The room is big and comfy for 3 adults. All of us slept like babies even though our room was facing the main road. Service was impeccable. However, the hotel badly needs a renovation esp in the pool and jacuzzi. It was extremely stuffy in the executive lounge, making the experience unbearable. It would be great to leave the drinks menu on the table. Spa experience was great but needs to change the floor tiles in the room.

its a good hotel in close proximity to a large mall (that's a plus). It's tall...29 stories with only three lifts (that we know of) so that can entail waiting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rate online was different than what was paid at the hotel. The design of the room is outdated. I was promised to be on the top floor with the city view, but I received the back of the hotel view—the high costly laundry charge for only a few T-shirts and underwear. The gym equipment was dated. I would not re-book this hotel for my upcoming trip.

Best hotel in Medan. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful and the hotel facilities are fantastic - the spa pools are wonderful. We also had the best sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at in Medan and wished we stayed here more nights.Convenient location with a huge mall just diagonally across the road too. If we ever return to Medan, we will definitely stay here

Wellnessbereich manchmal laut, wenn ortsansässige sich laut miteinander unterhalten. An Wochenenden ist es sehr voll beim Frühstück. Man müsste viel mehr Zeit einplanen, das Personal kommt nicht hinterher/es wird nicht mehr Personal eingesetzt. Über meinen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt gab es wenig Variationen beim Frühstück. Harte Feder in Sesseln spürbar (zu alt), Kopfkissen unbequem. Insges find ich das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. Der Lobbybereich ist sehr schön und einladend. Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich.

Som vanlig har JW i Medan aldri skuffet. Jeg har bodd her tidligere med mannen min, og jeg har bodd her nå sammen med familien. Everything was great. We really liked the location close to mall in walk distance which allowed us to grab quick meal or groceries for room. The hotel airport transfers and day trip car booking was superb. Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly. View of city from Room Was epic. Only complain was fridge was not working. There is also bit of issue with shower knobs slightly confusing until you figure out.

Very helpful and friendly staff, our flight reached at 7 :15 am We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay.

Nice room (executive deluxe) with panoramic view in two directions. Airconditioner seem a bit undersized to keep roomtempetature stable with sun on the windows in the afternoon, so it was a bit hot. Breakfast ok, but not much western food to choose from. Service was great.

The staff from the second we arrived to when we left were all amazing! They helped unload our bags and get them to the room, check in was so quick and they helped us with express laundry as we had to left the following day! The restaurant staff had amazing suggestions for breakfast and gave us many samples of local Indonesian dishes we could try! If we come back to Medan, this will be the definite place we will plan to stay at! Thanks for the great stay!

Very helpful and friendly staff, our flight reached at 7 :15 am We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay.
