The property is fabulous inside and out! We enjoyed the pool until 10pm, then we spent time at the fire pit until about midnight having drinks from the lobby bar. We will definitely be back!

My wife an I decided to splurge and get a nicer room somewhere on our way to visit family for Christmas. Upon arrival, our room smelled like literal urine in the bedroom itself (it was not coming form the bathroom). The front desk gave us another room thankfully, but the bed was also not even as comfortable as the beds at LaQuinta. The breakfast however was quite good, but we did pay extra for it. Our experience was enough for us to not consider Hilton Garden Inn’s in the future.

he bathroom has a dead roach on the floor, the top of the microwave was dirty. Kitchen Area was unclean. When I went to complain about the dead roach in the bathroom at the front desk. The front desk young man was very nice and understanding but the housing keep staff on duty was nasty and has a attitude when she saw me from that time on. I check in late evening Friday, August 1, 2025 and checked out Sunday, August 4, 2025. I will never stay at your hotel again.

Hotel doing mass matress replacement. Urine stains all over our mattress. Did not discover until morning when removed bedspread cover. Complained at front desk but told our complaint needs to go to Expedia. Do not want an apology. If not refunded in full will never use Expedia or go to that hotel again.

The shower hose didn't seem to work, and the restaurant was expensive. Connecting to the WIFI was a pain and even though I'm a Hilton Rewards member, it was trying to push me to sign up. Otherwise it was a very good stay - the room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent property; worth the money. It does appear that the hotel was "planted" backwards, with you coming in next to a gas station and approaching the hotel from behind. Signage wasn't exactly the most clear, but we were able to find our way around to the "front" of the hotel. Staff was excellent, and most of the property was well maintained. The only issue we had was with our room air conditioner. I think the thermostat had a dead battery. We were just staying for one night, and had arrived later in the night, so we just slept and left the next day. No serious issues or problems. It was a nice stay!

I have to say the staff was wonderful. However, there were issues with a party in the room next to mine that refused to quiet down well past 1am. Numerous calls to guest services only resulted in me having to be inconvenienced at 1am packing up all my belongings and moved to another room. And all they said they could do was comp me a free breakfast. Well by the time I settled into a new room and was able to fall asleep I literally had no time in the morning before a 9 hour drive to make to stop and eat breakfast. Not to mention they had already stopped serving as well. On my return trip home I will be booking my night elsewhere. Sad because we are Hilton Honors members and this is the first time we’ve ever had any issues like this.

This hotel was suprisingly nice. The food was very good - there is a full restaurant and bar. The staff was kind and helpful. I lost my glasses while there and everone (from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff) helped me look for them.

Price was high for the hotel. Service at bar was awful grumpy and outrageous $$$$. Food quality was marginal. With a higher than normal price for the location and amenities. $12.00+ for the breakfast buffet we had for free in the last location which.was nicer. Staying at the Marriott next door.
