Liked this was a home away from home. It had everything you could expect. A full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, sink, small two burner stove, and dishes. Saved a lot of money from not having to eat out.

Great spot. Rooms are spacious and have everythibg you need from a full size fridge to a stove sink table dishes in the room and a 24hr snack store in the lobby. Close to many stores and 5 min drive to santander arena.

Attentive staff who went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with settling in for a few days. Free coffee, gym, laundry, fast wifi and free rental of games, books and other kitchen appliances; they’ve thought of everything. Would recommend it over the fancier hotels that I’ve stayed at before in the area.

Local bar and grill across the street had great food and over 300 types of beer for purchase with a changing 18 kinds of draft. Room had coffee machine, but the fresh ground in the lobby was better. You can sign out appliances and gadgets from a locker in tbe lobby. Meet and great on Meatball Monday. Lots of free parking.No breackfast so go to Walmart for supplies, 5 miles away.

The room smelled terrible. We asked for a room that had not been soiled and smelled up by pets and they could not help us. The shower curtain was falling down and the rod was coming off the wall. The shampoo dispenser did not work.

The service people were nice and friendly but the hygiene level was very poor. The first night I got a lot of bites from fleas (It´s a pet friendly hotel and you meet both cat´s and dogs) so I asked to be moved to another room. While conducting my morning shaving I noticed a flea enjoing breakfast from my foot........ Now 14 days later I am still scratching my more than 100 bites and I look like a leper......... Stay away unless you travel with animals and don´t care

Only stayed 1 night, we had a 1 room suite. Check in was smooth, room was clean. Odd thing was the ac unit was in the living room with a fan built into the wall to blow cold air into the bedroom. Doesn't work that well. The living room was freezing just to keep it ok in the bedroom. Also, the couch was a pullout but there were no linens or pillows in the room for it, had to ask front desk for extras. The pub next door was amazing.

I had high hopes for this hotel, pictures looked nice.. All in all the room was halfway cleaned (body hair all around the bathroom…) and the biggest issue was there was NO AC IN BEDROOM all they put in was what the front desk called a “pass through fan” that supplied slightly more air than a human fart. It was 80 degrees in the bedroom and slept awful for the two nights we stayed there. IHG, figure this out!

There was a hold palced at check in for incidentals and I was told would be refunded in 3-4 days as long as room wasnt damaged. Bed was awful. Person sized hole in middle, me and my partner kept rolling into each other by default. When I complained to the front desk, I was told bt receptionist/host she would "leave a note for them". No discount offered for a bad experience even after saying it was the worst noght aleep if my life.EVERY time someone opened the door to their room, we heard it as if it was our room. Only food for purchase at location, no breakfast. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Nice appearance on check in until you learn this facility was built as cheaply as possible. The room was a suite with separate bedroom which is nice until you learn the heat and A/C are in the main room not the bedroom. These people are so cheap they made a hole in the wall between living and bed rooms and installed an exhaust fan to push air into the bedroom. That’s not the worst. Like many hotels the thermostat has a sensor to shut the system off when no one is in the room. The hvac system is in the living room not the bedroom. Guess what happens when you are only in the bedroom? That’s right the hvac system shuts off. To have heat or air during the night you have to wake up, leave the bedroom so the sensor sees there is a person so the system restarts. If you want to do this madness every hour of the night this is the place you want to be. Talked to the desk asked if they could disable the sensor so the system runs. Nope!

A rather pleasent surprise, nicely priced rooms, with tons to offer the kitchenette was awesome, killer wifi,. big screen, large work area. Overall 9.3 its not luxurious but its perfection soothing.

My only concern with this hotel is the lack of lobby staff in the afternoon / evening hours. We were able to come and go quite frequently without interacting with anyone. Perhaps the lobby was being monitored remotely but there was no sign to that effect. Also we seemed to have stayed at a very quiet time which may have been the reason

Sam the front desk guy on the third shift during our stay was awesome. His customer service was outstanding!! I haven't had that kind of incredible experience in a very long time. Very refreshing having had amazing service like that. Thank you Sam for all you did during our stay.

Where do I begin! Our first room was missing a window.... completely gone. Next room.... dirty....dirty...dirty. 1st floor smelled of weekend. And food options were useless. Front desk not too helpful and found it all funny.

The staff was professional and courteous from the moment we walked in the door. They answered my multitude of questions throughout the stay. Even though they were sold out, they provided extra blankets and a cot, because my daughter last minute decided she wanted one. I would definitely stay there again if I am in that area.

Overall, it's a solid and mostly clean place for the price. The interior seems outdated, and isn't SUPER clean, but it was clean enough for a 1 night stay and was close to the Santander Performing Arts Center I was there for (with my car for transportation, free parking at hotel). Overnight there were a lot of noses and clanging in the walls? Wasn't too loud I had trouble sleeping for other reasons but yea lol.They front desk staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful and I was very appreciative of it! They dont serve breakfast but they have a number of stuff like yogurt, instant oatmeal, cereal, milk etc to buy in the front lobby. Overall it's a solid and affordable hotel for a quick stay, would book again for a similar price, but if I was looking for a hotel that I would stay at for long period of time and be inside there more often, I wouldn't rebook personally.

This is our go-to place to stay when we visit our son who attends college in Reading. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Brewer's is a good restaurant/sports bar just across the street and there is a cute downtown area with lots of little cafes/restaurants nearby too. Love it here!
