l'accueil de la clientele. Je suis dejà venue dans cet hotel le mois dernier et j'etais satisfaite de mon sejour . Cette fois ci il en etait tout autrement: Superficiellement l'hotel a ete rénove mais dans les details beaucoup de choses ne marchent pas. Quant au service, il est deplorable. - pas de cintres dans la penderie, il faut demander - il faitfroid on vous apporte un chauffage electrique cassé Pas d'eau chaude tout le temps, l'eau ne s'ecoule pas dans le lavabo, propreté mediocre, bruit lancinant dans la salle de bain, Ai commandé un plat au lobby, le plat pas encore arrivé on me demande si je veux payer ??? Ai effectué un massage que j'ai payé cash, pas de reçu, il a fallu reclamer plusieurs fois. Reception présente mais innefficace Bref très mauvais sejour, je deconseille !

My room was next to housekeeping store...from early morning alot of noise from carts, peupole and door slapping. The door stopper (dont know the english name for it) not working in this store door also in door above in the upper floor (i went to check it out one morning). Used to love this hotel before...

Terrible check in experience, no staff support, bullying security not allowing check-in/bag drop with car temporarily parked in front, not blocking ANY vehicle movement. Had to drag bags from an adjacent lot to the hotel property making multiple trips. Insult to injury, my room was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, so yeah, unpleasant arrival.

Excellent, all facilities in very good condition, clean, excellent Israeli breakfast (too much, too good). I would recommend teh hotal to reduce water pressure in the tab so to save some water + missing signs to save on towels etc. The hotel is loated few minutes away from the center inexepesive oublic transportation.
