Breakfast was wonderful. Different meat each day. 2 waffle machines. And I apologize that people are so messy w waffle mix. Pool was very nice. The attendant even got a pool noodle for us. And we even had our hotel cleaned. I don’t think we ve had a hotel cleaned since COVID!! The hotel also had fruit water in lobby free. And coffee and tea 24 hours. And even free plates, silverware and napkins for door dash etc! We will stay in future when we visit son family!!

The pool was small, the hottub was REALLY small(like a real bathtub size), there was literally nowhere to park because 4 machines were taking up 10 spots, one of our 2 rooms had holes in the wall, several outlets didn't work, and the couch looked like it was clawed at by a dog or cat. Overall, I will stay somewhere else next time.

The property is very dated and furniture is worn. This place could have been a hospital or a older school maybe. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the tub grout was definitely growing something and wasn't sure the elevator would make it. The pool is probably the smallest indoor one I've ever seen and the hot tub slightly bigger than a bath tub. We are a family of 5 and one of beds touches the air conditioner so it's either cold knees or butt your choice.The included breakfast was adequate and parking was included. It's proximity to Six Flags was decent.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the maids. The elevators could use some updates and maintenance, they smell like burning rubber. The hot tub needs repairs too. They had to manually override for jets to work. Also temperature was cold, until Jets started working. They do have hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) and options for low carb diets! Breakfast ends at 10! Don’t be late or they will lock the doors on you.

It was ok, until we went to the pool, it was dirty, and there were several kids jumping in the pool, which they are not suppose to do. When we walked in there was a table where there was a bottle of wine and it was glass. The hot tub was disgusting, water was brown and around the rim looked like black mold. I wish I had taken pictures but I did not want people to see the pool or hot tub.My kids want to go some where else this Christmas.

Possibly great if you have an animal, but reluctant when bare foot. Shower curtain was worn out. TV channel selection was limited. Breakfast offerings were reasonable, however if diet restricted, may be hardpressed to find a healthy choice, other than bananas.

The sheets were incredibly dirty. My baby and I slept on top of our blankets. Even the pillows cases had stains. At what point does the sheets get thrown out? I was not very comfortable at all actually. I hate that I drove a distance for that.

Overall, the hotel seemed clean. There was a really old couch and ottomans in our room that were disgusting. Stains all over them. They just looked old. I would not sit on them. Staff was ok, but weren't super friendly and I didn't really see them greet folks coming in or leaving. TV's could be upgraded to smart TV's, but that is just personal preference. Last, from someone with construction experience, you are going to have mold issues if you do not caulk in front of the tub and on either side of the door.

I was trying to get clarification as to why she was charging me more than what I had booked through the app. Hotel has wet mildew smell. We paid for a nonsmoking room because I have severe asthma. We booked our room online and it looked nothing like the pictures for what we booked, not only that, when we got to the room, the curtains were torn, the sofa was full of old food, their was pee stains in the toilet and and the room was just a nightmare. I honestly am horrible with confrontation so I didn’t say anything to the staff at the time. With how bad the room was there was still an upside though. The pool and hot tub was nice, their breakfast was delicious and well prepared and the people we talked to while onsite were a blast. I just wish I wasn’t gaslighted by the pictures of the rooms. Honestly I would come back but I was very unhappy where I slept.

The property is newly remodeled and rooms are very spacious. However, it has no soundproofing. And when super early risers are leaving their rooms, it is as if this noise is inside your room. Pillows were odd too. Five pillows in very small square shape and very lumpy. They were all identical. I felt they ordered a big container of these from Shein. I slept without a pillow.

We had a suite but it felt like a normal hotel room unfortunately with a, large size bed. Cons - 1. Bathroom is uncomfortable. Not enough place to hang towels, put your clothes when showering or things to set down in the shower or hang if you bring your own shower items. Toilet seat was open/exposed instead of a lid to cover the seat. 2. Refrigerator did not have a place for frozen items. Also seemed like it is getting old because a solid block of ice was forming in the back of the fridge. 3. Black out curtains were not entirely black out. Left side curtain was also damaged. 4. Old fashioned TV could only use cable instead of option to connect with Netflix or prime etc. 5. Gym has no ac. Exercise machine is rusted and old hard to change weights because of the rust. Workout bench was unstable and wobbly. Missing 15lb weights. 6. Eggs for breakfast were not seasoned at all. Very plain. 7. Doors close on their own but are quite loud Pros 1. Very Comfortable bed 2. Overall Clean 3. Took out trash daily 4. Continental Breakfast in the morning 5. AC seemed to work just fine 6. Front desk check in was nice 7. Many stores nearby

Very quiet. Jeremiah was awesome from the time the reservation was made until the checkout. Shuttle service to Navy graduation was great. Dropped off right at front gate.

Very nice hotel ,big rooms,clean,quiet,good breakfast,close to some store and restaurants. They have a very tricky entrance to the parking lot,they need to signal on the road and on the GPS

Nice place. Modern ,comfortable working hot tub and pool. Only thing is the road noise from the cars going by is quite loud. But overall a very nice stay.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub(much needed). Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and well kept(not that I made a mess lol). Only drawback is that the entrance is only going eastbound on 120. Otherwise great stay.

Breakfast was wonderful. Different meat each day. 2 waffle machines. And I apologize that people are so messy w waffle mix. Pool was very nice. The attendant even got a pool noodle for us. And we even had our hotel cleaned. I don’t think we ve had a hotel cleaned since COVID!! The hotel also had fruit water in lobby free. And coffee and tea 24 hours. And even free plates, silverware and napkins for door dash etc! We will stay in future when we visit son family!!

Breakfast was by far the worse we have ever had …not sure if we just had a bad day with a temporary cooker not. Ended with on in taking family out for breakfast. Second Bed in room was directly below ac unit, your feet were freezing all night and it sounded like a rain storm from the noise of the AC unit all night long. With the hot tub, you could not turn on the unit or else the high chlorine would burn your eyes... staff was nice. We left 1/2 a day early on a two night stay. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to hunker down andthis is the one for you. If you’re looking for something a little bit nicer that is up to standards, don’t waste your time.

For positives, the beds/rooms were clean, the common areas of the hotels were clean, and there was usually someone at the front desk. For items that could use work. The pool area was not very clean, ran out of towels regularly, we never saw anyone cleaning or restocking it. We ran out of conditioner in our room, called the front desk and requested more, but it was never brought up. Breakfast was basic and limited, ran out of food regularly, and tables weren’t wiped down or area cleaned.

The room itself was fine, the breakfast was good but the breakfast area has too many tables and all the chairs bumped into each other and it’s really hard to get around. It could use more attention during the busy time as things got dirty quickly. The pool needs some major attention. We sat in the hot tub and all around the edges was dirty and worn looking and honestly looked like a hazard. No towels at the pool when we went, we had to ask. The staff was incredibly nice though! The location was great for our needs (Navy graduation) and the room itself was great!

In the pool area they painted over what was mold other then fix it and it smelled like they used bleach to clean the pool.. could not find the other amenities they offered… my room the toilet did not flush right and the top was broken and glued together… a pice of the wall was on the toilet they did not fix… the floor in the room was missing corner pieces

My stay was not pleasant. First, when I checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t even greet me. She simply asked for my ID and credit card. She then took quite a while processing my check-in without saying anything, so I thought there might be an issue with my card or reservation. When I looked over the counter, I noticed she was actually playing a game on her phone. Unfortunately, the room itself was also disappointing. It had a strong smell of mold, and sure enough, I found what appeared to be mold on the wall behind the bathroom door. The floors were sticky and did not feel clean. Another major issue was how loudly the room doors slammed throughout the building. Every time another guest left their room, the door would slam so hard that it would wake me up. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, noise level, and customer service made for a very unpleasant stay.

The room was clean, the bed had what felt like a broken spring. Had to sleep diagonally to avoid it, The eggs at the buffet was very gross. Tastes like water and the bacon did not taste like bacon. The blueberry waffles were great.
